The Looks

A fit 28 year old male with a well groomed appearance. He has short brown hair with strong green eyes. Slight scarring is visible around the right eye, which although unnoticeable is actually a cybernetic replacement. He has a strong jaw and deep-set features on his face. He always appears well dressed or in his lab coat. He has a small well-kept moustache but the rest of his face is clean-shaven. He wears small wireframe glasses at all times, having very little sight without them.

The Legacy

Personality:

He has a very strong belief that the Meta-humans are a sort of plague on humanity, he see’s them as competition that mankind must defeat to strengthen their species. He has a strong personality and actively campaigns for a war against meta’s. He is the smartest man in most rooms and is very aware of the fact, however he is always polite and well-mannered as he needs people on his side. Elias is very forceful of his opinions and doesn’t take kindly to any who disagree. He leads regular Anti-Meta Propaganda rallies strongly urging people to join a resistance.

History:

Elias was always ahead of every other kid that he met. His intellect remained unrivalled through pretty much all of his early life, only ever matched or subsided by an occasional Meta. He had always grown resentful of them for that. He started inventing things at the age of 5 and was fluent in computing before he had hit his teens. He lived an average childhood and an overall fairly sheltered life. However, all the time he knew his genius was at a top human level and yet he was consistently shown up by Metahumans with enhanced cognitive functioning. As the resentment grew inside him he realised that in order to level the playing field he was going to have to adapt and change what the human physiology was capable of.

From the age of 13 he threw himself into the world of Bio-mechanics and undertook all the training that he would need. After graduating and becoming an official Doctor, Elias wasted no time in starting his research. His ultimate goal would be to eradicate the Meta gene and once again make Humans the superior species but for now he would settle with simply enhancing the capabilities of man to stand a fighting chance. During his research he was approached by a group to start leading rallies about the Meta threat and explaining it’s dangers to people.

He started to gain a following after a while and during one of his larger rallies had clearly drawn too much attention. From the crowd a lone meta threw a piece of glass telekinetically through Elias’ right eye completely destroying it. It missed anything vital and instead of going to a hospital like anybody else he ordered to be taken to his facility. It was here that he replaced his own damaged eye with a cybernetic prototype, which he has upgraded on many occasions. Ever since this occasion he has only pursued his cause even stronger, vowing to bring an end to Meta-kind. He adopted the name Dr Genesis for these rallies due to a theory that by finding the origins of the meta gene he could create an antidote for it.

The Powers

Power 1: Cybernetic Eye – Allows for enhanced and telescopic vision. It is capable of remotely viewing his drones footage

Power 2: Drones – He has codenamed his drones ‘AntiBody’ as they are going to help him cure mankind of the Meta plague. He can call Vast amount of AntiBody’s to fight for him and attack Meta’s using facial recognition software to lock on. Alone they are not much of a threat producing the same shock as a weak taser, but a large quantity can stun and potentially harm metahumans.
