The Looks
Dr. William Sherish is a tall, slim but muscular, and charming man. His smiling is entrancing, able to draw you in. His laugh can fill any room ominously. He has a slight Englsih accent that only adds to his s nose of intelligence. You hardly ever see him out of his suit. He has a slight pale physique.
The Legacy
Personality: He is a charming man, if he likes you. He is so even if you are otherwise, but his array of weapons is unsettling. He enjoys a good joke now and then, and appreciates his intimate acquaintances. He has wooed many women, but keeps them at arm's distance so that he doesn't fall weak to them.
History: Dr. William Sherish, an accomplished chemist and engineer, housed the orphan Mikey Carcase after Mikey killed his parents. Sherish saw Mikey as his son, and treated him like royalty. He made Carcase a super suit so that he could avenge his lonely childhood. Sherish admired the boy's persisting heart and dominating hand, and followed down the same road, creating a robotic army, along with weapons. He emptied out a space beneath a warehouse, and trained in martial arts and hand-to-hand combat. He became something of a super-soldier. He eventually made himself a machine that turned him to a pyrokinetic master. He traveled a lonely road, occasionally working with the now grown Mikey Carcase to dominate the city of San Antonio, Texas.

HawkBlade: Dr. Sherish had a sword that can produce scorching, artificial flames.
Intense Intelligence: Dr. Sherish is extremely intelligent and philosophical. He likes to toy with his victims before death.
Array of Weapons: Dr. Sherish has many weapons, his favorites being swords, bows, and guns.

Sense of Superiority: Dr. Sherish thinks he is superior to others, and underestimates them.
Weak Heart: Dr. Sherish, unfortunately, can feel emotions for his victims occasionally. He may feel pity and release them.
