An unlikely alliance wasn't an approved arc thread, and as such, you can't claim arc exp for it. On top of that, you were removed from the arc, making any arc exp null and void last I checked. Redo your application, minusing that EXP, and try again.

I suppose that's only fair. I assume i can still claim normal xp from those threads correct? I switched them to normal and it looks like i won't be needing that purchase for a while..
