The Looks

Average-slender build. His face has a well-defined jawline and cheekbones. his hair is short, soft, and mildly unkempt; and his bangs cover half of his forehead with a swoop to the right. Your standard everyday guy. Nothing exceptional.
His sonus costume is pretty minimalistic. Black jeans, athletic shoes, a WW2 style bomber jacket, and a mouthless balaclava with the image of a sine wave circling around the top of his head. The same imagery appears all the way around his belt. He keeps a pair of noise-cancelling headphones around his neck in case he needs them.

The Legacy

Personality:
Sarcastic and standoffish to the nth degree, but still quick to offer support to those in need (particularly those close to him). Flirtatious. On a bad day, his depression makes itself apparent.
History:
Jeremy R. Cillis struggled with diagnosed clinical bipolar depression for the first 17 years of his life. This included 3 suicide attempts. He got himself to keep moving forward, and worked a few jobs in his hometown before moving out with his best friend that was going to college and wanted a roommate. As his friend Thomas went ahead to do great things with his UC Santa Cruz education in cinema, Jeremy found something much different thing in Santa Cruz: the party scene. He was launched into all-night ragers, drugs, drunk girls, you name it. But a part of his new-found lifestyle that clicked with him on every level was DJing. He took to it quickly and not long after he was getting gigs at clubs, weddings, etc. Nothing big, but he was happy and making enough money to live a decent life, and that was enough for him. After a few years of working hard and staying sustainable, the 22-year-old Mr. Cillis got a job at the nightclub 'Fate' in Santa Barbara (due to a recommendation from a friend who lived in the area). It was an amazing night... And then suddenly everything exploded. Literally. A huge subwoofer overloaded and exploded with a great flash of light and pure electricity that almost didn't even seem out of place in the lighting of the club. As the sparks began to ignite nearby gear, which also shortly after experienced catastrophic overload, all the club evacuated... But Jeremy was caught in the middle.He miraculously survived, although to this day he has no idea how. During the visit of the hospital, Jeremy noticed some strange sounds, and certain sounds happening outside of himself sounded off somehow. He figured it was simply because of the explosion of speakers. He just considered himself lucky his eardrums didn't burst entirely! After a few months, as he left his care facility, he noticed that the noises around him were strange, but he had a crazy theory... But upon going home he tried as hard as he could, and found that through sheer force of will he could create and manipulate sounds! Although for a while he used this for nothing but helping his music career and parlor tricks to get laid, he eventually practiced his talents to the point of being able to create a powerful sound wave capable of massive amounts of damage to whatever he directed it at. Somewhere out of a memory, his inner 7-year-old self obsessed with the exploits of the heroes of comic books made a grand decision: He would use his powers to stop crime wherever he could.
Adopting the alter-ego 'Sonus', he started off simply using espionage and trickery to uncover drug dealers and mobsters, but later progressed to taking much harder enemies head-on with a combination of distractions from his ability to create and manipulate sound and guerrilla tactics to strike secretly and swiftly with his powerful sound wave blasts. He has yet to fight a true 'super villain', but he doesn't necessarily feel in a rush to make that happen.
He has also used his enhanced powers and true understanding of sound to become one of the prominent producers in EDM and as such has developed substantial wealth
NOTE: His survival was due to the presence of a dormant Metagene in his system that mutated into a dominant and power-granting one by the stress of the incident at the club

Just to let you know, wealth only goes up to 5

Few problems I have with the app.

1.You have 28 points spent, the first point in wealth being free, and it only going up to five, not six.

2. You have one point in Occult (Same as intelligence up to four), your character is basically a special needs student and wouldn't be capable of some of the things you put in his history. Perhaps spend some of the points you have to bump that to at least two.

3. By putting four of your first 30 points into wealth, you are basically robbing your character of four combat stats. You can, however, put your character into 'XP debt'. Meaning your first 40 points of XP earned from threads would go to wealth, and allow your character to have a full 38 point combat grid. If, however, you wish to go ahead with how you have it, that is up to you.

4. Your one and two powers could be combined under sound manipulation. You also need to give a short description of the power. Example: Sound Manipulation - X is capable of blah blah blah (Amount of ABI allocated)

5. I don't see your third power as a power, more as a RP mechanic. But if you wanna list it, so be it.

Fix these problems and we can review your app again.

XP debt only goes up to 20; allowing starting characters to have only 3 wealth, and no higher.
