First Mission (Black Steel, Travis Masters, and Jeisen)

As Lucius and Alpha made there way inside, Lucius heard and felt some sort of pulse. it was load, shocking, and It destroyed a few guns but didn't seem to have much of an effect other then that. What Lucius was more worried about were the blasts coming at them. Before Lucius had to do anything Alpha tossed the blasts to the side with little apparent effort, Lucius was quite impressed.

The man that allegedly sent it out started coming at Lucius and Alpha, Alpha sent out a telekinetic push of sorts at the man, just as he did lucius shot a few large blasts of energy at him as well. Lucius then unsheathed his sword and held it in front of him self poised to strike, in this stance the blade could strike from several different sides and would be very difficult to predict.


Alpha told the man to stop and threatened to kill the men under his control, this was a great asset and lucius would exploit it to its fullest "First, put your weapons down and kick them to me, second, get on the ground with you hands behind your head. We will figure out what to do with you when im finished here." lucius told the man in a commanding tone, then turned to alpha "if there will be no more interruptions then i think this wraps it up, would you like some of the cash? lucius asked Alpha. He began to leave to recover his downed partners "i have to grab a few of my....friends off the floor up stairs i trust you can contain this one" lucius said to alpha gesturing toward the man that shot at them. He then made his way up stairs...

Jeisen ducked back down below cover as those two shots were deflected. Not good, the man defelcted both shots using some sort of force. No energy surges were showing up on the scanners so Jeisen assumed it was some sort of meta ability. He looked back over the cover as the other man seemed to launch an energy wave at Jeisen. Jeisen loosed his atoms and their bonds to each other moments before the psycic energy wave he didn't see coming that would have slammed into him assed through him. The second wave of red energy also passed through him though his cocver was quite damaged now. It couldnt take any more of those types of shots.

Jeisen: "Nolan, send a message to Entei. Fifth and broad street bank, SOS. Also incoming."

Jeisen spoke through his comns as he ordered Nolan to send a message to one of his allies. Calvary should be on its way now then. But first... to deal with the guy holding the hostages. Inside the suit he began to talk over a plan with nolan. Once things got rolling, Nolan was going to cause a small distraction for Jeisen.

It was a good thing this stone cover was big enough to hide Jeisen behind it completely. And that all the cameras had been taken down earlier. Meant Jeisen was primed for this. He pulled a switch once more, going invisible as he dropped a small ball. The ball copied Jeisen perfectly, down to faking his life signs while the cloak covered the real ones up. The copy stood up slowly from behind the cover, guns still drawn and primed as Jeisen began to run up the wall silently and invisible. Jeisen used the invisiblity to get on the roof and behind the man as the copy stayed right where he was but guns still raised.

Copy Jeisen: "How about this.... you let them go and I dont put a bullet inbetween your eyes. Or maybe you do kill them and I do put a bullet inbetween your eyes. Really.. the choice is"

Jeisen didnt waste anymore time. He took the shot from behind as he charged the gun to the max. He didn't know if it was strong enough but it sure as hell was packing a punch.

Superiority, that was what Travis had named the power that Omega wielded, and it was through his Hive mind that this power was made even deadlier. To think that one could trick this combo through useless tactics was pointless, as no cover within his range could hide him. Omega had a complete view of a good area around him, and he could feed the images back to Alpha to allow him the same, they had compelte control over the situation. ”You see, there's a problem with your plan. If you kill me, what is holding them in my sway will bake their brains like thanksgiving dinner. So putting a bullet between my eyes will do you nothing, but murder these innocents.” he noted motioning to those that were standing around him, especially the one bleeding out. ”You severed this ones leg, and now they're bleeding out. Three minutes is how long they likely have before they die, would you hazard that?” All mind games now, and oh how he loved to play those.

Still, his attention was upon all around him or rather Omegas was anyway. He was more than aware of when the energy round entered the range of superiority and that invisibility was let down, and yet it would trigger the thing that was to protect him. A barrier of telekinetic energy set up would take the brunt of the attack, and send it off course as it hit the ground only a few inches from his feet. ”I'm only here for my associate, you standing in my way is why we have not left yet. However you did attack, and now I must hold up my bargain.” With a snap of his figner, one of the officers would begin to convulse as they dropped to the floor.

Sounding as if they were choking on something as they foamed at the mouth, and within less than a moment they went still. ”Test me again and the next time you do, it won't be one.”

