The Crime Syndicate's Lair

Base Name: The Crime Syndicate's Lair
Purpose: To give the thieves a place to return to and call base when out and about on missions supplied to them by the number 1. No missions are ever handed out by the mysterious Phantom, leader of the Crime Syndicate, as none are even sure if the man truly exists.
Location: Chicago, Illinoise, North America
Apperance: Exterior:
History: Designed and paid for by Lucifer Hermes Mercury in his late teens, early twenties, built by more than ten contractors. Each forgetting ever building the building after completing their section of the job. It was completed in the year 2013 when Lucifer turned thirty. It now resides as the base for the entire Crime Syndicate.
Wealth: 5

Mrs. S' library is instead a meeting room, tea room is a loot room, and servents room/wing is a basement.
