Personality: Despite his young age Mitch is a ruthless, efficient killer who will kill anyone if they do something as little as look at him wrong. There is little joking with him, everything he says is right to the point. Unlike most of those in the superpowered community Mitch feels no need to hide his identity. He is mean to those even he likes, fearing that if he shows kindness it will work against him in the long run. Mitch can be arrogant when he thinks he has the upper hand on someone, but even when he is being over confident don't expect him to let his guard down, he is always prepared for the worst. There are times that a softer side have been seen from Mitch when it has to do with his family, but other than that his heart is black as coal. Mitch loves to drink and smoke finding it be the only time when the thoughts in his head are quiet, When drunk he is nicer in general but will quickly lose it and fly into a violent rage.

Powers: has control over the 4 basic elements (Fire,Air,Water,Earth) But only controls one element at a time (It takes 5 Posts from the first one where he used the power before he can use a new one.)

Pointing it out now, because if I don't, then someone else will: How is a normal human able to control elements and have superhuman levels of speed and endurance? If he were a mutant or someone who had been experimented upon, then that could make sense, but not as a normal human

He will have to explain how he was given his powers in his history. The reason no one has said anything yet is because this is still a 'WIP'. He won't be approved til he explains how he reached superhuman speed and endurance, and got his elemental abilities. Also, I dunno how his power is going to work out. If you want more then one type of power (And you have four, Fire, water, earth, air), you have to split your EP among them. So you'd have 6 EP being divided into 4 different powers, which isn't always a bad thing, but it does make your powers weaker compared to other people with only one power.
However you did say you could only use one power at a time and it takes 5 posts for you to switch between elements, which are both pretty big drawbacks. I'll talk to other members of the staff and get their opinion on them, but I think you shouldn't have to divide all of your EP among them. I think that you should spend 1 EP to be able to switch between all of your powers, and then all of your elements will be powered by 5 EP.