This was getting rather annoying for Lucius, each time the cloaked man attacked, Alpha easily threw it to the side. It was quite funny, Lucius didn't even need to do anything. The guy should just give it up, if Lucius knew alpha he knew not to test his patients, mostly because he had none. The guy tried to do some kind of flanking move by turning on some sort of invisibility device, it was very similar to Lucius' own tech. Lucius noticed it right away, he worked on the same type of gadget and knew how to recognize when it was used. Before the cameras went down he got the feed from the ambush up stairs and saw this guys cute little decoy trick. He knew exactly what this guy was trying to do as soon as he started doing it, lucius shot the decoy to pieces in one blast.

Right when he jumped out Lucius was prepared to defend himself, however Alpha again tossed the shots to the side, not requiring Lucius to do anything. Lucius and Alpha were quite the team, Lucius' highly potent energy paired with Alpha's TK was a great attack/defense strategy. "I don't have time for your petty delays, do as he says or he'll kill them. Trust me." Lucius told the man walking toward one of the cops. Lucius picked the cop up and held him in a chock hold "Just to give you a bit more....incentive" Lucius said as he applied pressure to the mans neck, causing him to cough up blood.

If this guy was trying to stop a bank from being robbed, then surly he would not want this man to be killed right infront of him. Lucius didn't care about any of the humans, all he cared about was there more evolved counter parts. Lucius would do whatever was necessary to insure the safety and dominance of his people over the humans, even if that meant killing a few of the traitorous ones along the way.

“So, gentlemen, as you can se-” Entei had begun to speak, until a loud beeping noise from his pocket cut him off. His phone had been set on Do Not Disturb mode, meaning that his phone would not go off, unless a very select numbers had dialed it in. Uzma was one of them, and the remainder consisted of members of the Guardians. Uzma knew he was in a meeting, as he had just finished a call with her before entering it, that left one other option. Digging into the pocket of his suit jeans, Entei quickly fished his phone out, his eyes dancing over the LED screen. A green chat bubble had appeared, with a ‘preview’ of the message.

“Fifth and Broadstreet bank, SOS.” Was what the message read, and it was from Jeisen. A verbal gulp could be heard from Michael as the situation dawned on him. Underneath the buttons of his blue dress shirt, and black suit jacket, his tail tightened around his body in anticipation, and he shot a wary glance over the room of executives and investors. The room had gone silent, all eyes on the very peculiar young man who had been leading the meeting, before the apparently disturbing message he received on his phone.

“Mr. Krieger..?” One of the man in the back said, giving the young boy a worried glance. “Is everything alright?”

“Um..no..” Michael said, sliding the unlock feature of the touch screen phone. “I’m sorry...there’s an emergency with my girlfriend...I have to reschedule…” As he spoke, he had already been walking and dialing, passing through the glass swinging door at a near jog as he exited the room. As he pressed the elevator door button, a light, woman’s voice answered on the other end of the phone call.

“Hello, Mr. Krieger.” His secretary, Lily answered him. “How may I help you?”

“Lily, no time to explain. My sword and my motorcycle, have them waiting for me at the parking garage. Now.”

“As you wish.” Lily said, pulling the antique sword from under her desk, before hanging up the phone, and moving into action. One of the big reason Michael had picked Lily as his secretary, was that she had a very handy meta human power. That being, the power of instant transmission, or teleportation. When Michael had reached the parking garage, the woman was already there, sword in hand, and his motorcycle running and ready.

“Thank you Lily.” He said, briskly grabbing the sword, before swinging it over his back. “This should be quick, please have some coffee ready for me when I get back.” Before the girl had taken off, Entei was already gone, quickly shifting gears as he exited the parking garage going a brisk speed of ninety-five miles an hour.

The bank in question, was rather close to him, and he made very good time bobbing and weaving through what little street traffic was out and about in the middle of the currently being rebuilt city. In all honesty, if it wasn’t for Entei’s enhanced demonic senses, he probably would have crashed more than once. But to him, everything moved as if it was in slow motion, and his body reacted before his mind even had a chance to know something was wrong. For a simpleton like himself, he quite enjoyed it. Bringing his bike to a sliding stop, he dismounted while it was still moving, letting the bike slide forward in front of him, before he drew his one handed Kurikara blade.

