Avalon

Base Name: Avalon

Purpose: To hold the possessions of Arthur, King of Avalon and serve as his base of operations when not traveling the world. It also serves as a safe haven for those who wish to find refuge within its walls. It was designed to protect those that it holds within, by remaining levitated among the clouds.

Location: Camelot, England, Europe

Appearance: In terms of size, Avalon is comparable to both a skyscraper and a castle at the same time. Its width rivals that of other massive castles found in England, and it has height that compares to that of the tallest skyscrapers. Within, it is filled with a community of people who share their loyalty to King Arthur. It is built to accommodate all races; human, fae, demons and monsters can all find their place in Avalon.

It functions as a self sustaining community, using advanced magics in order to provide nourishment for crops on the lower levels. It has marketplaces in the middle levels and a functioning separate castle at the peak. If one were to compare, it is simply the structure and components of a normal castle, if they were stacked on top of each other.

History: Upon his return to Earth, Arthur called the power of loyal Fae to elevate his new castle towards the heavens as a beacon of hope to those around that the Once and Future King had not forgotten them, and that they were safe from the constraints of the modern world and could leave peaceful and honest lives.
