The Looks

Jerome is a fairly average looking man, being thin in body weight, yet relatively well muscled. His hair is shaved to being nearly flat but neatly lined up, along with thin amounts of facial hair starting to form around his mouth. Grooved muscles frequent his physique and his teeth are an immaculate white.

For his costume, he wears a simple tie around (ninja turtle-eqsue) black mask, along with a completely black zip-up hoodie, black jeans, and dark gray combat boots.

The Legacy

Personality: Jerome Marquis is an apathetic slacker with a selfish streak and a generally bad attitude. He’s aware of the awesome power bestowed in him, but is not interested in using it to help or harm the world, simply wanting to provide for himself. He enjoys most fast foods, and has a fondness for rap music.

History: Born in lower Manhattan, Jerome had a fairly awful childhood. His father was an abusive alcoholic, and his mother, a young woman, with the dream of being a model who was kind to him in his early years, eventually grew to resent her child, for taking away her beauty and shot at star status. His life outside of home was not much better. Some of the better off kids in his class, enjoyed bullying him verbally and physically. This did not enhance his social aspect by any means. Then one day, while those kids were taunting him in an alleyway, Jerome had finally snapped. Punching the side of a building he yelled at his tormentors. The resulting punch caused a large fissure in the side of the building and successfully scared his captors off. Deciding then and there to keep his power a secret, he went back home to play on his old Playstation One.

As he moved through middle school, he secretly viewed the full extent of his powers, uprooting trees, and bending knives against his bare flesh. Deciding that he was above the average man, he put on a mask in secret and robbed small convenience stores, eventually piling up enough money over the years to move out when he was eighteen, with no regrets. He spent the next two years earning enough money through his criminal activity to pay the bills, and treat himself every now and again, eventually moving up from small stores to supermarkets, and then banks. Eventually the authorities began to refer to him as Panzer, and the rest is history.

The Powers and Weaknesses

Powers

Power 1: Superhuman Strength: Panzer has been seen to be capable of lifting, exerting force equal to, and carrying up to 70,000 imperial tons, though his maximum strength is unknown.(250,000 imperial tons) Using his powerful legs, he can leap great distances, up to about half of a mile straight upwards, and two and a half miles forward.

Power 2: Superhuman Durability: Panzer’s skin, bones, and organs are all much less susceptible to harm than the average human’s. Bullets have no painful effect on any part of his body, and his rate of burning in fire is severely slower than the average man’s. He can withstand high voltages of electricity, along with being almost completely fine after falling from several miles in the air. Blunts weapons are completely ineffective against him, along with most average blades.

Weakness(es)

Weakness 1: Mental Block: Jerome has no knowledge of how much power he actually posseses, due to the fact that whenever he tries to push himself, his mind immediately snaps back to the years of abuse at the hands of his father, causing him to remain where he is for fear of his past's demons.

Weakness 2: Mental Vulnerability: Jerome, though physically imposing, can be manipulated mentally with a laughable amount of ease, by any sort of telepathy, or illusion, having no means of resisting their influence

Weakness 3: Vulnerability to Toxins: Jerome does not have a special resistance to poisons, bacteria, viruses, and parasites.

Weakness 4: Lack of Combat Training: Jerome’s method of fighting is purely street level. He has no martial capability, or knowledge of weapon use.

Weakness 5: Vulnerability to Sound: Jerome's hearing organs are surprisingly frail given his natural durability, creating a key weakness to sound based assaults.

Just a couple things i noticed.

Weakness 1: Not really a weakness. This is like saying "I can throw a large building into orbit, but i limit myself to only doing that to smaller ones."

The strength level is insane, and it's fine, as we have a character that can lift it and more, but the difference is in his more severe weaknesses.

Weakness 2: What exactly does this mean? Is he not very bright? Are you saying telepaths find it easier to enter his mind, therefore allowing it without permission? I need clarification on this or it needs to be replaced.

Weaknesses 3 and 4 are ok, but i see them as minor weaknesses. You need to beef up the others to warrent having ones so close to the line.

Weakness 5: This is literally just his durability limit. "Nukes can kill me" makes exactly as much sense as this one. Please replace it.

Sorry if i was blunt or i seemed insulting, but i do like this character from what i heard of him and hope we can work this out.
