Level 10 tier
Name:Kinetic Dampener
Abilities: Takes the form of a necklace of an obvious foreign design, one that constantly produces an invisible field around Alexander person. It is capable of taking and lessening damage that comes into contact with it, and even otherwise nullifying it up to a certain point. However if it does this, it would require a cool down period before becoming usable again. [lvl 10 damage dampening, 1 post duration with a 2 post cool down]

Name: Burst
Abilities: A substance that exponentially boosts aspects of the one that injects themselves with thus, offering them greatly enhanced musculature, which can take form in either a great strength , greater speed, greater durability, and sometimes even all of the above. Usually Alexander keeps around three syringes of the substance and uses it sparingly. [+4 to either strength or durability for a duration of 5 posts with a 5 post cool down]
Description: A substance that was in production by The Mistress, one that creates certain and more predictable mutations within live tissue than before; though it is incomplete because these enhancements are temporary.
INT Allocation: 10 [stat booster]

Name: Enforcer Drones
Abilities: These two droids have a powerful internal energy production system that produces energy that both powers them, as well as their main weapons systems. These systems are composed of several apertures, all of which run off of this core. Their arms are tipped with two cannons that fire off this energy in small bursts that are capable of tearing through most materials with ease, and upon their backs are arrays that channel this energy into a force field that will form around them and the one controlling them. Along with this are two shoulder mounted pieces that will fire off the energy in the form of highly explosive rounds. Lastly their outer shell is constantly being suffused with this energy and as such it is incredibly durable.- Enforcer grids:

Name: The Tesla Staff
Abilities: When not in use, the staff is a small cylindrical bit around a foot in length, made form a strange light blue colored metal. Upon pressing a button, the staff will extend and form a full length bo staff with strange looking crystalline structures at each end of the staff. These ends are where a large amount of electricity is funneled through upon pressing another button, creating a rather deadly taser weapon of sorts, though the flow can be shut off.

8 intelligence tier
Name: Pulse
Abilities: Small gem retrofitted with a technology that draws the strange energy from within them outwards. Upon activating, the energy within will explode outwards, causing most lesser technology to flicker and then shut down, even going as far as to effect things such as lights. Anything above a certain level of technology will find itself only flickering instead of turning fully off and anything above a certain level will be unaffected. [Cannot be used on character items]

Name: Reinforced rivet drone/rifle
Abilities: A small rifle that shoots highly dense and durable rivets at high speed, capable of piercing through most substances with an insane ease. The speed at which these rounds move are usually faster than the average human could hope to perceive. Which normally it does not take the form of a rifle, but rather a sphere that floats around Alexander and releases these rivets, it is more than capable of taking on a rifle form when convenient.

Name: Personal protection drone
Abilities: A small spherical drone that when released will float around Alexander, however upon seeing a potential danger it will activate and form a sphere of clear energy around it and anything within the radius of the shield. Upon having it break, the field will need a small time to cool down before being used against. [2 post cool down upon field breaking.]

Name: The Repair protocol
Abilities: A small sphere full of nano machines that are composed of a strange energy formed within the sphere itself. These are linked to the mind of the one that unsealed the sphere and will seek out anything that they would want repaired, fixing it promptly. They are rather efficient and capable of fixing anything at a rapid rate, to the point that it would appear that what is being repaired is rebuilding itself right before your eyes. Upon doing this a small cool down time is required before they could perform their function again. [1 post duration with a 3 post cool down]
Description: An item that was formed of stolen technology from the Mistresses personal vault of tech.

Name: Tesla Cannon
Abilities:A small handheld cannon that produces a powerful charge of electrical energy from the barrel and fires it off with a great amount of force, easily burning through most materials, including superhuman flesh.

Name: The Key to Eden
Abilities: A small key-like item that he wear around a key ring, one with a button planted on it that upon being pressed will instantly transport him to the underwater city known as Utopia via the personal transportation room that The Mistress hid within her personal chambers. It is also the key that activates the drive that brings people into the underwater city.
INT Allocation: 7
6 intelligence tier
Name: The scooter
Abilities: A small transport vehicle that allows Alexander to travel at high speeds for prolonged periods of times, large enough to carry himself plus one person around his size. Installed within it is both a a warp drive that allows it to teleport around 200 meters within sight or to a stealth drive that makes it completely invisible for a small duration. It is capable of reaching up to 250 mph and is capable of withstanding small caliber fire without attaining too much damage.- Scooter grid:

Description: The scooter was created from left over technology of Eden, crafting an artificial intelligence that Alexander can use to get around.

