Costume Description/Image: The Crime Reaper wheres a Mexican Wrestling mask (much like La Parka from wcw), a leather jacket with 3 chicks on the back all having lesbian relations while getting wrapped in tentacles and bugs, a pair of black jeans with a few rips in them and a pair of steel toe combat boots. He wears a Kevlar vest under the coat that has For Jane spray painted across it

Personality: Adam Brooks believes that all criminals are scum. He will kill anybody who has murdered a person. He does not work with other heroes or anti-heroes unless it benefits Him directly. The only loyalty he shows in the slightest is to the Illuminati and even then he is known to disobey them half of the time. Adam toys with his oppenents by insulting, intimidating or just downright terrifying them with mind games. He is not afraid of anybody no matter the size or abilites of said person. The organized crime community has a saying "If you encounter the Crime Reaper, make sure hes dead or else be prepared to be haunted til the day you die, which wont be long" He is not very socially acceptable and often ignores other heroes when confronted. He is also known to incapacitate heroes if they are found to be untrustworthy.He does not consider what he is doing as heroic, but as something that should be done.He has no problem killing corrupt cops which gets him in trouble with the law and hero community. In short He is unstable and untrusting, however he is respectful to other heroes.

History: Adam Brooks is a man who knows too much about loss, His parents died in a plane crash over mexico when he was 6, His uncle was murdered by a motorcycle gang in a barfight. He was treated badly by his foster family until he ran away at the age of 16. He attended a troubled youth school and met a girl named Jane, whom he fell in love with, her family accepted him and he moved in. One day the Vance crime Family kicked down the door, a man named Savage Stanley raped Jane and then beat her to death with his bare hands, the mother and father were killed by Richter Desmond a known assasin with a brutal M.O.Poor Adam was grabbed by his legs and smashed into a concrete floor by Savage Stanley. He awoke in the middle of being buried and killed the men trying to bury him with a shovel and buried his family and the grave diggers (alive). He went into a depressed state and attempted to kill himself until a man known as Agent West of the Illuminati took him in, tought him that his grandfather was an experiment in world war 2 that granted enhanced regeneration with the use of cell alteration. Adam was trained and armed and sent to irradicate the Vance Crime family in Boston and Providence. He destroyed all the major crime syndicates in those two cities but lost track of Chucky Vance (the don of the family) and Savage Stanley. He killed Richter Desmond by dumping acid on his head.The signature luchadore mask was given to him by his girlfriend weeks before her death. He got it because he mentioned how happy he was when his dad took him to wrestling matches as a child.


The Illuminati in Adams story is a group that watches over the superhumans of the world. They train some to stop crime or to be special black op units overseas. . However they prefer to stay out of any conflict (with the acception of Adams affairs) that are closely monitered by the Telekenetic Agent West.

Powers: The Crime Reaper is capable of regenerating damaged and destroyed tissue, and severed limbs (albiet at a much less alarming rate). His altered cells permanantly keep his body well conditioned,no matter how much he works out he has the average strength and speed of a male who does regular exercise and he can go for prolonged periods without oxygen. He is skilled in hand to hand combat and gunplay, He is also very skilled with a tomahawk. He has a white japanese speed bike which he calls the scythe,it is capable of speeds up to 300 miles per hour.He is also skilled in psychology and uses it to toy with his opponents and to intimidate heroes and villians.His guns of choice are two glock 18 machine pistols (with knives on each clip), the Smith and Wesson 500 revolver for armoured foes, and a scoped M1 Garand with a bayonet (for long distance and emergency melee). He loves his tomahawk and enjoys plunging it into the skulls of his foes.

Times Square, such a beautiful sight from the skies is it not? New York is a crime ridden hellhole in the eyes of Adam Brooks. Drugs, rape, violence and crime are all that he sees. The Big Apple is full of worms and their pesticide is Adam Brooks or as He is known to the press as; The Crime Reaper, a title gained after slaughtering the Vance Family and all of its affiliates back in Boston and Providence.It was then one of the most notorious assasins was persumably killed; Richter Desmond. Vance ran to His upper-east side penthouse to recover and work with local crime syndicates. Oddly enough, a string of murders with Richter Desmonds M.O began in New York. Chucky Barbino was found with his face ripped off and his body full of draino. Crime Reaper was stalking the streets of Manhattan in the shadows, looking for a lead or watching out for someone to fuck up, for the Crime Reaper often punishes his foes with a bullet or a taste of his tomahawk, unless its just petty crimes which are punished with a savage beating. The Reaper jumps down to a smaller building and makes his way to the alleys where he hears the screams of a woman. Two skinheads are beating her and attempting to rape her while another girl yells "Fucking kike bitch!" The Reaper drops down and confronts the trio.

Crime Reaper stands his ground, glaring into his foes eyes.

The two big bald men approach the Crime Reaper, one is wielding a bowie knife and the other is holding a large club. The one with the club swings at the Reaper who jumps back and rushes foward with his tomahawk crushing the skull of the man. The knife weilding skinhead attempts to stab but the knife is turned on him and slowly inserted into his chest, letting out a prolonged scream as he is penetrated by the sharp blade, which is then twisted inside him.

The Skinhead female pulls out a large revolver and fires at Crime Reaper, the shot connects with his chest and knocks him to the ground.the female then goes over to the seemingly incapacitated Crime Reaper, only to catch a fist to the head. Crime Reaper stands up and grabs the woman

" I hate skinheads, they target people for stupid reasons. I on the other hand target those who hurt the innocent, or those who bother me. This woman probably has a family, the fact that you would take away someones wife, mother or daughter based on the fact that they are jewish, black, asian or hispanic is enough evidence for me to say that you are not worth being on this Earth. It justifies my ending of your life, and if you are a mother of a child, that child is better off with a dead mother."

The Crime Reaper pulls out a Smith and Wesson 500 Revolver, and throws the Skinhead woman to the ground, he aims the massive handgun at her head and before the shot is heard a brief plea of mercy is heard before a bang and a splat fills the alleyway. Adam rushes over to the woman to see if she is okay. Much to his relief she is still breathing and avoided fatal wounds, the sounds of sirens are heard in the distance and Crime Reaper flees after taking the wallets of the people he just slaughtered. He needs to support his mission, and its not like these dead criminals need the money, he also uses the contents of the wallet as a possible lead to a bigger crime boss. The Females wallet reveals(via photos in her wallet) that she has killed over 5 women of an ethnic background, for those reasons.

Crime Reaper dissapears into the night and the police arrive and clean up the place. The woman says the last thing she remembers is being jumped and has no idea that the Crime Reaper saved her life.

Just pointing out a couple of things, you can't have half stats, so either STR goes to 3 or FS does and the other goes to 4. In addition, all normal weapons are powered by 3 INT, so don't expect them to do any more damage then that. Now, I'm not too sure about this, but I don't think you will be able to use your motorcycle in thread, at least not at 300 mph considering that your SPD stat is only 4. However, I think it may be fine for entering and exiting threads.

On a completely unrelated note, good app and I look forward to maybe RPing with your char.

fixed stats, also the motorcycle is just for traveling within threads and such. It wont be used in battle.
