The Legacy

Personality:
He is very sarcastic and rude when he needs to be. He tends to be bluntly honest no matter how wrong it may sound or how horrible the timing is. He can also be very friendly if you come at him in that manor but he does have a tendency to daze out and drift from reality.

History:
He comes from an island that named itself New Miracle. This island is full of both humans and creatures alike and they coexist pretty well. However there is always a problem in the cities of the world, this city is corrupted and fearful at least the humans are. Here unless you are famous for working with the military you are by law banned from being a hero. Basically being a hero is illegal and if you are caught there are multiple crimes that will be charged against you. That's what happened to creator's dad who was too weak after saving his son and wife from a falling building. ( Creator's mom is a pure vampire which is what makes him half a vampire but he was born like that unlike most people. Also his dad is a meta-human and met his mom when on a mission as an illegal hero. Here he fought her and they immediately hit it off...literally. They call it "love at first fight") After the attack creators dad was arrested and taken to Alzerian assia, a negative prison for all forms of rule breakers. Since then Creator has taken the role of a hero and fights for the innocent, illegally in his own city

The Powers

Power 1: Creation tactic:
Creator is able to create weapons to fight with by manipulating his aura and neutral aura in the air. These weapons are only solid if they stay in his hand and are used the way they were created to be used.(If he throws a gun like a shuriken the gun will disappear once it leaves his hand)

Neutral Aura- aura that you'd find just sitting around or there is so much of it that taking some harms nothing.(Taking the energy found in parks or the energy that just freely flows in the air)

Power 2: Nyx Zoo
Eeli creates a large transmutation circle on the ground that glows a dark purple. While this is active Eeli is able to create numerous weapons at once and shoot them towards his target. He can also freely change the shape of the weapons into anything he needs at the moment while they are in the range of the circle.
The Circle extends about 50 meters.

Power 3: Destruction Tactic
By Manipulating his own energy and absorbing violent aura around him and sending it to his hands he's able to discharge waves of vibrating energy that can cause massive internal damage and disintegrate objects around him into nothing.

Violent Aura- aura that's found in very destructive or tense places where people could be potentially harmed.(Natural Disasters or at a street fight)

Power 4: Vampire breath
By taking his own life energy and pushing it into the wound of his target he can heal their injuries.

Power 5: Vampire Bloodline
Eeli is half vampire as well as a metahuman and because of this he's stronger, faster, and more durable than both. He's able to move at 250-300 mph and can lift up to 70 tons. He's also able to endure most attacks thrown his way no matter the strength.

WEAKNESS:
When creating weapons they must be in his hands initially.

Eeli must touch the object he's with his hands during his destruction tactic in order to disintegrate them and the objects must be ordinary at the point of contact.(if someone were to attack and imbue their weapon with lightning eeli could stop the weapon, but he couldn't change disintegrate the weapon until the lightning around the weapon had stopped.)

Because it requires his own life energy when Eeli heals someone it takes longer than most others and he's also put under physical strain for as long as he uses vampire breath his body begins to fail and attack itself.

When Eeli is using Nyx zoo he can't move from where he stood to activate it. He can spin in place but he's stuck in a circle 2 meters wide. If Eeli leaves that circle the attack will cease instantly and the circle will vanish.

Eeli is what people would call a comic book hero. Though he may destroy buildings and demolish cars, he doesn't like the thought of killing others. The only people he kills are other vampires when he must feed. When he sees the enemy is down or unable to fight he walks off and if someone tries to kill them, he'll jump in and try to stop them.

The thirst-
When eeli gets "hungry" and begins to crave the blood of other vampires he begins to get distracted by their unnerving scent and the sound of their pulse.

Small areas-
Eeli can't use his full speed unless he's outside where he's able to pick up speed. can only move(50- 75mph)

Sharp Object-
Though he's able to withstand most blunt attacks with little injuries sharp objects (minus normal bullets and rockets) can easily penetrate his skin.
