A breakdown in communication (Deathbringer/Travis/UG)
The clouds settled over the forest, the home of the were-alien creatures had minimal hustle or bustle today. The entire society had receded into their homes inside the repurposed fuselage of the noble spaceship that carried them to this rock. A certain uneasiness had settled upon the species as Tsxero's very presence seemed to ward them from sight. It was a testimony to the hiding prowess of the race as a whole, as well as their reverential fear of their Alpha. Their Alpha being the Kaxkain, if one were to look for the one known as "Alpha" they would need to look just past the medical wing, into a specifically designated torture room.
Tsxero traversed the hallways, the cold metallic floors letting out little dings and bangs as he walked, his eyes fixated forward with purpose. His face was like that of stone, unmoving and emotionless, though he emitted an aura of pure anger. The dark hallways were given a pale greenish cyan glow as what looked like glowing veins of stardust lined the walls, remnants of a once ever present source of power. Tsxero continued forward, moving past the flat metallic beds and the several robotic arms that loomed overhead. Each arm a sleek lustrous silver with surgical equipment attached on end, and each bed having a glowing white panel that the patient would lay on. The light emitted would actually move through the molecules of the patient and react with the retina of a were-alien doctor, allowing them to see a full, functioning anatomy of the subject. This information was important, considering when Tsxero turned the corner and the automatic doors opened Alpha was sitting in a chair that emitted the same light.
Tsxero crossed his arms and walked around the exterior of the room, circling like an animal corralling it's prey into a kill-zone. µrsine, the youngest of the brothers had gone to get Deathbringer and his posse to bring them to the torture room. Tsxero would have sent Hɇtallos, but he actually wanted Deathbringer to not die on his way here. Tsxero let out a little growl, still irritated by all that had transpired. "It was a simple plan... LUCIUS could have done it!" He growled, the anger directed nowhere in particular. Biting his lower lip he sighed. It was too late to do anything about it now, but things were about to get pretty heavy. His mind wandered to that of their mysterious guest, the accumulation of allies he had gathered and rallied to the cause. Of course an unfortunate turn of events lead to one ally not being as instrumental as he used to be, but he was still certainly useful in the grand scheme of things.
Hɇtallos was off gathering that asset as he stood there, awaiting the rest of the company he was expecting.

Re: A breakdown in communication (Deathbringer/Travis/UG)
The day itself had taken many unexpected turns really, and Travis himself was not too pleased with them. Granted, unexpected things happen all the time so he should have not been too surprised by the events unfolding. It all came down now to a gambit of blind trust, and trust was not quite something he had in spades. That was how he ended up back in the Ultra Gang base, or more so somewhere within the place that Tsxero had acquired for their little group. Already his mind was considering what they would do to him, interrogation methods someone could employ and likely would. More than anything Deathbringer was a savage and he would demand there be blood, despite unsubstantiated claims. Here he was within a room with light casting over him, while his mind continued to race. A silence was over the room, that being until a familiar face entered with a deadpan expression.
However, they seemed to be walking along the edge of the room in a predatory manner, giving the air of the setting one that put him on edge. Not visibly, as he managed to keep a calm facade despite the apprehension hitting him. Dozens of ways he could dispense with the were-alien should they attack, severing their aortas around their heart, or maybe simply crushing the soft tissues of their brain. If they took a human form, it was likely they had some similarities to a human. However, something that Tsxero had said seemed to interest him ever so slightly, something about Lucius being have been able to do this. Had it been an admonition towards himself or directed at Alpha? The question itself was one he kept to himself, keeping as calm as ever. Seeing the surgical setting of the room before this, perhaps they were planning to torture him personally.
Honestly it was a matter of waiting, and if need be reacting.

Re: A breakdown in communication (Deathbringer/Travis/UG)
Jacob Coleman was a metahuman that had been using his strange powers for over ten long years to terrorize people of the world under the name 'Deathbringer', because that is what he believed was his purpose in life. Deathbringer was a name that many might say was just ridiculous and hard to take seriously, but that was what he hoped for. He intentionally chose the kind of silly name to motivate himself further and one day make that name one that the world would fear for many, many years.