Name: Spec
Abilities: A small mobile robotic organism that can cloak itself to look however it is wanted, Alexander having it appear as a backpack. While it is capable of moving upon its own, usually the being is clinging to his back. When moving it takes on a quadripedal form, one that employs a limited form of suction field around its claws that would allow it to scale walls with considerable ease. From its side are four ports that can open and deploy cables with flexible ends that will mold to whatever receptacle that they are entering, from USB and beyond, allowing them to access, hack and anything that the machine would need to do. Along with that, its mind is constantly linked to the internet via a personal untraceable proxy that allows it to constantly keep track of anything that would be accessible via internet. When in difficult times, the four tendrils that emerge from its sides will take on the form of small lasers that emit a powerful beam that is capable of damaging superhuman flesh. Lastly it has a built in invisibility drive that would allow a brief moment where it is incapable of being perceived visually.- Spec Grid:

The Looks: A young male with tan skin and dark brown hair.
The powers: The dragon is normally the size of a a small house cat, capable of spewing an annoying amount of flames from its mouth, though only able to really cause a small amount of pain to a human. However when exposed to a strange marking that formed upon Alexanders hand when touching its egg, it is for some reason forcibly aged to an older point, when it would have what one would call superhuman attributes as well as breathing a white hot flame that could melt through most metals, and manipulating those flames.

Name: The Philosophers stone
Abilities: The legendary stone know by Alchemists as The Philosophers stone, this red stone allows Alexander to do what the stone is known for, which is turning base metals into gold. Allow with this, he is capable of drawing upon the energy within the stone to augment his physical attributes or is consumed it can offer him a sort of revival. [stat booster for str, speed, dur, abil and the only abil that can be given is turing metal to gold or a once per topic resurrection 5 post duration with a 5 post cool down]

9 occult tier
Name: Explode
Abilities: A rune in the arsenal of Alexander’s runes. While it may appear as a simple rune, when willed to, it will violently explode, damaging anything within the immediate area of the explosion. The explosion itself has a maximum range of 20 feet.

Name: Heal
Abilities: A simple rune that when placed upon a person, or himself will immediately begin to heal them at an amazing rate. However unlike most runes, he cannot constantly place this one, as it requires a large amount of energy to use. [1 post duration with a 3 post cool down]

8 Occult tier
Name: Repel
Abilities: When placed upon something, anything that would be coming towards the rune will find itself being repelled nearly instantly. However even with this, the rune itself has a limit at the amount of force or substance it can repulse, and anymore would break through. In essence it seems to from a spherical invisible barrier around where it is placed.

Name: Fire
Abilities: Anything that this rune is placed upon will find itself burning if the effect is applicable, though if it is a non-flammable substance, then the rune will simple belch out a stream of fire that will consume anything within its path.

Abilities: Causes the object that it is placed upon to rotate at a high speed for a limited amount of time. [1 post duration]

Name: Multiply
Abilities: Causes anything within a container to multiply at an exponential rate, whether it be liquids or solids.

Name: Adapt
Abilities: A rune that is usually placed upon himself, once being used it allows his body to survive extreme heat, pressure, cold and anything kind of extreme environments, such as the vacuum of space. Along with this effect, he is capable of breathing underwater as well as in places where oxygen is sparse.

Name: Levitate
Abilities: The rune cannot be used on himself or other organic being, but can be used on inorganic objects, causing them to levitate a few feet above the ground.

Name: Remote control
Abilities: Allow Alexander to control things from a distance once applied, such as vehicles and automota through simply application. [cannot be used on PC’s items or vehicles without permission.]

Name: Insight
Abilities: A rune that allows him or anyone imbued with it to see better than they could before, which comes in the form of seeing in low light settings as well as having better vision within the dark.

Name: Ethereal
Abilities: Placing this rune upon someone or something, the person.thing is capable of becoming intangible for a brief moment. [1 post duration with a 2 post cool down.]

Name: Transmute
Abilities: A rune that can change metals into gold upon being placed.

Name: Relocate
Abilities: By placing this rune on one person/thing and then palcing the came rune someone else, the person/thing can be transferred between these two points so long as they are atleast 200 meters within range of each other.

Occult and Intelligence hybrid items

Name: Purgatory
Abilities: A two part item of deadly power, the item takes the form of two gauntlets that form upon his hands, an ebony one on the right and an ivory one on the left. They are composed of an unknown material and their functions are rather simple ones. In the center of the back of the gauntlets are a singular power source, in the form of a rather advanced battery run by a self-perpetuating mana generator. This powers the gantlets capabilities. The ebony gauntlet releases a black fire that is cold to the touch, causing an effect similar to hypothermia but at an accelerated level, to the point that most people hit by it would find themselves to the point of death. The right gauntlet releases a white flame that has a healing effect upon his, which can reverse the damage that the other causes. They can only be sued so long before the mana generators would need to cool down. [4 post duration with a *2 cooldown for duration for each gauntlet.]

Name: The Cloak of Shadows
Abilities: A cloak of shadows that forms upon his being, the core of it being a red belt that is tight around his waist. With a simple press of a button, the cloak will form, covering his face as well as his entire body. The cloak allows him to become one with the shadows around him and become intangible to most physical harm. [2 post duration with an equivalent cool down] A secondary ability of the cloak is producing tendrils of shadow that allow him to restrain anyone within their range, at the most he can form around ten tendrils. [tendrils are individually level 5 in strength but when combining their efforts upon one thing they are equal to level 8 in strength, though they are all around 8 in durability.]

Name: The glasses
Abilities: Alexander’s glasses, they allow him to see through solid surfaces, as well as seeing heat signatures and multiple other settings.

While using the transforming 10 INT item, you can't use any other items.
No to the pulse on just making others' items useless.
The shard will need a cooldown between any switches from copying one item and the next.
