Personality:
A hockey player through and through, you do not want to get in Maximum's way when things start to get tough. He may not be a super genius but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t mean he won’t hesitate to think out a plan of sorts and use it to his advantage, even if it is a very flawed plan. Some call him a brute, others call him a punk truth be told he is all of these things but he grew up believing in two things. The first that just because you’re bigger or stronger than someone else doesn’t mean you can pick on him, his father always told him to protect the little guy and that is what he lives to do. The second thing he stands by is that evil doesn’t deserve a place on this earth and because of that with the power he was given he must do what he can to make the world a better place, even if it means killing them to show he means business.

For most the quote is mind over matter and although that may be true for Maximum he sees it just a little bit differently. To have a week mind isn't something you need or should want but if you don't have a strong body then in wont matter how strong your mind is. If you can't take the abuse and trials the world pushes against you physically it won't matter how strong your mental 'powers' or capabilities are because you'll already be dead. In saying that it doesn't mean he's an idiot it just means he believes it's better to act first and think later, because that split second of thinking or acting could decide whether you live or not.

Maximum Wayne is all that and so much more, but most of all he is a patriot. He believes that ones love for their nation should always be near the top of their list, whatever list that maybe. He is an all around American and will support his nation through the good times and the bad no matter what he has to do to make sure it is protected. In his mind the little guys who can't stand up for themselves, your homeland, and your family are the only things that should ever come before your own needs.
History:
Maximum Wayne is a man born to a small family in Philadelphia who never thought he'd make it anywhere. That of course all changed when he turned 5 and his father struck it rich with a deal he made back in his teen years that finally came around to back him up. Quickly becoming one of the wealthiest families in Pensilvania. Little Maxi went from not ever going to school to going every day like a normal kid, and even took up sports. The most notable of those sports being Ice Hockey. It was here that Maximum truly excelled and made a name for himself that didn't carry back to his father. Yet, even this success didn't last too long. When he turned nine Maximum's house was robbed and when he turned ten walking out of the ice rink he played at to their car his parents were robbed and killed in front of him.

Over the next couple of years he lived in an orphanage, continually pushing his body to its limits to hopefully make something of his life. He continued to play hockey and was even drafted by his hometown team, the Philadelphia Flyers when he was 20 years old. He didn't make much of himself in the NHL, mostly was a bruiser and quickly was kicked out after his fourth year. Oddly enough it was on his way home when his car got hit by a stolen vehicle, the cops were surprised he wasn't hurt and even more surprised when he, and they, found out why.