Over the years he had been running a roving band of psychopaths known simply as the Ultra Gang. A group he joined shortly after getting started as a supervillain himself because he was convinced that going it alone was just a foolish thing to do for a variety of reasons. He believed in gaining as much firepower as possible, and did not see anyone capable of succeeding on their own. Even some of the strongest, smartest, most powerful and deadliest beings around could fall at any time after all. After awhile he took control of the gang by killing its founder and he has controlled it ever since. There have been a good number of former members throughout the years. Some quit when they couldn't handle the pressure, some were arrested or killed in battle, and a few had been killed due to betraying the group for some selfish gain that got them nowhere.
So today, he was in this downed alien spaceship that was now being used as a base for the Ultra Gang due to having befriended the alien race that were its occupants. Some race whose name he could not remember at times led by Tsxero, one of their members. These massive insect like creatures that were capable of assuming human forms did not seem to mind too much that their home was being used as a base for a bunch of villainous people. Also in here was someone that had recently betrayed their little group. His name was Alpha, and he had been looking like a rather promising new member up until he decided to show his true colors. Like many other turncoats however, it all came back to haunt him. Alpha and his companions had actually tried to fight the Ultra Gang during an attack on some rally over in New York. Deathbringer didn't know what he was thinking when he did that, but intended to find out. Let's see if he could come up with a good excuse.
Deathbringer was sitting in a chair and reading through some papers when an alien approached him. "I'm guessing you were sent here to gather me. Very well, let's handle this little matter." he said before the alien could even attempt to say a word and got up to head off to this little torture chamber they had here. When he arrived in the room he saw Tsxero circling around a chair that lay in the center of the room. In that chair sat the very person he was here to see, Alpha.
"Oh Alpha, I must say that I can't seem to decide if I like seeing you in this position. Rest assured that I will not forget that you brought this on yourself though." Deathbringer said as he too began to circle the room, but would only take a single lap around it. "Now then, I could just kill you right now for your act of betrayal." He stated as he grabbed a sharp object and held it close to Alpha's face. "I won't though." Deathbringer said before putting the object away. "You see, I'm someone that prefers to be practical in how I operate. So, I'm going to give you a chance to explain yourself. If you value your life, I suggest you take the opportunity that's been presented to you." Deathbringer concluded as he stared at Alpha and awaited a response from him. Now was the time to hear what he had to say.

Re: A breakdown in communication (Deathbringer/Travis/UG)
Lucius found himself in one of those situations where he had to choose between allies. It happened a lot within criminal organizations, but this time his decision had a slight bit more importance then the norm. Alpha was, to say the least, a very close ally. He was the only one in the Ultra Gang Lucius even remotely trusted, and now he was being interrogated by the group. Lucius knew what that interrogation included, after all, this was Deathbringer. The guy was more of a psychopathy then Lucius, and that was definitely saying something. Lucius couldn't let Alpha be killed, not now. But he also couldn't just go in there guns-a-blazing, the Ultra Gang were useful, and not to mention powerful. Sure Lucius had the followers to contend with them, if he planned it out correctly, but now was not the time.
What was he to do? He couldn't let this happen, and he couldn't risk open combat. Lucius decided he would go as a member, acting like he was just there to oversee it. If the interrogation got too intense, moves would have to be made. This was such a fragile situation, so he had to be cautious and diligent. He was told it was going down in some kind of space ship Tsxero and his kind brought to earth, Deathbringer seemed to be using it as a base of sorts. Odd really, the group had enough resources to just build one, and keep it secret. Maybe they just liked the ship. Lucius appeared outside it along with his glorified taxi of a second in command Daniel.
"That's all i need you for." Lucius said as he walked toward the ship without even glancing at his companion.
"Oh come on Lucius! You always say that." Daniel said as he trailed off after Lucius.
"Know your limits Daniel, you'll just get in the way." Lucius said, still walking with his back turned to Daniel.
"Dammit! Well at least keep a line open, i need to know if you get into trouble." Daniel said, stopping.
"Alright, whatever." Lucius said. Daniel then disappeared, and Lucius stepped inside the ship.
He was told, vaguely, where the interrogation room was located in the ship, so he headed there. There seemed to be some of Tsxero's kind here it, they all looked to be trying to find places to hide and were scurrying off like beaten dogs. An odd sight, but one not really worth contemplating at the moment. Lucius couldn't help but find the ship interesting, perhaps a closer look at it later on would give him an idea of how this thing ran. It wasn't that he planned to do anything with that information though, it was just the fact that he saw something advanced, and wanted to know how it worked.
