Arrowman would be sitting on top of a roof top with the bottom part of his mask off but his googles are still on, just listening to music.

so after lunch, Jeannie decided to see what all the noise was, what it looked like a war zone or something cops and hospital people where cleaning up what must have been some gang shooting or something.

darn too late to help, will it was under control and hopefully no innocent got hurt. she noticed a smell it seemed familiar like it was around all day, but she was to busy to think about it before.

she follows it to a roof and sees a guy sitting on the roofBatman?

huh no you kinda look like a spaceman or something, but Batman hides on top of roofs then pounces on the bad guys!

jeannie looks at the funny man amused so who are you if your, not Batman, blue Berryman? are you from space?

Luke, currently underneath the crazy lady, starts to smile, This can't be real... This is just too funny! Hey look lady, that guy is Arrowman, And I'm like, 99% sure he isn't an alien. He shouts from the sewers. Looking up at the little bit of light from the grate.

Suddenly, the city's lights would start flickering as power seems to be severed. Street lights and pizza ovens would be going off and on. Then, anything connected to the electricity would be cut off. In the distance, you would notice a pillar of electricity shooting up into the sky...

If you look close enough, you would see that it's coming from a power plant in the distance.

As Luke see's the distant, strange light come in through the grates. He begins mumbling.Hmm. Something... powerful. HEY ARROW! I'M GOING TO BE RUNNING THROUGH THE SEWERS! MEET YOU THERE! As he escalates to a shout, to attract his friends attention. Then, he begins his blitz, using the brightness and the general direction, but before that, he looks back up at the grate THANKS FOR THE TIP!, and again, before he dashes up he shouts one more thing, AND NO, I AM WAY COOLER THEN A NINJA TURTLE!

Arrowman looked around and sighed. "This is going to be fun." He said before he starts playing music and begins to swing to the power plant.

At the plant, you would see the massive electric pillar, shooting up into the sky. At the base of the pillar is one massive 7'3" man, plugged into the city's power supply! Around him are the bodies of the security guards and plant workers. Their bodies seem to have been fried by the man at the base of the pillar. He seems to have redirected all the city's power into his body... How he can handle this is probably on your mind.

He has a very thick Russian accent. "American. Using humor to hide your fear." He does the classic finger motion, beckoning for Arrowman to attack first.
