Personality: Richter is a man who was obsessed with two things; Murder and His looks, and someone took away his looks leaving exposed skull and tissue. However he still thinks he is beautiful as he adds pieces of other peoples faces to his skull. Richter is a heartless mob assassin gone batshit insane. He has no problem slaughtering somebody who just mildly annoys him. Richter is a master businessman and is very intellegent and can be polite when he deems nessecary.

History: Richter was once a ruthless member of a gang of torture artists known as "The mutilation men". He was known for ripping a persons face to shreds, pouring various household chemicals on them and finally injecting them with draino. He was also the most formidable hand to hand fighter in the Boston/Providence Underground, He gained this status after beating a deadbeat former MMA Grand Champion to death with his bare hands without breaking a sweat. After the mutilation men were disbanded (either by death, arrest or retirement) Richter became a freelance assassin for various crime syndacates. Eventually mob boss Chucky Vance took notice of Richter and hired him as his personal bodyguard, assassin and Interrogator. Richter was a born narccisist and would spend hours making his face look pretty, his hair looks proper and worked his body to perfection with no use of steroids or supplements. However one day he took Private investagator Mac Browning hostage on a Barge in the ocean, Crime Reaper came to rescue His friend, sadly Richter bested him at hand to hand combat. Richter went to dump a glass jug of Aqua Regia onto Crime Reaper, luckly Mac broke free of his restraints, shot the jug and caused it to dump onto his head, melting his face and causing severe burns to his upper body. Richter lay dying in a mob doctors gungy office, surrounded by bootleg surgeons trying to graft skin to his face, but it failed. Chucky Vance got a hold of the Crime Reapers blood and was able to have a team of scientists turn it into a serum that could give whoever injected it the same regenerative powers as the Reaper, He gave it to Richter in hopes of saving his prized assassin. Things didnt go according to plan, the serum did not regenerate the skin on his face as the cells were introduced after the accident and thought that it was supposed to be that way. Richter went insane at the thought that he would be hideous and slaughtered all of the mob doctors and surgeons, and took pieces of theyre faces and sewed them together to make his own new face. He moved to New York with Chucky Vance and began killing various mafia Families and Policemen to replace his decaying masks, and vowing revenge on Mac Browning and the Crime Reaper.

Powers: Richter Desmond has the same regeneration capabilities as the Crime Reaper, albiet at a much slower rate due to the fact that his cells are constantly fighting various germs and bacteria on his exposed face. Richter has a Strength advantage over the Crime Reaper due to his superior conditioning in conjunction with the serum. He is also a superior fighter having mastered Muay Thai, Hapkido, Jeet Kune Do, American Boxing and Ju Jitsu.
