umm, I think arrow meant to shock the warhead guy, not a cameraman.

we really should get an order to go in and wait to tell everyone takes a turn so it be less confusing whats happening.

restarting from the giant guy left and the cops showed up, so
umm me and Luke responded to the cops so I guess arrow should go and respond to the whats happening.

then pug would go with what the cops do and we go from there in some order

Luke would notice a small device on the ground that appears to be a GPS. On the GPS, you would see a place labeled "EGYPT"... You would realize that this must be where Warhead is going next on his evil quest. Also, the technicians would've fixed the city's power supply, as the lights and stuff turn back on. As the power comes back on and the lights are about to turn on, someone runs up to Dill and brings his mask back over his face, protecting his identity. If anyone checks their news feed, the pictures taken of Dill were either super blurry or too dark to see any facial features other than their hair. People are cheering for the heroes and some people are going to help Dill. Some of the crowd go up to Jeannie, Arrowman, and Luke with pen and paper, asking for their autograph. The police are trying to hold back the swarm but fail miserably as the crowd rushes with cameras and papers.

huh, poor cops things where getting out of hand. lucky Jeannie was used to this being a supermodel and superhero. she does her best to help with crowd control signing autographs and posing for pictures.

huh, she hopes arrow guys ok, hopeful the cops and sewer guy can get him to an ambulance as he needs to get to the hospital. as he didn't appear to be as resistant to owwies as her and sewer guy was.

People would be screaming and cheering as their pictures get autographed. They shower the group in bills, reaching over police barriers to handshake them and get more things signed for their family and friends.

Luke stares down at the GPS, pick's it up, Wow, better get moving. He then looks at the crowd, Well... maybe I should build a better reputation first... He thought, then he begins signing a few autographs. He then looks up to see an injured Dill, and see's some paramedics rush in to help him, I... think this may help. he says to them as he grabs a syringe, frick them if they use it for something other then helping him, but he needs to try. He takes hardly a drop of his blood and gives it to them, Inject this in his back, it should fix him right up, but only when in a hospital, he will be in heavy pain from the rapid multiplication of his cells, and he needs constant nutrients in his bloodstream, or he will be voraciously hungry, got it? He then turns and leaps away, he has to get to Egypt, fast.

The hospital workers seem reluctant to take the syringe from a random superhero. However, they have to try everything because the boy has low chances of walking again with his destroyed spine. They lift him into an ambulance to be treated with painkillers, anesthetics, nutrients fed into his body, and the blood being injected into his back.

after getting the crowd under control Jeannie goes over to the ambulance to check on arrow guy.
