Personality:Noah has no emotions and sees only the world as his mission. Destruction down to the last cell. Not a easy guy to get along with and he will never trust you nor accept your friendship but if your strong enough he will respect you and see you as one of the Noah's and may even induct you into his "Family". This is the highest honor Noah will give you other than not ripping your throat out. Very few gain his respect and many more feel his punishment.

History:Noah was a weapon created by Project Perfection in hopes to reign in all the other super powered beings that had escaped them in someway or form. He was named Noah the Apostle. Unlike the others they wanted a being who had no emotions so when Noah was created that was precisely what they left out however there were a few things they overlooked such as self acknowledgment and purpose. Noah was made as a weapon and was trained as a weapon.

Noah knew nothing of the outside world his entire life was spent in a little room except the few times he was allowed out in the training grounds to train his Given gifts and make him more proficient. Project Perfection didn't want a stupid creation but they also didn't want someone super smart who could start thinking for itself and so they taught him themselves on the things they believed he needed to know. Normal school was out the window and Noah was taught Geography, Locations, Military tactics and strategy, what was right and wrong, and how to read. The last one was by a Good Scientist named Morty who had no love for the creature but believed everything with intelligence should read.

Noah was also given a bible but the only thing inside was the verse of Noah and what a Apostle was, Noah however began to think for itself for it never called itself him or her for it didn't know what it was since all the scientist called Noah it. When a new scientist was brought in he was there for the sole purpose of examining Noah and making sure everything was fine. He once called Noah him and was reprimanded hard by the staff but Noah heard and referred to himself as Him.

The scientist spent months with Noah studying his every move, watching his every facial expression which there wasn't much since the boy had no emotions to show. The one thing the man did notice was there were those Noah respected for he gave them no trouble and did as they asked and those he didn't ad these people normally ended up hurt. The Scientist Christopher spoke to Morty about this and Morty explained that to those who were close to Noah were entered into the family of Noah. He explained how the weapon believed himself to be a descendant of the Apostle Noah and that the man accepted those who were trustworthy into his family and they became the family of Noah.

Christopher was intrigued and asked those who were in the family how they earned his respect and none of them could figure it out since all were there differently. One was there for simply bringing him a book while another had stopped a test that could have killed him. Noah became a obsession for Christopher but the boy was always contained so there was no way to study him in the real world. One night him and the family of Noah got together to discuss ways to test the boy outside of the walls but some were reluctant after so many projects had escaped. Christopher told them he would do it alone if he had too and the others conceded.

Noah was awoken from what he called sleep but he was never asleep he didn't need to sleep, The members lead Noah out of the compound sneaking him through the security gates and into the wild jungles were they were based. The scientist watched Noah's first reaction to a new world but without emotion he was dull except for the occasional touch of something. Noah didn't feel love, hate, anger, jealousy, fear, or any other known human emotion even the effects of pain no longer effected him from savage beatings they gave to him when he was younger and series of painful needles that deadened the feel.

Noah looked at the scientists were shaking hands and laughing at there achievements. Noah had another gift given to him when he was created and his left eye shifted turning completely black with a red target in he center. He saw what there intentions were. (This only works on NPC) The eye also allowed him to see across great distances and even through objects and finding they were using him for research he turned on them and slaughtered them all considering them traitors to the Noah family.

Noah vanished that night to the fury of Project Perfection but nothing could be done for they had unleashed a weapon of God onto man kind and another being who was far more powerful and destructive than Humans were meant to be.

Powers: Nova Touch: Noah has the power to make anything he touches explode, His favorite maneuver is speeding past someone and drawing a line across a part and watching it explode. This works on people (Durability does come in. If your durability is 7 to his ep the damage would be one block lower. if equal etc with the rules. No god modding I promise. If your lower like 4 durability to his 6 ep the damage is more severe. Killing needs permission.) he can do it on inanimate objects and if given time he will charge his touch and attack. Noah Was given Super speed.

How do you not godmode when your only power is to make people explode by touching them? This was the issue we had with Ice Hands on Jack Frost. If it works on players, but you're not going to make players explode without them letting you, then your only power is speed. Which obviously, you didn't want your characters only power to be. If his only power is speed, and insta-killing NPCs but not players, maybe. But that would Gimp you in a fight. Severely.

It works on characters too it just can' kill without permission. If there durability is 4 or lower you can expect big wounds and lots of blood. Removing of the limb is up to the other player though idc if they have 1 durability removing limbs is there choice. But I hit them they explode depends on the durability to the size of the wound.

6 durability they would hur but probably not even open a wound. 5 would hurt more and may open but that is a heads tails thing. 4 would open up a wound maybe not too deep but enough to hurt. 3 is a much bigger wound and probably scored through muscle and maybe veins. 2 is a severe wound and down to the bone with a large blood loss and possible loss of use with the wounded area. (Topic only unless they want it to be permanent) 1 is the same as 2 with a lot more pain but we don't usually have people with 1 durability. 7 durability would most likely just tickle or hurt a little bit.