Eventually he made it too the interrogation room, but he didn't immediately walk in. He listened for a moment, and as expected Alpha was being threatened with death. Deathbringer was so damn obsessed with it wasn't he? In a few moments Lucius slipped into the room, not saying a word and not making a sound. He settled on part of the wall and leaned up against it, then just watched. He identified Tsxero and Deathbringer, and vaguely remembered the other from Springfield. Lucius found it odd that he remembered nearly every experience he had perfectly, except parts of that day. It was all a confusing mess he was trying to figure out, but now was not the time for that.

Re: A breakdown in communication (Deathbringer/Travis/UG)
Tsxero waited and watched, guarding himself and his assets with great care as he watched the events evolve and unfold. He couldn't help but realize that Lucius had found his way to this little event as well, which only made him more cautious as the hairs on the back of his neck stood up. He couldn't' really remember why...but for some reason something about that guy made Tsxero overly guarded and defensive. He couldn't imagine why though, and immediately calmed himself as he returned to watching Alpha and Deathbringer.
Tsxero wanted to think that Alpha wasn't going to be full of pride and actually tell Deathbringer what the plan itself was, even if it meant that Tsxero was going to get scolded or reprimanded. Honestly the only reason he was here right now was to make sure that Alpha told Jacob the truth and didn't try and throw things back on anyone else, and possibly explain the plan as it had been. Even though the very nature of the plan had drastically changed since the news of his "ally" running into complications.
Regardless there was little for him to do now, save for sit and wait for events to unfold.

Re: A breakdown in communication (Deathbringer/Travis/UG)
Alpha would wait, keeping an eye upon those that entered the room with silent interest. The one that he had the most hesitation in dealing with was Deathbringer, but there were just so many reasons for that. Everything the man said, well he had been expecting and torture, well that was likely to come soon enough. His entire body was prepared for whatever they would bring at him, but it did not quite come except for a knife dangerously close to his face. His face was calm as always, as if the entire situation did not bother him. Arrogance dripped from his voice without even needing to, that was the manner of Deathbringer. How they spoke, well it was almost as if he thought Alpha was disposable. ”Betrayal? That's an interesting term coming from you.” Alpha started with a raised brow, almost amused by that whole statement.
”You attack a rally that i'm sure you were aware I was attending, without informing me I might add.” Whether that mattered to Deathbringer didn't really concern Alpha. In his mind the only real betrayal that mattered was the one that Deathbringer had the nerve to perpetrate then, and anything he was throwing at him now were baseless accusations. As for spewing out plans, well that was no quite something he intended to do. Only an idiot would do something so prideful, no, Alpha knew he might have been in a tough situation so he would have to play things smart. ”As for the perceived betrayal, well you're looking at the small picture. Let's say if I did betray you, all you lost were disposable human pawns. The world has a good seven billion of them, so a dozen aren't really much.” Waving off the supposed charges, he would continue.
”With this little stunt that Tsxero pulled, well now you have me and likely a ransom will be put up should you ever decide to go after that rather than worrying about killing me. I'm sure you can imagine how much would be paid for Travis Masters of all people, and with the support I gain after this fiasco, well I imagine that's just more money I can pour into this gang of yours. You like to gain don't you? And with that move there, people will likely even fear the great Deathbringer even more, so you have lost nothing aside from disposable minions and gained so much more.” From the sound of it, likely he made himself seem so much more useful alive than dead and he was sure an intelligent man like Deathbringer would see his worth too. If not, well then he would not be as intelligent as thought.

Re: A breakdown in communication (Deathbringer/Travis/UG)
There was so much intensity in this room that you could just practically cut it with a knife. Perhaps he should actually try that and see if anything actually happens. Having to deal with stuff like this on a nearly daily basis would always lead Jacob to trying new things to see what would happen next. The prospect of breaking the monotony was an exciting one for him to bring about. This may have been why he was currently playing with a switchblade knife at the moment. Unsheathing it and sheathing it over and over again. The sounds it made because of what he was doing might agitate someone into demanding that he stop. This interrogation would not go as anyone else here would expect it to. Deathbringer was certain of that.
