The Assault (NO VACANCY)

"It should be us versus the demons shiela. Apparently these naive fucking cunts forgot that. Good to see a familiar face I don't want to crush though." Slamfist half-talked, half-shouted down at Macie. "If you'd like, I can help you clean this place out."

Slamfist spoke, almost as if reading her mind. "Most effective thing to do is probably to go in swinging, too many to try and come up with an elaborate plan that encompasses all these unknowns." Slam slammed his fists together, causing the metallic plating to cover the entirety of his left arm and his right fist. His neck and face were covered from the left, he rolled his head to the side and cracked his neck. He leapt down to Macie's side. "I'll see you in the fray."

Nightkill jumped back from Gluttony trying to tear his face off. The sign of mortal danger served as a wake-up call for him. He grabbed his sword, and tried stabbing Glut through the chest.

Nightkill was hit by one, but dodged the others. He groaned, pulling out the knife, and stabbing a random demon with his tail. Draining the demon's life energy, Nightkill healed himself.

He grinned sadistically at Chara. "I must say, dear lady, you have quite a good aim, though knifes are generally for the dinner table. However, eating Gluttony itself for dinner would be quite fun." he said, now changing. He entered his symbonite form, Doomsday, which was much more powerful, but stupider. "DOOMSDAY HUNGRY!" he roared, charging at Chara with his sword and life-draining tentacles.

Chara hissed, and rose higher in the sky after retrieving the knives she'd thrown to stare down at Nightkill. His tentacles couldn't reach her just yet, and when she saw an opening, she dove. Drawing both of the swords slung across her back as she went, Chara somersaulted to the ground behind him slashing vigorously at Nightkill's back.

Turning his head 180 degrees, Kill chuckled. "You don't want to do that." he said, as his tentacles and her sword had an epic fight. He fired off some energy blasts to deal with along with the tentacles. Sooner or later, one would grab her.

Nightkill laughed sadistically, draining Chara's life energy. "I'M KILLING A SIN! I'M KILLING A SIN!" he said happily, like some hyper child, not some affably evil scientist.

Lust smiled a satisfied smile as Nightkill Danced a bit, singing his little chant. She tried to make her face look horrified, but all she could come up with was a smirk, Chara should've done better, it wasn't Lust's responsibility. But she did feel slightly guilty... NOT, this was a perfect opportunity to get rid of Chara and act like there was nothing she could've done about it without getting killed.

Lust turned away from the two, but listened just in case some projectile came whizzing at her. As she surveyed the area, she saw a man with rather long arms (rather being an understatement) who seemed to cover himself with metal, and a girl who looked inexperienced. Lust shrugged and turned back to Nightkill's look-alike.

"Woud you care to join the fight, or will you continue to simply stand there. The demons don't know what to make of ou, you look like one of them and smell a bit like chaos, so they are holding off, because they believe you might be one of them." Lust sniffed the air, smiling as the scents of blood, fear, anger, and sweat filled her nostrils. She laughed, a small chuckle deep in her chest and then seemed to disappear, only to unfurl her wings and beat them twice, rising to his level. "So about that fight, she growled. "Care to join?"

He had been drilling tentacles into the ground from the soles of his feet. He drilled them unnoticed underneath Lust. Katachi smiriked, "I have already attacked." As Katachi finished his sentence the tentacles came up, trying to wrap around her legs, effectively Katachi trapping her. He detached the tentacles from his feet, and charged at her swinging his sword-arm, providing another distraction.

Sul-Fury snapped out of his mesmerized state finally, and composed himself. Viewing the battle between Nightkill and Chara. It seemed to be a spectacle viewed on by others who didn't seem delighted in helping her. Nightkill hollered "I'm killing a sin! I'm killing a sin!", and confused Sul-Fury for but a moments lapse. He knew that whoever Nightkill was, he was a temporary ally.

While Chara was snagged by Nightkill's tentacles, Sul-Fury decided to tag-team her. He lunged forward, coming from behind Chara and tried to wrap a burly left arm around her throat, attempting to wrangle the life out of her.

Nightkill took charge at that moment. "Strangling her won't be needed." he said. "She can't do much right now, and I am getting a good source of energy from her." he said. "I suggest you go attack Lust, and I'll shut down the portal."

Nightkill laughed, now his normal form. "I see your a tougher challenge than I originally thought. No matter." he said, now pretty much at the portal. He looked at the reflections, and shrugged.

He stabbed his tail into the portal.

He screamed. The scream was heard all over New York. The sheer amount of power flowing from the portal threatened to destroy his body. He was surrounded by a field of energy, releasing the energy from every pore and opening in his energy. He was causing the portal to lose energy, and disappear. The question was whether he would die in the process.