Now when i move him up to 7 ep the damage radius will increase as well. But again death or loss of limb is up to the other player.

Now for charged attacks I will work with the Staff to see the damage of a charged attack to a area on higher durability will be.

Then this is the same issue with the Ice Hands. You can't instant win by touching or physical contact.

it's not instant win. If someone chooses to give up during the fight fine. But plenty of people here can heal, They have high durability or some way to defend themselves. I'm not going up against fluffy bunnies I'm going up against super beings. Pain from the wound will hurt alot but I can't kill or remove limbs without permission without those two things the fight is not instantly over. This is a legitimate power which i don't know why your throwing a damn fit over. He blows crap up if the heroes can't handle a few gashes then there not very heroic.

So your power is to make whatever you touch explode, or do you 'draw a line' and the line explodes? Please be more clear on how the power works. Also, if your creating explosions that close to yourself you can't have 2 END and expect to survive. Just like your power would devastate someone with 2 durability, it hurts you. You character and his power need to match up to the powergrid. I suggest lowering your speed for a bit higher endurance because right now you'd kill yourself the second you used your power.

Don't compare everyone to Pain. There are plenty of 1-2 Durability Heroes here, that are plenty Heroic. I'm not throwing a fit, hell it doesn't even effect me. I'm doing this for the others that have to deal with overpowered moves, such as combustion with a touch. If someone had the same power, they'd kill you instantly. So stop being a douchebag and look at things from other people's perspectives. Comparing someone with level 7 Durability to everybody on this forum, is just plain stupid. (Same goes for Regeneration. Most people don't have that.)

Rex I can already see you trying to godmod as this character. 6 SPD and 6 EP to explosion touch. In case if you didn't know I'm going to name a few things that can and cannot be done. First, you can't move at your max, level 6 speed and expect to create level 6 explosion's at the same time. I'm not saying you can't use your speed, but to reach max speed you have to run around a little first, pick up momentum and what-not. Also, how do you survive the explosions? If you explode on touch theres not way for you to run away and even if you could you couldn't move fast enough to escape a explosion that was created right in front of you. You have 2 Endurance yet claim that "If your lower like 4 durability to his 6 ep the damage is more severe." No. You'd be dead and theres no "No killing rule" against killing yourself so enjoy.

I know I'm not a moderator myself, but I would also like to call "Rex" out for plagiarism, at least in the minor sense. Both the image and the names "Noah" and "Walker" belong to the relatively popular anime "D.Gray Man", as well as the terms "Apostles", "Weapon of God", and the fact that his eye turns black with a red "target" inside of it.

I strongly agree with Anglekos in this matter; I've already explained to Rex that he shouldn't rip off an anime. It's annoying. .__.;

I don't see a problem with him being 'similar' to Dr. Gray-Man, just because if you want to call him out for taking stuff form the anime you have to call me out too. I have two characters, both which have the appearance of someone from the anime 'Cowboy Bebop'. It's not like I'm trying to rip them off, I just really really love the show and wanted to look like them. My character, Victor also uses one of the same weapon as the person he is based off of (Vicious from Bebop), and his personality is also very similar, but he has a complete different history and is a completely different character in my eyes. So I'll stick up for Rex when it comes to plagiarism, but I won't approve this character til' things with his powers are worked out. I'm sorry if you guys feel like he is a 'rip off' but if you're gonna hate on him, ya gotta hate on me too.

If it were appearance only, I wouldn't have a problem either; I only mentioned the imagery so as to help tie-in the blatant issue. Rex's character is, as I put, named "Noah Walker", whereas the character whose image he uses is named "Allen Walker" and is a creature called a "Noah", a sort of pseudo-weapon and also known as one of the "Apostles" in the series. All of the above have been tied-in to this character. If nothing else, the character's name should be changed, as it is far too close to the D.Gray Man original to even appear original on its own. I recognized that this was a rip-off just by looking at the title, so that should say something. You use yourself as an example, Arrow, but you named your character something entirely different than his "anime counterpart", and whilst your personality is different, I've read through "Noah Walker's" and it practically describes every single Noah in the anime/manga.

You make a good point Anglekos, I wasn't aware of just how similar he was. I thought he just had the appearance and a couple things about his character relevant to the anime. Rex if you want to keep this character, either your name or appearance must change. I had to change one of my guys name to Steven from Spike because I couldn't have the appearance and name of 'Spike Spiegel', so should you. Had I known all that you had the name and appearance of the same character I would have told you to change it form the start. So Rex you can either fix up all the stuff on this application, or just trash it and stick with Tempest. Just let me know what your doing whenever you get the chance.

The image is fine; the personality needs to change- completely. If it doesn't, I'll have to take this straight to Pain. The name needs to change along with the personality..

Anglekos and Arrow have discussed this matter fully; without my needed help.

If Arrow can change his character's name without throwing a bitch fit, I'm sure you can too, Rex.

Pretty sure Rex is just gonna keep Tempest instead. Moving to the trash, if you want it back to rework on it Rex just let me know.