As he listened to the sounds he was making with the knife while he waited for Alpha to speak his peace, Deathbringer heard another sound from behind him. Somebody had entered the room unannounced. Now who could that be? Another of the aliens whose race that Tsxero belonged too? None of them were really needed in here right now. Jacob glanced behind him at the door and saw Lucius had just entered the room. What was he even doing here? Lucius wasn't invited to this, much less informed. Deathbringer stopped playing with the knife in order to talk to him. "Aah Lucius, how nice to see you. Before you say anything, I must ask that you give me a few minutes before I discuss with you whatever it is you're here to discuss. In a bit of an unexpected meeting as is already." Deathbringer told him rather politely.
Jacob looked away from Lucius after he finished speaking to him and briefly glanced over at Tsxero before shifting his focus to Alpha. Time to hear what this little one has to say about their actions. He could tell that Alpha here was trying to be clever with his words. Saying things that he believed would appeal to Jacob and make him want to reconsider any thoughts of punishment. Before he would respond to anything that he had just heard, Jacob looked around for a place to sit. He found a chair in the corner and took his time walking over to it and sitting down. "Aah, that's better. Now then." he said as he sat back and made it appear as if he was relaxing.
"I will say, you were right about a couple of things. It's true that I didn't lose anything of value, and I do like to gain. After all, the more that's available to someone, the more they can use when they need something." he stated nonchantly as he placed the switchblade knife on the counter next to him. "However, despite everything you just claimed, you've provided no reason for any of us to trust you. I may have to take advantage of this little ransom situation you speak of. Hmmm, I wonder what I could ask for." He said and began to think over his options. Some things came to mind, but they were not things that he felt he should inform the others of. For Jacob, it was becoming obvious that he required a backup plan for this situation. Step one: finding out exactly whom he could trust, perhaps? Thinking about the others that were present in this little room, only Tsxero seemed like someone he could trust, and even that was shaky. Perhaps it was time to garner their trust so that they could proceed to reach greater heights.
"So tell me, what were you aiming to accomplish with your actions at the rally and association with Duval?" He asked as he reminisced of that day, remembering every part of it quite well. Duval would have died that day if it weren't for that one guy showing up and saving her. That whole event was full of people just showing up out of nowhere to take part in the events that were occurring. Jacob wanted to find that guy and let him know how much of a fool he was for saving such idiotic people. After this he may return to New York and conduct some business there.

Re: A breakdown in communication (Deathbringer/Travis/UG)
Lucius was addressed by Deathbringer, which Lucius responded to with nothing but a nod as he just stood there. The gang leader seemed even more passive aggressive and smug then Lucius himself, though it didn't really annoy him much, it was kind of comical really. Jacobs infatuation with that damn switchblade though, that was irritating, but thankfully Lucius didn't have to deal with it for long. Alpha said his piece, which seemed to be considered by Deathbringer but Travis wasn't quite off the hook yet. Honestly Lucius didn't want to jeopardize any alliance today, so if he could get Alpha out of this peacefully then he would. Trust was mentioned, which Lucius really couldn't help but chuckle at dickishly. But really, Jacob expected trust in a gang of supervillains? Unfortunately, that was something he would never fully get.
"Is this really necessary? Alpha is worth a thousand times what you lost, and with the support he will gain from surviving capture, even more. As for the trust issue, have any of us really showed each other we can be trusted? No, we're criminals. The gang isn't there to be some support group where we can all be buddie-buddies, it's for mutual gain. Ask yourself, can you trust anyone in this room? No, i can't, you can't, none of us can. So lets cut the crap, i don't feel like continuing partnership if i have to be interrogated every time some mooks get caught in the crossfire." Lucius said. Every word was true, Lucius just hoped Deathbringer would realize Alpha was just as trust worthy as anyone in the gang, and that was not very trust worthy at all. If he actually believed he could trust any of them, well then he wasn't a very good criminal now was he?

