Personality: Easy going, but he can have a few moments of hard-headed or hot headedness. He likes to joke around and never really took anything seriously. He easily gets off track, and go of on a tangent.

History: Richter was born in DC. He had a perfectly normal life, had friends which he hung out with alot, goof off in school and had a job as a bike courier, carrying pakages around the city. He went to a local college. So far in his life everything was normal. Until once day while in a science class there was a school shooting. Him and everyone in his class room was taken hostage by the shooter as a get off free card. The teacher tried to stop shooter but got shot. The bullet went straight through the professor and hit some chemicals, causing an explosion. By the time medical crews got there, everyone but Richter was dead. The next thing he knew he woke up in the hospital, with surprising little major injury, however he was starting to confuse the doctors, cause when they tried to take blood they couldn't get the needle to break his skin. But he seemed perfectly fine so they let him go. It wasn't soon after he learned of his other gift, the power to move and super fast speeds. A idea popped into his head, he had heard of heroes and villains, heck he even saw some before and watched in the crowd. He decided to become a hero and help the heroes he saw before.. So he dropped out of college, took what money he had and headed out to travel the globe, or atleast the states, to help out other heroes, and become one himself.

Roleplay Sample: Richter flew across the country side at high speeds. Dodging in and out of cars as he ran on the highway. The landscape seemed like a blur to him. He grew to love the sensation of running at high speeds. He got to a city soon after. Then something something caught his eye. He stopped quickly. He skidded a few feet before toppling over. "God dammit, still not used to those quick stops." he murmured to himself. He watched the few feet to the bank which for some reason caught his eye. Like something strange was going on in that bank. He calmly walked into the bank, to be greeted by guns. "Hey you on the ground by the wall now!" demanded one of the robbers. Richter rose his lands up. "Hey! no need to get antsy, no need to yell... It's not like i'm going to stop or beat you guys up or anything." Richter let out a smile. "Oh wait I am." The robber didn't take that well. He yelled at Richter then pulled the trigger. Richter speed beside him. "You know that doesn't work if i'm over hear." He then entered super speed again and took down all the robbers in a matter of seconds. "Gotta love speed." said Richter calmly walking out of the bank before speeding off.
