Personality:

Ashley is the kind of crook, who's in this for the money and the chase. He enjoys being bad, and ever since his father
gave him the wand, he's been enjoying it even more. He is almost like a sheep-vulture hybrid. Often swooping in at the
last minute to take out the weak, or just going with everyone else. Sticking to trends.

In the rare cases that he does work solo, he has a habit of going over-board power wise.
Causing far more destruction than required of him, mainly due to the mentality that if he
looks scary, less heroes will approach him to stop him.

He is somewhat hot-headed, and is easily angered by taunts to his sexuality.
Being very nervous about it, as a closeted homosexual.

History:
Born in Florida to a excelling meteorologist, Ashley had always adored his father, but found his work kind of... well boring. Ashley's father was told at his birth that his son was a meta-human, but his body had locked the genetics away.
It was until the age of 19, when Ashley's neighborhood was victim to a large tornado, which caused havoc and destruction. It is suspected that someone Ashley had a tantrum, and caused this to happen. This was what peeked his interest in his father's work. Showed him that maybe the weather wasn't that boring after all. The tornado had also devastated the area, and Ashley's father had come up with an idea to stop this kind of thing from ever happening again. He would build a device, that could help his son control weather patterns! It was so simple!

The next 2 years of his Father's life was spent designing such a piece of technology that would help his son unlock his genetic potential and help the planet. A 'Weather Wand' like the old weather forecasters would have used. However this year also brought some despair. His father was diagnosed with terminal cancer. He had just over 3 months before his time would be up. He set out to leave his legacy on this planet. The wand. Alas... he did not finish it.

After he died, he left the plans for the wand for Ashley. Who was broken by the death of his Father. He vowed to finish the device, with the designs that he was given. And he did so, adding a few of his own improvements. The wand was finished, and Ashley's father could lie in piece.

But Ashley couldn't. He had the whole world, and a weapon of mass-destruction.

What's a boy to do?

The next few months of Ashley's life were spent as a villain. And boy did he love it.

to manipulate almost every aspect of the weather.

Ashley can influence meteorological patterns, creating rain, wind,
lightning, snow, sleet. This includes the ability to
generate various natural phenomena or control the intensity of the weather.

-:Can create tornadoes/hurricanes, vertical drafts, microbursts, and other devastating forms of wind storms. Naturally, this includes the less extreme air/wind movements.

-:Lightning Bolts of varying intensities, strong enough to burn objects and people.
-:Create electric bursts and/or shock-blasts, by striking lightning around his body.

The limits and flaws.

Ashley's powers need to be amplified by the wand he and his father created. If he does not have it, he does not have access to his powers.

Ashley is only able to manipulate the weather where he can remember or see.

If his wand his hit with an EMP, the weather he has created will stop, and he will have to wait to use his wand again. This is due to the technology in it helping his genes send out weather patterns.

His temper, cockiness and confidence often get the better of him, making him rush into things without thinking about them.