Re: A breakdown in communication (Deathbringer/Travis/UG)
"W-Woah wait a minute there!" Tsxero interjected a moment, a slightly worried look on his face as he looked to Lucius and then to Jacob, his hands were up as if he were trying to convey the fact he was holding things up a moment. "I do trust you people. If that's gonna be a problem then that's something that would be nice to know." He said, genuinely concerned for the children of his colony if there could truly be no "trust" amongst these psychopaths. Okay he might have had a problem with the concept of "progress" and the whole "trust" issue with Jacob, but he could honestly say Jacob never made him fear for his colony's safety. Not like Racist McFuckface here, who just woke up the parental instincts of the were-alien leader.
"Don't you listen? The whole crossfire thing wasn't even the question. The question is WHY should we believe him. I'm not exactly a scientist but what I can tell you is that without any form of fact the only farther anything gets is to theory. I think He's just looking for some form of "fact" to Alpha claims." Tsxero said to Red, growling a little, slightly agitated that he didn't understand the true situation at hand. Tsxero was the "dumb attack dog" of the group and he understood what was going on. "Looking at the facts, I can honestly say the only thing Alpha's ever done for me was move a lab into my colony and then pose a threat. That is a fact. Alpha was at an anti-metahuman rally, also a fact. I don't think him being a pain in my tail means he's a traitor but looking at facts he's not believable, trustworthy and contributes nothing to this "partnership" that I've seen. If you have any evidence to the contrary please, by all means, share with the group." Tsxero's tone remaining rather flat, despite the volume increasing a little. He let out a deep sigh before his shoulders slumped and he brought a hand up to rub the bridge of his nose. Though if it was the incompetence of some of the present parties or if it was out of his unnatural and inexplicable dislike for Lucius he didn't know. He actually had to wonder why he didn't like him...he tried to remember why and he just couldn't do it...
"Too many chiefs...not enough white people...or however that saying goes." Tsxero said as he groaned, relenting on his thoughts before walking up to the side wall and sitting down. He brought his hands down his face and then he blinked.

Re: A breakdown in communication (Deathbringer/Travis/UG)
It had appeared that Deathbringer was really intent on his guilt regardless of the truth of the matter, which perhaps showed he cared little for gain. Alpha reclined within his seat, keeping an eye on Deathbringer who seemed to be fascinated with that switchblade of his, and asking stupid questions. He wanted to know about Duval and that was something Alpha could give him. ”Duval has her uses, and so I was planning to take advantage of those. The Duval corporation has a lot of connections, ones I could eventually tap into given the time.” He started sounding undaunted by Deathbringers silent threats. ”I was also looking into her possible ties with a group that would prove troublesome for this gang of yours. The same one that likely teleported her away from the rally.” He explained in cool manner, intertwining his fingers and resting them on his lap.
Lucius would speak up about the whole trust thing, which was a slightly good answer. Criminals trusting one another was not common, because in the end they would do what best allowed them to gain. Tsxero however seemed not to keen on what Lucius had said, stopping him and interjecting with his own two cents. Something had been said about him trusting them, which amused Alpha more than anything else. However they had some point within the whole thing, likely Deathbringer wanted some fact but then again his whole desire to know seemed unsubstantiated. Maybe he just did not care about gaining anything, but that would have been the opposite of what a leader cared to have for their group. ”Well perhaps you should open your eyes a little more, i've done quite a bit for this group. Unless the millions i've put into it, as well as the metahumans i've supplied account for nothing, then I suppose I have done nothing.” Alpha stated with an expression that was rather unamused.
”Trust me or not, what i'm doing is for the betterment of the gang and the people who are a part of it. Whether you believe me or not, well that is up to you.” He stated simply with a shrug.

Re: A breakdown in communication (Deathbringer/Travis/UG)
The moment that Deathbringer decided to get down to business in order to properly settle this matter was the exact moment that everybody else present in this room decided to give their opinions. He should have put up a sign that said 'no comments from the peanut gallery' so he could avoid this. When Lucius started to speak, Jacob spent the entire time being tempted to silence him, but chose to let him speak his peace. He was just reiterating what Alpha was saying as part of his defense and some other stuff that he had heard too many times before in the past. Deathbringer lifted his head up and stared at the ceiling and muttering gibberish for the last parts. Once he was certain that Lucius was done talking, Jacob opened his mouth to speak before hearing someone else talk. He lowered his head to see Tsxero speaking and was actually a bit surprised.
