Sexual Content 2: Sexual content is permitted. References and writing about genitalia and sex acts are permitted, but explicit detail is not. Fade to black, or use the dotdotdot rule. (Let's keep it PG-13.)
Violence 2: Graphic violence is permitted. Explicit description or in-game narration violence is allowed.
Despite these ratings, keep in mind that there is a limit, and you should not cross it just to garner attention. Also, resorting to curse words is also like adding senseless fluff to your posts.

Re: Another day in New York [Wrecker]
Their expression showed they weren't too angry with him, which was nice enough. They needed to talk so he would talk along with them, choosing the recliner and sitting on it cross legged. All of this was still awkward, but not as much as it was. In fact, they wanted to know if he knew what exactly he was doing. "Admittedly I did not know exactly what I was doing meant." He said with a sigh, slightly flustered by the question about having romantic feelings for him. "I wouldn't say romantic feelings, but I like you. I think you're pretty cool....but I don't know how this thing works."
Likely he could pick up that he was flustered, drawing his knees to his chest and just wrapping his arms around them. "You're the first person I've really interacted with beyond...well where I grew up." He explained with a shrug, realizing how pathetic he looked. "Guess you could say I'm sorta socially retarded. The whole kissing thing just seemed like it worked. Not great now when I think about it."

Re: Another day in New York [Wrecker]
Oddly enough, it made Wrecker feel more relaxed that Atlas had no idea what it meant by what he was doing. Something about the innocence put his guard down a bit. "Well, since you don't, I would mention that people who aren't romantically involved don't usually kiss. At least, not in this country. Europe maybe."
He lounged a bit, feeling like a weight was off of chest. "I can tell that now how you aren't exactly a social butterfly or a conversationalist. At first, I thought you were just shy or something. Don't get me wrong, the kiss was....nice. There are just a lot of things that go into something like that. It has to be the right moment, between two consenting adults." He realized he was borderline giving him the sex talk so he pulled it back. "You know, two people who like eachother a lot. More than a friend, I mean."

"Sometimes the things that may or may not be true are the things that a man needs to believe in the most: that people are basically good; that honor, courage, and virtue mean everything; that power and money, money and power mean nothing; that good always triumphs over evil; that love, true love, never dies... No matter if they're true or not, a man should believe in those things because those are the things worth believing in." - Hub McCann Secondhand Lions

Re: Another day in New York [Wrecker]
The fact that Wrecker was being so understanding was something that he valued greatly, if only because otherwise he would have been short one partner yet again. When thought about, that gesture being romantic did make a lot of sense. Despite how the sudden ease within the room felt, he still kept within his huddled sitting position. It appeared the kiss was not bad, just more unexpected, probably made them all scared much like he was when their response happened. It seemed there was a lot that he still had to learn. Some things that maybe Wrecker could help him with in time. "Oh..I see. Sorry about that whole thing." The sincerity was there, unmistakably there in fact as he let his attention hover around the room.
now that he took notice that his partner wasn't wearing their facepaint, but it didn't seem like something that needed to be brought up right now. "So...you still wanna work together? That's good to hear. At least I didn't muck it all up before we even started put first patrol together." That would have been very awkward, and something that showed why he wasn't ready yet to his superiors. "I guess we should talk about that at some point though. The whole heroing thing I mean. Maybe later though, it's been sort of an eventful day."

Re: Another day in New York [Wrecker]
"Oh no it's okay, I forgive you, Atlas." He said, raising his hands in protest. "Like you said, you didn't have any idea what you were doing. Even if I wanted to, I can't fault you for not knowing better. Though, I am sure there are people out there not as kind as I can be." He said smirking, cheekily.
He loosened up his tie, listening to Atlas talk. The young man was right. It had been a bit of a day so far. It didn't seem either of them would be able to effectively hero after that bit of theatrics. "Of course I do. Besides, the last thing I need to do is burn bridges. Especially with a whole organization behind you." Taking his tie off and putting it on the table, he leaned forward. "So, what do you want to do then? Or did you want me to leave?"
