The Looks

head-
She wears a navy blue mask that covers her right eye leaving only her left for her to look around. She also has her hair in a spikey neon blue mohawk that slips down her head as if it was a ponytail but it doesn't past her solders.

Upper body-
she wears 2/3 of a dress shirt leaving the bottom of her left breast and half her stomach out. She wears a leathered shirt with metal on the breasts and on the bottom that stops at the bottom of her rib caged.

lower body-
She has a pair of black yoga pants pn that stop just above her ankle. She also has a chain around her waist that holds a giant fan tightly fastned to her waist line.

Feet- She has on a pair of tight laced combat boots that shined like they were new. There was a pairof chains that hung from them as well.

skin- Her skin is pale grey and she wears dark purple lipstick.

body- she has a slightly curved body that suggests she stays fit and slim arms that have a very light amount of tone to them.

The Legacy

Personality: She is very calm and perceptive. She has a very sarcastic sense of humor that tends to get her in alot of arguments. She has a slow growing hate for the human race, one day the hate will be great enough to kill the innocent, however she still takes the time to stop the killing of the innocent at this moment.

History: Roseria is a newly spawned ice demon but she has quickly climbed the ranks to become the ice kings best fighter. She has become so strong in fact that the king gave her control of his colony in the south pole while he rules over the north. Her colony along with the ice demon king known as roland live in long tall spiral towers that are hidden amongst glaciers in the center of the poles. From here she grows a colony of warriors to use in a war that seems inevitable between the humans and ice demons. She personally has no resentment towards the humans but she is a loyal follower of the king and as such does what he orders her to do. She knows nothing of her life before becoming an ice demon but she hopes to find out at some time during her life. For now all she does is roam the US doing what the king commands. Most people know her as "The Red Snow Woman" but a select few who she has deemed worthy know her as roselia.

The towers stay hidden by using a special form of ice that reflects whatever is behind the tower making it seem like it's not there, the ice covers the tower like a dome. This ice is kept invisible by six statues binded with the souls of the six strongest ice mages known to the demons however this ice is not completely invisible. If one gets close enough they can see an off image through the glass used to cover the tower and they will also see a sort of off glow coming from it. Normally though before they reach the tower a violent blizzard appears out of thin air as a sort of second defense making most people turn around or detour another way. However if one does get unlucky enough to venture to close to the tower and discover the ice they are quickly captured and must await judgement from the king on what must be done if one is lucky they are forced to lock the memories of the tower deep in their subconscious by going through gruesome events while in it and some the more unlucky ones are wiped off the face of the earth along with their family, like they never existed, and are used as slaves for the king, never being allowed to leave the castle while others are executed.

The Powers

Power 1:ice manipulation(cryokinesis)
Roseria is able to use the water in the air as well as everywhere else and convert it into ice. It's harder and thicker than normal ice and as such it takes much longer to melt. The ice starts off as a thin deep cold fog that ranges a good two meters from her then when it's cold enough the fog begins to sparkle as shards of ice form to signal that it's cold enough to use.

Power 2:levitation
By using the fan on her back she can manipulate air currents around her giving her the appearance of floating, she can also use her fan to glide on the currents.

Where does the pseudo-flight and wealth come from?

Also, where in America are these Ice Demons? How do they stay out of public awareness?

Just to be clear... "Roseria is able to use the water in the air as well as everywhere else and convert it into ice" This is only an RP explanation as to why you can have ice and ice powers in the middle of sumer Razz

If you meet a Hydrokenetic you CAN NOT turn their water into ice without their permission.