"Forgot that he could talk." Deathbringer said, barely audible over his own breath. Deathbringer would wind up listening to what the alien had to say with much more interest than what he possessed when he was listening to Lucius. Probably because Tsxero was saying things that indicated that he was fully aware of the situation at hand. Somebody here also understood that actions spoke louder than words. Despite all this talk of what he could provide, it meant nothing if Alpha was just going to betray them the moment he perceived an opportunity that may backfire on him horribly. Deathbringer took a brief moment to speak to both Lucius and Tsxero. "This is not a waste of time like you seem to think it is. In fact it's quite the opposite. Hopefully you'll soon see that I operate very differently than from how others do. Now, let's allow Alpha to defend himself, shall we?" He said to them and sat back to listen to anything else their suspect had to say.
For Jacob, it felt like Alpha was just way too sure of himself as he presented forth his argument. Did he honestly feel like he deserved to be welcomed back with open arms or something? Deathbringer heard every word that came out of Alpha's mouth and replied the moment that he was done talking. "The kids in Los Angeles? Is that the group you're referring to? You know, the one with that girl that's always beating you up. Or are you talking about that little get together in London? Hear that one fell apart almost instantly. How about the lotus queen lady's entourage? I assume they're not that competent if they're following someone as foolish as her. Lucius can attest to that. What about Elena Vexus? I hear she's back after her failed takeover attempt in the capital, for who knows how long though. I hear the over and under is set at two months. Or perhaps it's that chess group over in Italy. Yes, I like to keep track of all the pieces on the board. Makes it easier to prepare to get rid of them. Tell me, did I name one of them?" Deathbringer said with sheer amusement in his voice.
After taking a few seconds to let that sink in, he continued onwards. "Now apparently I need to spell something out for you. Yes I am fully aware of what you have provided and what else you can provide. You don't think I don't keep track of that and many other things? Now what you don't seem to be aware of is that I know that all of these things you speak of being able to provide could be lost in an instant." He stated, his voice rising a bit near the end. Deathbringer then lowered his hand and looked at his hands as he began to fiddle with them. "Then again, I suppose we could just take everything you have and then remove you from the picture. That would certainly solve one of the issues at hand. Not sure if it amounts to what we have going on the east coast, or one of those things that could clear the playing field. Okay so, anything else anybody wants to add?" he said looking at all of them in turn.

Re: A breakdown in communication (Deathbringer/Travis/UG)
Lucius was annoyed by the fact Tsxero jumped in, he was only making things worse for Alpha. Lucius couldn't understand why they continued to banter over such a petty issue, there was literally no grounds to punish Alpha, besides the fact the gang lost a few goons. Really, everything that had been said was applicable to every member of the group. They could betray him and take their resources away in an instant just as Alpha could, so that was irrelevant.
"Oh i listen, i just felt the question didn't matter. Like i said before, none of us have proved our word is worth something. The fact is, he was useful in Springfield and many other operations and his resources have proved quite useful to me. If you all want to argue like little girls for no reason be my guest, but I'm not going to stand by and watch a friend and ally get punished by idiots for killing off a few disposable goons. And don't even mention the other accusations, they are either irrelevant or something we are all equally guilty of. I'm done with this vacuous bickering. Contact me when you can put that aside and actually be useful." Lucius said, walking over and standing next to Alpha with his hand out. It was an offer for teleportation, and Lucius was confident Alpha would know that by now. Deathbringer could make an attempt to stop him, but Lucius was quite prepared for that. He wasn't trying to cut ties, even if that's what he was doing here, he was just stopping the needless interrogation of someone that didn't deserve it.

Re: A breakdown in communication (Deathbringer/Travis/UG)
Tsxero watched this devolve long enough. If this is how humans truly were then he could see the appeal of the Master Race and their stand point on them. This was just pathetic now in all honesty. He was only able to garner bits and fragments from the opposition, so far as where he stood Deathbringer and himself were unwavering on this issue. Okay, so Alpha and the Racist were allies, which is all well and good...but that proved no validity. Deathbringer said about how he operated differently, and while Tsxero himself felt assured that it was true...he wasn't certain that the best course of action was to off Alpha. Of course the thought eventually hit Tsxero that it was perhaps an intimidation tactic. Unfortunately Tsxero tended to emulate the brutish, straight-forward approach.
