"That still doesn't make sense, your the child of the two personifications of holy and unholy. There should be some burning." defend Vi. She watched Nathaniel flail in the water for a few seconds after he made a really bad joke. She sighed and swam up to him, grabbing on to him and keeping his head above water so he wouldn't drown. "That wasn't a funny joke, so I don't know why your laughing." She ferried him over to the shore and put him in the shallow water and waited for him to stop laughing. She slapped her tail on the water impatiently.

He sighed and stood up to his full height of six feet, and five inches. His wings spread out behind of him and he looked down at himself. "A Vampire is not as demonic as you think. Sure, they're unholy to some degree, but a lot of them I've met have been trying to turn a new leaf. My mother sacrificed her Angelic form so that I could live and be as 'holy' as possible. I don't know how it works either. It just does." He rubbed a hand through his shorter beard and decided he needed to shave yet again. He then sat down in the shallow water and looked at her. "What part of the ocean are you from?"

"Mine explaining how in the best way you can? i'm guess your telling somewhat of the truth cause we are in the sun and your not a pile of ash." asked Vi. She lowered her head so that just her eyes shown above the water. She blew bubbles in the water, keeping an eye on Nathaniel. Call her paranoid but she didn't want him to suck her blood. She lifted her head out of the water. "North Atlantic, but I've been spending time in the Pacific ocean mostly, I also spent time with family in the Bermuda triangle, had lots of fun there, made me wonder why my mom and grandma decided to move away." She paused. "Where are you from?"

Nate splashed a bit of water toward Viridiana and chuckled at her comment. "That myth about vampires is true.. but I guess my Angelic side gets rid of that weakness of mine.. and you can stop hiding your neck. I do not drink from live beings. I drink packaged blood. And even then, I barely treat myself to that.." He sighed and his wings relaxed, enjoying the lake water splashing against the feathers. [color=skyblue]"I'm from Italy originally. I was born in a stable, but then I was taken away and was raised in Hell until I was matured. I still look as young as I did the day I left my father. He was a bastard, you know.. But, the Bermuda.. haven't been there in a while. Well, only been there once, to be honest."

Vi lowered her hands from her neck but still watched him carefully. "Never been to Italy... or Hell, i hear there is a lack of water there." joke Vi. "If you go back avoid the triangle, the mermaids there that have control over water sink things for the fun of it." Vi sat down in the part of the lake she was in the best she can. "Still don't understand how you can exist but hey, whatever, so want to go do something?" asked Vi. "Preferably something that lacks the need for money cause i don't own any."

Nate chuckled at her joke, "Silly.. And there is water there. It's boiling, but there's water. It would end up cooking you. But I still bet you'd taste delicious... Kidding. Totally kidding." Nate was almost rolling with laughter. At her other comment about the triangle, he shrugged and skimmed over it. His eyes shifted to the right and he saw a glinting light. A camera? "I'm rich; so don't worry about money. We can go get something good to eat." He then ran off, still basically, naked, his wings spread out behind of him as he moved. He tackled the man with the camera and his wings braced the fall, as well as the man. The camera, however was trashed from the tumble. "Not to make things anymore awkward, buddy, but this is a private set of property. Get lost before I make you lost." He said, narrowing his eyes. Nate was totally batting for the good team, but he wasn't about to let his 'secret' identity get out, as well as a mermaid's identity.[/color]

"Really? oh well still don't plan on going anytime soon." joke Vi. Then Nathaniel mentioned that he had enough money to go places, most specifically dinner. She smiled but then it dropped as Nate ran and tackled somebody she could see after the shock died she dove into the water were she couldn't be seen. She stayed there till Nate returned to the cost then she popped her head out of the water. "Is he gone?" she waited for his answer but felt like she new it so she returned to the shallow water. "Thankfully I planned on being in a human populated area. Normally i don't need clothes or underwear cause i don't need them so it could of been worse. Did you get rid of any evidence he had?" Vi used her power to remove the water on her, giving her back her legs and she walked onto the shore. She pulled at her underwear a bit. "Remind me never to transform with these still on, they become part of me and it feels strange. " She threw her clothes back on and waited on Nate. "Hold on let me help." said Vi and she willed the water off of him. "Lets get going and hope there weren't more around.

"Yes, he's gone. He was taking pictures. I smashed his camera." He chuckled and once he was dry, he nodded. He was impressed. He slid on his clothes and finished tying his shoes before rolling his shoulders and relaxing. He almost tugged out a cigarette, and decided he'd smoke after they ate. He offered his hand and his wings spread out behind of him, stretching gently. "Shall we be off to dinner?" He asked, raising a brow before sneakily moving his arms around of her waist. He then allowed his wings to take them up into the air and they were off toward the city. While flying, he decided to ask her what she actually liked to eat. "So, do tell; what are you in the mood for food wise? We can eat anywhere you like." He was holding her carefully, and made sure not to drop her.

Vi wasn't to keen to be flying but it seemed she didn't a choice. While in the air she kept her arms over her head and her eyes closed. She was asked where she would like to eat. It took her a while to answer but she was finally able to squeak out an answer. "Seafood... It's closest to what i actually eat normally." said Vi. She wasn't a big fan of some of the surface food, so seafood is what she would normally eat. She trusted that Nate knew a place that served seafood, cause she had no idea. She was to preoccupied with avoiding looking down to care anyway.

"All right, seafood it is. I enjoy shrimp, and lobster tail.. so that's fine." He landed them at some fancy 5 star restaurant and escorted her in, his arm looped around of her's. They were given a two seated table near the back window that viewed the lake and was offered menus. Nate took his and ordered a large seafood appetizer platter as well as a bottle of white wine. "I'd like something aged to perfection; no matter the price, I'm sure I can afford it." He smiled cheesily and chuckled before looking to Viridiana. "So, get whatever you want, and whatever one hundred dollars can get cha'. See you around." He waved and stepped out of the restaurant, his wings spreading behind of him before he lifted off of the ground and was carried off to go on more adventures.
