A small, hidden compartment in the main room creaks open and a giant, frozen block of ice plops out and falls, smashing itself into bits. A wad of blue hair, trenchcoat, and pale skin shakily and dizzily pull itself together, now revealed to be Mikona. "I-I-I'm back... I think."

During the Fall Of OCEAN the HQ was abandoned. Redline and Shi Ryurou remained the last two active OCEAN Operatives Since Saileyra went M.I.A. The OCEAN HQ is in the process of being rebuilt and which Saileyra is almost complete.

All Recruiting Processes Have Been Updated. All Previous Members Have Been Wiped From the List. OCEAN is starting clean like a wave. Thank you for the understanding.

Please re-review the OCEAN First Post. Changes Have Been Made. This Group Will Have a Member Limit of 10. Recruitment will be posted when Saileyra touches base with Redline and Shi Ryurou via storyline.
