The Looks

Samuel is like a beast of burden. When not disguised with prosthetics, he's what happens when the years take their toll on a man. He's big, six foot six and has to at least be two hundred and forty pounds. His hair is mostly black though gray on the sides and neatly cropped, and it has to be said, he's rather muscular. His form seems better suited for feats of strength rather than acrobatics, and there's minimal fat on his body...that he can help. He's clean shaven, and very strong-jawed.

As Hyperius, his uniform is more armored looking than standard kevlar. His suit is a dull, almost golden color, perhaps more bronze, though the actual armor is more advanced than that, obviously. It's segmented to allow for greater maneuverability, and arms have what look like powerful, high-tech gauntlets going up to his elbows. The knuckles look especially built to inflict as much pain as humanly possible. There's a tactical looking belt 'separating' the look, but it's smaller than his father's.

All this leads up to a cowl-like mask that covers his neck entirely, and in face, covers everything but his mouth and broad powerful chin. Instead of just being a typical mask covering his upper face, it's instead a sort of blacked out visor, very high tech and allowing for various vision modes should he require them. The other part of his uniform is the cape, it looks rather thick, it has to be to support his weight when he glides. It generally goes down to just above his ankles.

The Legacy

Personality: Samuel is stern, serious, and absolutely humorless. To him, crime is a disease, one he has no sympathy at all for. He lives a spartan existence in private, away from the public eye, preferring the floor to a bed, and preferring awful tasting protein shakes and other supplements to anything actually appetizing. He's an older man, so he's focused entirely on keeping his body as perfect as it can be, preventing it from slipping into uselessness(And he's done fairly well!).

As much as he hates crime and lawlessness and anarchy, he lives for the War, and he's truly happy in the trenches of it. He's happy with pain, with struggle, with loss and fear. It's what makes him feel alive.

So long as you understand that you've spent 28 points, and have two more to spend on your grid, I am fine with approving this.

Also, perhaps you should edit this and add that his powers are, not just physical or mental, but perhaps he's got mundane human gifts like... smooth talker, great at disguises? I noticed he has his alter ego [and I love that you listed that]
