The Legacy

Personality: Loyal to the highest bidder, Rapunzel never had the time or effort to work out her own schemes so she mostly piggy-backs on other peoples. She typically fufills the henchmen role in most plots she's involved with and is perfectly happy there. She is hot tempered and can be rather flirtatious when she wants but knows how to balance it so it remains intimidating.

She is vain and confident. She has got a strict policy - once a job is done, keep in tabs with the person who hired you, but if you're paid to work against them - forget them. Until you work for them again they are nothing. She is able to tell when she is beaten and she isn't stupid - she isn't going it die for a pay cheque. One thing she can't stand is when bosses try to treat her (and other henchmen) like bait. Unless it specifically states that that is what they will be doing in the contract, you can forget about it.

History:

Rapunzel was born in San Francisco. She had a normal, if slightly rough childhood. While she was growing up she never really did anything extraordinary or exciting, and he older self hated her for that. When her meta-powers developed at age 16, she did not hesitate in making the leap. She walked around her school with her hair swirling around - looking both awesome and beautiful. Many people either wanted to be her friend and those who used to bully her stayed the hell away.

However after she left school it didn't take her long to realise that being a meta human doesn't get you many jobs alone. And since she didn't study for school or anything, things were looking bleak. Now she was 25 and unemployed. But she was still fabulous and still had her hair. She tried hero work but it didn't pay well enough. And one thing she had noticed was that there was always people in need of meta-human help with.,.. illicit activities.

She donned her thigh high boots and black one piece suit and went to work.

The Powers

Power 1: Hair Manipulation - Rapunzel's meta-gene allows her to control her hair as if it were an appendage. She can cause it to grow, increase it's strength and durability and even change it's colour. She can not control individual threads of hair, but she can control them while clumped together like tentacles. She can also form constructs out of her hair, such as a sword or arms.

Power 2: Wall Climbing - By stabbing her hair in walls, Rapunzel is capable of climbing up walls etc.