"Okay, excuse the interruption, but I've got a suggestion, and I'm done watching stupidity plague us." Tsxero snarled as he literally transformed, clothes tearing off of him in an instant as his hulking form leapt over Alpha, his tail snaking around Alpha's neck and the tail-tip latching onto the nape of his neck. Alpha's eyes would probably roll a second. A telekinetic energy would seize Red. Tsxero would let out a trill as he claimed Alpha's mind, influencing his actions. Tsxero knew about Alpha's hidden power...his telepathy and his control. It was no problem using this to their advantage and using it to force control over Red. Puppets tied to a string. Tsxero let out little growls as he would attempt to "rewrite" their ideals and put them in a more...agreeable state. Once he was finished there would be a whole new situation. Tsxero himself started to slink away, releasing Alpha from his tail and slithering back to the corner, hoping the darkness would provide some modesty as he transformed back into his humanoid form.
"Alpha. Throw him into the wall. Red...when he throws you into the wall...you will thank him." Tsxero instructed. The repercussions were quite obvious. "If you can't be trusted you will be controlled... or eliminated. It's that simple. You would do the same to us, so we will do the same..." Tsxero said as he rubbed his head in the shadows, the splitting pain of having to bond with a highly intellectual person was annoying to say the least. He was not looking forward to the questions that might bring to Tsxero, however it was needed. If they were going to be a hindrance to the group then they needed controlled and contained. This is how things like that were achieved. Regardless if he had to resort to abusing something a honorable as a bonding. His implanted commands within Alpha were going to make them more cooperative, even when the initial control was worn out.
"I would suggest...rather than eliminate him and take his stuff... the lab here will take a sample. We'll keep it on record as proof he's a metahuman. Then if he acts up again...we leak it, we contain him personally...take down his lab, expose his secrets...watch his world burn. As far as Lucius...well...if his "ally" here is with us...I doubt he'd have the parts to go against us. If he does...well, I'll eat him." Tsxero groaned, his suggestion up on the table, proving that the situation could be contained, and with more agreeable outlook Alpha would likely submit to the regulations suggested. if that happened they could spare themselves the random bloodshed and they could keep their assets without upturning the chessboard too any. All Tsxero knew now was that he was suffering form a splitting migraine.
"When I was in his head...he had something about that Lostus thing...something about infiltration? Did you order that? I guess not..." Tsxero started out asking Deathbringer but then neglected it. Obviously if Deathbringer ordered it he wouldn't have Alpha in his sights for this. Tsxero just mused to himself as he tried to soothe the pain in his throbbing skull.

Re: A breakdown in communication (Deathbringer/Travis/UG)
Alpha could see things as they were. Any defense he could think of was pointless in use against Deathbringer, he was adamant within deciding his guilt and likely had already decided that he was guilty. So now it was either death or ruin for him, maybe even both if Deathbringer could get his way, but if anything Alpha could count on an ally. A hand had been extended for teleport and within an instant Tsxero moved to act, turning into his monstrous alien form and leaping before him. Before Alpha could really react, a tail had coiled around his neck and planted within the nape of his neck. The prick from the impact had been minimal, but he could feel the effects already. The effect was instantaneous, fast enough to override even his mental prowess as he found himself being reduced to a mere puppet.
Ideals long held found themselves being rewritten, molded into something a little more...agreeable towards whatever as his eyes rolled back. His own powers were even wrenched from his control, attempting to bind Lucius within his own telekinetic grasp, likely to keep him from going anywhere as the mind control portion did its work. Once the tail had unlatched from the back of his neck, his eyes rolled back into place as Alpha blinked a couple of times. The order had been registered, and with a thought he would telekinetically throw Lucius against the wall, not really making a physical move. With the commands implanted within him, it wasn't really within him to go against anything commanded of him, a sort of sad thing for a proud person like Alpha but it was what it was.
”I had decided to do that on my own, the infiltration. To extend the reach of The Ultra Gang.” Alpha stated plainly, still within the grips of whatever Tsxero had done to him.

