Costume Description/Image: William wears a black rainment at all times, rarely showing his face to those he isn't close to. He doesn't have sleeves, which allows easy access to his abilities.

Personality: William cares little for the safety of anyone but himself. He holds himself in high regard, and will often toy with others just to prove his point. He is a manipulative bastard who will use another persons strength to his own advantage.

History: Born deep within the jungles of Botswana, William was lost as a child. He was found by an old shaman, and was raised by the priest, who taught him the ways of magic. As the boy progressed, his ability became apparent. One day while training, the shaman lost control and held a knife to William's throat. In desperation, he threw his hands towards the shamans face. From his wrists protruded metal chains, which wrapped around the old mans throat. He slowly lost conciousness. William, scared, left him there to die. The boy ran far away from the jungle, eventually blending in with a local gang. He became well known in the area as one of the most renowned gang leaders. He and his gang terrorized the city for years, before finally William vanished. Held captive by Lucifer, he was offered eternal life. In exchange, he would take the lives of the innocent people of the world. William quickly agreed, and was released upon the world, his powers now amplified by demonic energy. Now he roams the western hemisphere killing those that he meets sparing very few lives if any.

Powers
Chain Manipulation; Though being an off-branch of metal manipulation, this ability is restricted to chains alone, which William can conjure through his arms. He has control over the chains length and movement, and can also control the temperature of the chains, using them as lava-hot whips. He can also generate chains with hooks attached to the ends, which he uses for swinging around enclosed areas of to cause harm to his foes.

Roleplay Sample: William walked down the silver-lit alleyway. At the end,, he could hear the screams of the man that was now running from him. Having watched William suffocate his wife, the man ran in pure terror. Now the sentient being pursued him through the winding alleyways of New York. Turning a corner, he ran smack into a solid brick wall. He was trapped. The soft tap of footsteps grew louder as William drew near. He could hear the mans deep breaths. He could taste the fear. Laughing cruelly, he held out his hands. Two solid steel chains protruded from his wrists, and shot out towards the cowering mortal. They wrapped around his torso tightly, cutting the circulation through his body. Smiling, William drew them tighter and tighter, until finally he heard the quite pop. He had busted the mans lungs, and he now collapsed on the pavement, blood flowing from his mouth and nose.
