Blackout (Brainstorming)

Blackout, like complete removement of a state or city electricity and lighting system, causing a specific area of total darkness.
Why?: Vampires, Werewolves, Darkness wielders, Necromancers and many other types of beings who go bump in the night will have one specific place they will want to gather. They will wanna keep it dark forever; Possibly even finding powerful beings to make the sun's view skip them making it night 24 hours a day. But this also means they will use the night to reproduce and the battle of species for the one spot of the world pitch black begins.
Who: I would include my Vampire character, not sure how the staff would feel about an attempt to drain the electric plaints and making one dark section of the world ... until the heroes show up. If they could stop it.
Where: I'm thinking Las Vegas but like I said anywhere is fine.
How: I'm open to suggestions on that part, this would probably be determined by staff.
Number of people:
Three sections: The Good guys who want the light back on, the bad guys who wanna rain terror in the darkness and want to keep this section dark forever, and the ones caught in between trying to stay alive.


Random thought but I thought I'd throw it in the air. If bad feedback get's real ... Delete this.
If you don't like the idea, at least find a way to add on it to make it more likeable.

It might be better as an arc, but like you said the staff will decide. It sounds totally awesome and id love to be a part of it.