Almost instantly, Deathbringer wound up feeling that allowing the others a chance to speak once again. Then again it was pretty obvious that professionalism was lacking here. Once again, Lucius interrupted the discussion, this seemed to be a tendency of his, and once again all that came from him was nonsense. Seriously, this guy claims to be a genius. What did he open a pickle jar that nobody else could and came to think way too highly of it? Jacob was trying hard not to burst out laughing at what this guy was saying. The things that he was saying were insulting to everybody here, including himself. "Useful? Jacob said as he let out a small mirthless laugh as he saw Lucius stride forward and offer his hand to Alpha. This was so stupid that it was amusing. Deathbringer continued to laugh a bit as Tsxero took his turn to talk.
"Now things are getting really fun." Jacob stated as he saw Tsxero transform into his real form. He just sat back and watched as Tsxero quickly dashed forward and wrap its tail around Alpha's neck. "Is he about to kill him? I'm honestly okay with that." Jacob thought to himself as he watched all of this happen. He leaned forward in his chair as Tsxero just stood there with his tail around Alpha's neck and wasn't strangling him, but just making noises. "Oh, that's what he's doing. I was wondering if it would come to this." he thought again as he realized what was happening. This little process came to an end and Tsxero moved back to his corner to offer up a suggestion and let things proceed.
"Blackmail huh?" Jacob said as soon as Tsxero was done providing his idea. "I was planning on saving that card for later. You know, give him a fair chance first, but this way will probably be better. Where do you keep the medical equipment in here anyways? We'll need some syringes." Deathbringer said as he looked around the room for some syringes. He stood up and opened up one of the drawers to check for syringes as Tsxero asked him about this group that Alpha claimed to be investigating, saying it was the one that worked with the lotus queen.
"I figured." Jacob said and turned around and leaned against the counter as he looked over at Tsxero. "Don't remember if I told you this, or if you're aware of it, but I went to New York city a little while ago because I was offered a job of sorts. There were these two rival gang leaders and businessmen, and one of them hired me to kill the other. I did, got paid a hefty sum of money, and arranged for the guy who hired me to die too. I didn't like the way he talked to me during our meeting. Anyways, afterwards I went to some nightclub to meet with some other local gangsters that wanted to make it big. As I was discussing business with them, we were interrupted by some woman that was there to eliminate a traitor within her ranks. Sounds familiar, doesn't it?" Jacob paused for a moment to glance over at Alpha before turning back to Tsxero and continuing. "Then Lucius here showed up, and pretty much did the exact same thing. I know, weird right? Well, what happened next was that I went about recruiting, and wound up being offered half of the city. Talk about unforeseen benefits. Now, this lotus queen was one of the things I was having been kept track of to make sure she was following her end of the deal, but I had other places to be and when I returned, it was to arrange the attack on the rally. Couldn't allow someone to gather people together and possibly take away something of ours, now could I? The fact that Duval is also the Lotus Queen makes things even better. Now I know that she broke our deal." Jacob mused as he looked over at Lucius, whom had been thrown into the wall by Alpha telekinetic power.
"Now then." Jacob said and he walked over to place himself between Alpha and Lucius. He then began putting his powers to work a little bit as he spoke. "Don't worry, there's no need to get back up. I wonder how long it will be before you doing something like sneer, or roll your eyes, scoff, attempt to ridicule me, or think 'this is so beneath me', or whatever else you do." Jacob said, his voice in a whiny, mocking tone during his quoting of Lucius. "You know speaking of Springfield, behavior like that was what led to Tsxero leaving you practically comatose. You think you would have learned something from that. Maybe you suffered brain damage though. Regardless, I actually have kept my word. Also 'useful', really?" Deathbringer asked and laughed again. "You're really going to throw away something you think will be useful to you the moment things aren't going entirely the way you want them to? Then again how would you react if the same happened to you? Actually don't answer that, because I already know the answer. I distinctly remember you killing that guy at the lotus queen's nightclub because they did just that. It seems someone can't even take their own advice. I probably triggered one of those things I mentioned earlier with that one. By the way, you're actually hurting his chances rather than helping them. Anything else you want to add that you haven't said already before I continue our discussion with Alpha here. I'm actually a bit interested to hear about the results of his infiltration." Jacob said to conclude what he decided to say to Lucius. Perhaps they could get back to the business at hand now and not have to deal with any more interruptions.
