It's all up to the host, pretty much. The tournament running right now is a quest put up by the phantom, who used a challonge bracket (an online tool for making tournament brackets.) to help organize it and randomize who faces who. We don't have regular tournaments or anything here, but anyone can make any kind of quest.

We are allowed more than one character. Are there rules against having alliances between your characters? Or relationships, like siblings?

you can have up to three characters. 4 when you've been here six months, and then 5 when you've stuck around for a year. As far as I know there is nothing wrong with your characters being siblings, hell Chelle's two main characters are siblings.

Think I know the answer, but regarding Flight, if its based off an EP Power, do you fly at speed levels equal to your Speed or EP?

Hi! I have a question but I wasn't sure where to put it so I thought here'd be good. So I was on this site a while ago and just came back recently but I haven't been able to change my stats to match the new grid. Could someone maybe unapprove my character app so I could fix that?

I have a quick one. Are we allowed to just start a roleplay topic anytime we like? Obviously not in the Quests or Story Arcs section but in the regular section?
