I was thinking that it may be a helpful idea to have a one-post locked thread, perhaps as a sticky in the group section, that lists all active groups and members. Granted, this would require input from several people, but I think it would be a big help especially to new members. I know we have the list at the bottom, but it's not extremely obvious and is cluttered with defunct groups.

Yeah something like this is in the works, but I need to track people down who are important to some very important groups.
