Name: Scythe of Infinite Storm
Abilities: With this weapon, the user has full control over the air around them. This can be used in a lot of different ways, and is very dependent on the user's creativity to be used to its fullest. Due to the weapon's magical nature, it is bound to The Gambler, able to be summoned out of thin air from anywhere unless specifically separated using some kind of magic.
Description: The Gambler realized that without his cards, he was very much left out in the open. So, he used his knowledge of magic to create a weapon that was just as versatile as himself. It took him a couple of years, but with his large wealth and vast knowledge of the occult, he managed a decent magical weapon in the palm of his hands.
OCC Allocation: 4