His demonic transformation took effect quickly, the flame on his tail, the two flaming horns, and the aura of fire that surrounded him, hot enough to incinerate platinum if he willed it to be so. The scene in front of him was...interesting, to say the least. It seemed the police were working with the two..criminals? They had to be criminals, after all, they were shooting at Jeisen, and Jeisen was a hero. That was enough information for Entei to begin attacking, at least. Resting his sword on his shoulder, he began slowly stalking towards the two men, all the while building up power at his very core. As he walked, both his internal, and external body temperature began to rise. If any of the three technos had been monitoring heat signatures, he would have lit up like the fourth of July on their readings.

“Well well, what do we have here?” The demon asked, a cocky smirk on his face. He had still been slowly walking towards the men, but now, his footprints seemed to be melting into the asphalt, leaving behind small patches of blue, demonic fire in his wake. “Two new villains eh? Guess Jeisen didn’t practice while I was away. Oh well, I’ll take care of the light work.”

Swinging his sword deftly, he raised it to the sky for a moment, before bringing it down quickly. From the arc of the sword, a large trail of fire followed, coming down onto the men in a massive torrent of blue fire, wide enough to cover the street completely. The cops sure wouldn’t be living through this, but, in Entei’s mind, they had betrayed the city, so, he could live with it.

Jeisen had been in sticky situation before, but now he was hanging upside down two guns pointed at two villians who had hostages in a death grip he couldnt really get them out of. Suffice to say, he was a little perturbed at what was about to happen. Maybe Jeisen wouldn't kill them, but he would do what it took to stop the villains. He was debating which tatics in his head when Nolan beeped in his ear

Nolan: "Sir? Thermal images are showing a massive heat spike with the center of it being hooker shaped."

Nolan was of course refering to Entei. Wonderful, the hooker had arrived. About bloody time t...

Those thoughts were cut off as Jeisen could see on screne a massive thermal spike of a wave heading to the building. Ohshittingfuckkkkkkkkkk. Jeisen pressed himself into the corner of the ceiling as the wave of fire funneled through the front door. Jeisen wasn't exactly sure just what the hell entei was thinking, but he had obviously pinned the cops as bad guys as well as the supervillians. If Jeisen had been on the other side of the room, he would have been caught in this blast as well. What a hell of a mess. As it was, Jeisen threw down his bubble shield as a cover against the secondary blasts. Jeisen knew it wasn't enough to stop a direct blow from Entei, but maybe it could hold up to a indirect blow. Least entei removed the hostage threat

Travis had the advantage, hostages that only death could break free and a hero that seemed to be worried enough about that, though the last move was clumsy upon their part. Still, sniping had its purpose, and if he were a lesser man he would have been taken out by such a tactic, but as all things, he had a back up plan, well two to three if he needed them, and that included one small detail that even the most observant would not see and none were observant enough with the chaos that was about to ensue. While they focused upon him, Omega had already begun to gather others within his hive mind, ones that would serve their purpose but not yet. Of course police reinforcements would be on their way, that much would be certain but what he was not expecting was the hero intervention until the strange individual arrived within the superiority.

They appeared as nothing until they drew the blade, and came alive with rather dangerous looking fire. He spokes, referring to the other likely as Jeisen, and with a swing would unleash a wave of fire. He was going to kill his precious hostages, and Travis could not help but curse his luck, but that was something he would have to adapt to. A small seam rapidly formed along the ground beneath him, a hole cutting right through to the system below. It seemed that EVE had drawn up the info involving sewer systems still, and with a small barrier diverting the fire rather than simply trying to negate it, he brought himself a few precious seconds. One human was beside him, one drawn with a thought to his spot, and then he let the ground beneath him drop. Multiple things happening at once, but this was what made multithreaded cognition useful.

Stepping off into the dirty water, Travis grimaced as he took notice of the smoke of the tear gas grenade he had let off from the human he had, allowing him but enough time to settle the bit back into place, and hold it there. It seemed that Lucius would have to save himself on this one, and with that and with the smell of burnt corpses filling the area above, he would run through the sewers. He already had a mapped out area presented to him, so he need only take it.

They were about to get everything handed to them, the will of the man in front of them was visibly giving way. What was unexpected and single handedly ended the operation was the arrival of a new hero. It seemed the population of superhumans that followed that specific moral code has gotten quite high in the area in the last few mouths . The heat coming of this guy was intense to say the least, almost burning Lucius' eyebrows. He spoke to him and alpha and then shot a massive attack at the two. It was terrifying, what the hell kind of creature could do this?

