Okay so I have read several posts about how we need more Street level villians. Guys who just want to rob banks and control a certian cities underground or the like. Well Thats exactly what I made this character for. He is a leader of an assassin's guild but is gonna move to be a Kingpin type character for a certain city. The question is what city should he start making moves for? I figured I would find out which city has the most street level heroes and he will start moving and a shaken there. The only thing I ask is that you guys let him have a couple wins so that he can establish himself in that city.

Well examples of street level heroes are like spider man, batman, Luke Cage or Daredevil. So any characters that are along the lines of those types of characters. I mean characters like superman, thor and Ironman are more national or global type ya know?

Ohhhhhhhh, got it. Well, any of the cities really, though the most popular seems to be NY, LA, and Chicago. So there ya go.
