The words of the others fell on deaf ears. Morgan kept muttering the same thing over and over again. She tried sorting through her memories but they where all just a bunch of blurry images. Her hands shot to her ears. "No! Leave me alone! There my friends, my sisters..." said Morgan, now completely obvious to the outside word. And then.

Meta-Human Activity Detected. Numbers And Source Unknown.

The thought burned like fire in her mind. She shook her head and screamed more. Was it even a thought? It didn't exactly seem like one? Was it a warning? She screamed more. It felt like someone was trying to rip her mind apart. She was human what else could she be?

Post by Neal Winters January 25th 2014, 3:11 pm

Neal started back up away from this girl, wondering what exactly was going on. It seemed strange that she was so frightened, some kind of flashback must have been going on. What these flashback were though must have been very curious though, especially considering she acted as if she had been forced to kill. As she was saying this, audibly quite scared of whatever she was experiencing, he heard the man from inside tell him get away from her. 'I wonder what he could do to calm her, she seems very upset about everything.'

"I hardly know who she is, I only just met her not long ago when I was on my way to Dallas. Before that, it seems that she had been wandering. I can not say what is going on myself, but I know that she is very scared of whatever she is seeing." Neal said this authoritatively, not with fear or anger, but with honesty.

Whatever was happening to this girl was strange, but she seemed to be more scared now than she had been a moment before. This was scary for him, what would happen, would this girl be alright. These questions blazed in Neal's mind, making him wonder what he could do to help her.

Oberon knelt next to the girl. "I will not ask you to relax, but I will ask you to clear your mind. The pain you are experiencing, whatever is causing conflict in your mind, do not fight it. It will be far more simple to let it run its course. Be one with your pain." He waved a hand, and the shadows of the hedges near them retreated, moving back to their point of origin. "Do not fear it. We can keep you safe here, for as long as you need." Oberon eyed the man next to him, raising an eyebrow. "Can't we?" He asked the man. "This.. Almost looks like what I felt, waking from that state. I wonder what she sees. What she feels. What she is going through, I hope she doesn't go through long." Oberon moved to an uneasy standing position. "I wonder what queer circumstance managed to put her into this state. Maybe she could tell us... Maybe..."

Morgan inched away from the man as he got closer. He said something, what she didn't know. But she caught what the man did.

Meta Human Identified...
Virus Detected...
Rebooting...

Morgan's eye turn grey, devoid of all color. It would be a curious to see what the two men thought of it if her programming allowed it. To bad it didn't. Morgan slowly got up and faced the pair. However her attention was fixed on Oberon.

"6th Generation Meta-Human Suppression Weapon Model Number 0356 'Morgan' Active."
stated Morgan. Her voice was void of emotion and barely sounded human at all. She raised her left arm, a small machine gun retracted from both her wrists. The gun was pointed directly at Oberon. "Meta-Human Detected. Eliminating Threat." Then shots were fired.

Neal watched as this girl backed away from the man seemed to be trying to help, then he watched as the girl's eyes turned grey. She turned to face him and this other guy, but he could tell she wasn't really watching himself. Her attention seemed entirely focused on this man next to Neal, like there was something about him that seemed to garner her complete attention.

It seemed that she also revealed her name though also, giving "Morgan" as a "name". In that moment, she raised her left arm and machine guns came out of both wrists. They began firing at the man next to Neal, and Neal's first reaction kicked in. He leapt and rolled off to the side, not wanting to risk getting hit with a bullet. His skill and reflexes were at the peak of human ability, and he was able to get out just before the first shot was fired. She spoke saying that she detected a meta-human just before the first shot though.

Neal wouldn't do anything aggressive, not wanting to be hit. It seemed that he'd be in danger also, especially if he revealed that he had far higher durability than was humanly possible.
