OCEAN Carries out what the heroes can't do. Get the Job Done. They are there when things go to the darkest hour. They are there in the shadows to pick up the remains. You Can Be Placed Into One of the Many Following.

• Fighter Specialist:-- You Are A Fighter. You have High Skill in Fighting. You Are a Trained Warrior. Despite all your other abilities, through and through you can go into combat with the skills of a trained warrior.
  
• Tank Specialist:--You have High Durability. You are much more capable to take the damage. You will serve in the front lines to support the mage units or the fighter units. Your are the first to go in to conquer. If you have strength? That just makes you all the fucking better.
  
• Mage Specialist: Magic, it will be utilized to conquer. Alongside your other abilities, your magic can be honed with your fellow mages on the battle field in numbers. Even those with most technical of magic ability will be accepted here.
  
• Tactician Specialist: Tech and Science, those who utilize cool gadgets and maybe some martial arts could be located here. Tacticians are geared towards machinery, tech, and providing armor to all our operatives. Without the tacticians, there would be no oil to the machine that is O.C.E.A.N.
  
• Hybrid Specialist: Hybrid specialist's are those whom have abilities that are not undefined by the other categories. Hybrid specialists are utilized in various ways when in combat. Sometimes they can rock out with the tanks sometimes they support the mages.

Carrying Out Orders of Operation Through Tactical Planning:
There Are Phase Three and Phase Four Operatives, these operatives are separate and determined by place of residence. Those who live in the HQ are among the Phase Four Operatives. Veteran Operatives, they get priority in team planning. There are only 10 Members Among the OCEAN Fold. And Planning For Attack is Done Among the Ten Accordingly. Phase 4 Operatives has ultimate say over Phase 3 Operatives. Final Review Goes to the Second in Command. Revisions and Final Approval Go To Commander in Chief. Each Squadron has two members each Squadron has to work together to carry out the quest at hand.

Once plans are agreed upon the entire O.C.E.A.N team will initiate attack on the enemy. Execution will be to the plan letter by letter unless something goes wrong. No plan is perfect and O.C.E.A.N realize this. Execution is important just as improvisation. All O.C.E.A.N operatives will communicate each other and notify each other of when their teams section plans do not fall through because of the enemy team. This will be recognized as not a flaw in the plan but as a tactical adaptation in the initial threat. The team will do as they see fit to make it closest to the plan if possible. Reports will be made after the threat is eliminated.

Every O.C.E.A.N operative must be willing to kill an civilian to get to the goal. This separates us from the normal hero. We notice morals are important but for an effective job to sustain the threat if we need to eliminate a hostage to get to the villain we will. The plan made pre-op debriefing is much more important the civilian. Collateral damage can happen and O.C.E.A.N recognizes this.

The Recruitment Process:
Rigorous and arduous O.C.E.A.N had fallen once due to large numbers and lack of activity around the world. Saileyra had decided O.C.E.A.N must take even a smaller amount of numbers in. Only the best of the best will be accepted into O.C.E.A.N.

Phase 2 [Building Respect]:
IC Recruitment. Getting to Meet the Character. Seeing How They Get Along With Others. If There is Potential Between Both Characters In Storyline Then Recruitment Will Done Through A Series of Threads. This is depending on the role-player and how they interact with the recruiter they are assigned to.

Phase 3 [Gaining Trust]:
Basic Training And OCEAN Acceptance. OCEAN is an elite tactical squad of 10 Members and 10 Members Only. OCEAN does not allow Phase 3 Operatives Into the HQ until they prove themselves with three active missions. [Completely Three IC Roleplay Quests].