Lucius had not encountered such power before, he was curious for but a millisecond then he started to react. When the blast hit them it was mostly redirected by alpha, the man showed the most effort he had since Lucius knew him. A bit of the flames spread out and nearly hit lucius on the shoulder, however lucius put his shield up using his ring. It barley held up to even an indirect attack from the fire, still Lucius was not hit but he had to get out of there quickly. He saw that alpha had the same idea and that he started to somehow carve away at the ground, then dropped down into the sewer. Lucius had a slight touch of anger that he would just leave him behind, but who wouldn't in such a position?

As an extra layer of protection Lucius put up a wall of energy that filled up the spherical shield. With a thought he made it translucent so he could see through it. He then did a wicked fast frontal roll into the hole. He dropped down into the sewer and began to run, maybe he could catch up with alpha, but at this point even if he did they probably could not stop the fire guy. The team would have to be retrieved on a later date, whether it be from prison or during transport. Lucius hated himself for doing it, but he could not stop the heroes alone.

Luckily the trip wasn't a total failure, before hand Danial had teleported about a 3rd of the vaults goods to a safe zone no one knew about. Lucius would come back for it later, right now all he had to do was escape. As he ran through the tunnel he shot a blast of energy at the wall and it caved it in behind him, that should give him a moment or two as the more the heroes blast at it the more of the city above would come down.

"Well, that's rather uneventful..." Entei said as the fire cleared, and the two villains were gone. He could still smell them, so he doubted they were dead, seeing as they didn't smell of ash and sulfur, but, they were too far gone for him track. With a sigh, Entei sheathed his sword, all the flames and demonic transformations dying down as he did so. "You alright?" He yelled out to Jeisen as he began to walk towards the bank.

Jeisen: "NOOOOOOOO!"

All e could see was a torrent of fire. A massive wave of flames that filled his optics. He knew what had just happened, only one person could create such fire. It was Jeisen's fault. He called him in for back up and all the guy could see was a bunch of cops and villains. Jeisen should have given him more information.

The sheild dissipated in a couple seconds, letting Jeisen hop down to the main floor. He landed with his cloak billowing out, near the sweet entrance the telekinetic had made. So this was how those two escaped. Jeisen debated going after them. He knew he could. Just activate his kick booster energies and take off down after them faster then a bullet.

But he couldn't do it. A heart beat pinged up on one of his scanners. Jeisen turned looking back at Entei but it wasn't his. On the ground, near were the telekinetic had thrown up his barrier was a cop. An alive cop

Jeisen sprinted to him coming to a sliddiń stop on both knees. The man got lucky somehow. He must have just been in the right place between the barrier and fire. Enough had been diverted that he would live... Well live after Jeisen was done fixing him. Jeisen reached indentation his cloak to his back and pulled out a red pack. Jeisen broke it up to reveal this gooey material which he dropped on te police officer.

It was his medi gel, an auto revitalizer. Almost instantly it kicked in as it began to seep in to the mans body. Jeisen had to hold him steady like a doctor with a seizure patient. It would be painful with the burns, but the gel would repair the man better then ever. Almost immediatly, Jeisen could see burns receeding and fading on the top layer as the medicine worked it's way into the man. He just kept on staring at the cop

Jeisen: "never again. I will pro text these men with my life. Never again shall I let them fall. So I swear"

Jeisen avoided looking at Entei while the healing took place but now he looked up at the half demon, blue optics shining out from underneath his hood. He didn't say anything. Nothing to really say anyways.

He just set the cop down easily, resting his head on a burnt seat cushion will he went to go gather up all the villains they had taken down earlier. Jeisen tied up all six of the unconscious metas up, giving them small doses of his medi gel if they needed it. He put small trackers on all of them but turned off. They wouldn't for off any signals right now to e detected but once Jeisen turned them on, he wa sure one of those A.I. That pinged him earlier would detect them. One shoot deals that were more of a throw away try then anything.

Such a beatiful day gone bad

Nolan: "sir, what do you want me to do with your suits videos? All other cameras were destroyed. The cops... They don't have much to go on."

Jeisen: "give them mine in it's full. Clean it up asuch as possible when it comes to te meta villains. List their powers as best as possible so they know. It's not much but it's the best we can do. Then give it too tha reporter we know. Ya know... The one in Brooklyn? She could put out a story too. "

Nolan: "ya know, most guys send flowers to girls... Not videos of meta human battles."

Jeisen: "I'm not sure shed like flowers... You think shred like flowers?"

Nolan just have a Metallic sigh. Jeisen nodded to Entei, not quite ready to talk to him about this yet and headed out. Maybe he could salvage this day
