Neo Colosseum

Aria gets distant for a moment feeling something familiar, she stares blankly at the table trying to put her finger on what it was. Her focus is broken a moment later by Jeannie and Kyo talking.

"Uh sorry, what are we talking about now?... Oh you two regenerate, that's pretty cool. I wouldn't mind having that power on hand."

Aria takes a bite of her corn dog trying to shake off the feeling in her bones. Though in the back of her mind she had an idea of what was bothering her... He was here, she was almost certain.

"What I want... what I really want. I want to find some pea..."

In the middle of her sentence a guard walks over to Jeannie interrupting the conversation.

"Jeannie Rose? you're scheduled for a match in five minutes. I will escort you to the arena, do you need to prepare?"

Aria looks out of the corner of her eye at the guard rather annoyed but kind of thankful he cut her off mid sentence. She felt as though she'd been opening up too much to these new people.

Jeannie listens to Aria when the guard approached
oh ok, um yeah is there like a locker room or something? need to change into something better suited for sporty stuff. she then turns back to Aria, ok well wish me luck, I'll knock them on their butts, then we can find you some peas, huh really peas that's an odd thing to want when I meant anything if you want to eat some peas but ok.

(I think I'll wait for kyo to say something before going any further, only fair)

Aria's eye twitches at the word "peas" she had meant to say something else when the guard interrupted.

"Um good luck Jeannie, remember to keep your guard up. There are some tough people in here and they're all out for blood... mostly. I'll be rooting for you in the crowd."

The guard turns to Jeannie.

"You can get dressed in whatever you have in the locker room, c'mon let's move it already."

Aria shoots the guard a nasty look for his attitude which he pretty much ignores.

Cebra's mind was racing at this point, things had just become a lot more complicated with Aria's presence. It was only a matter of time until she found him and then who knows what she'd do. He remembered their last meeting didn't go so well, Cebra ended up with every bone shattered and hole through his chest. Regenerating was a great ability but the agony of having ones body destroyed was enough to make regenerating seem like cold comfort. Cebra proceeded to the arena also realizing that Jeannie was fighting and he was a little concerned. Cebra had seen Jeannie handle a weapon but never fight hand to hand. He wondered if she could handle herself, the last thing he wanted was to see her die but what could he do but watch?

she then put her hair in pigtail might be an oddly cute hair do for wrestling but it worked for her. she put her regular clothes in a locker with her backpack she had her stuff in.

she puts on the pink MMA style gloves she got out of it and close the locker, she looks in the mirror, huh wonder if Aria 's opinion of her being knocked over by a strong wind would change if she saw her now.

The crowd was rowdy looking forward to the fight about to take place. In the crowd Aria took a place in the front just a few meters away from the Arena. She had a strange feeling, like she actually cared about if Jeannie got hurt, it was unsettling and uncomfortable. Aria was not used to being even remotely close to anyone besides Cebra and they often tried to kill each other as help each other. This was different however, Aria didn't want to see Jeannie hurt at all. If she were being honest Aria felt an attraction to the bouncy little blonde chick, Jeannie was the kind of upbeat person Aria knew she couldn't be. She both envied and admired Jeannie's attitude.

Higer up in the crowd Cebra was doing his security rounds making sure everyone behaved and didn't cause a riot. It was a rookie fight so it was unlikely that anything bad would happen. Cebra also tried to keep a look out for Aria, having her around in his mind was the more dangerous aspect. Besides Jeannie and Aria Cebra also had his mind on Ryan and how to keep him away from the arena, all of this was getting overwhelming. The ring announcer starts hyping everyone up for the match talking about both the fighters to come. Jeannie's first opponent was a woman named Julianna or rather a half woman half reptile. From the announcers description she was easily seven feet tall and had a tail.

"Huh... Jeannie you better be careful."

The doors to the arena open up as both fighters are called out from separate locker rooms.

Jeannie has a smile on her face excited waving to the crowd, yikes she gets a little nervous when she sees who she had to fight. so much for taking it easy on the new girl, in addition to being bigger than her, Julianna was some kinda lizard thing

hey ref is that legal? she's a crocodile and has a tail, hey haven't you guys played mortal komabt I'm supposed to fight cute ninja chicks for a couple levels before getting to Godzilla's sister

well, Jeannie was determined to try her best. hey miss lizard I promise not to tug on your tail too much if you promise not to eat me deal?

The lizard woman hiises loudly at Jeannie staring her down intensely.

"You think this is a game?! I'm gonna wreck you princess!"

The huge gong sounds and the match begins, Julianna circles Jeannie and puts her fists up. The crowd chants louder waiting to see what the two fighters are made of.

oww that's nice of calling me princess, yeah it is a game, it's a sport after all

Jeannie giggles amused by the gong just like kung fu movies and puts up her fists ready to go round one ding ding

Clearly annoyed at Jeannie's attitude Julianna gets aggressive and swing her fists hard at Jeannie hissing the whole time. In the crowd Cebra and Aria watch intently while everyone else cheers for blood. The announcer narrates the battle saying everything that's going on in the arena.

"AND WE'RE OFF! JULIANNA GOING IN RIGHT AFTER JEANNIE, BOY IS SHE RILED UP OR WHAT FOLKS!?"

well while it wasn't really her intention to annoy the lizard lady that seemed to be working in her favor. as the wild swings were easy to see coming and stay away from.

Jeannie could tell by the wind as the punches blew by she'd be in trouble if the lizard girl managed to hit her. she seemed to have a powerful swing

deciding to play keep away Jeannie was light on her feet, dancing around the ring kicking at Julianna's legs.
