Operatives, thank you for your application.
Plural, you have been accepted into the Tactician Squadron Leader of Consultation. Please know the rules and regulations before accepting Leader of Consultation. As the leader of the Squadron you will have to make sure your Squadron follows the group plan to the tea. If there is a slight problem you must report to Saileyra if there is via com-link.
If your Squadron does not like the job you are doing anyone can challenge you for your position in a brawl until no longer moving, or knock out. If you accept these terms we welcome you into our fold.

I would love to sign Rhine up, he will be changed ICly to accommodate the "killing innocents" part. Redline has agreed to capture him and have a talk with him about the definition of innocence, which will change his opinion and make him perfectly fit for Ocean. He has great ranges attacks but fights close quarters, though his ranges is not magical, it is still very powerful and diverse. His close range fighting skills are powerful puncturing attacks, and his defensive capabilities are immense as well with his bones protecting him instinctively.

Plz let me join this is Fates kind of team.
He is a great fighter capable of long range and close range combat. He disagrees with killing innocents for no good reason but knows sacrifices are needed.

Excuse me, fellow Operatives, But I can't agree with the inclusion of a teenager we cannot trust to follow every order given to him. His given skills are not potent enough to put up with any insubordination in a life or death situation. I apologize if you believe I'm overstepping as I don't do recruitment but hopefully you can see my reasoning for speaking up.

Due to previous RP encounters, Harpoon has applied before C-Art's character. With his attempt to end Harpoon's life ICly, this makes him OOCly denied for an application into OCEAN due to conflict of interest ICly.
