I too, require some assistance.
As a knew member, I seem to have missed out on a considerable amount of in-universe lore heavy stuff. The little site bill board keeps saying something about the destruction of New York and metahuman enslavement.
Problem is, I have no idea what exactly is going on. Is there anywhere I can read up on what I've missed and get caught up on current events?

Not collectively no, though there are arc summary pages in the arc section for what that's worth. You may also want to check out the group page for Dominus since they're the ones involved in this supposed "enslavement".
