Description/Goal: To the public and all of the groups' members Genesis Vi will be overlooking and carrying out the restoration of New York City and all other locations across the globe that have been devastated by MetaHuman hands. The members will also protect other major cities from any further damage whether it be from natural disasters or the supernatural. In addition, they wish to gain funds via donations, volunteer work, and the selling of a new created element to larger organizations. In truth, this is an organization brought fourth and run completely by the plotting Elena Vexus who has much more devious plans.

History: The Genesis Vivification Movement was imagined and realized by the scientist Jessica Magic and her peers. A 'New Element' has been discovered and is now being utilized as a medium in all of the tools and materials in the reconstruction of all the cities that their project is targeting. Jessica named the element Omnicillium as she said it has no beginning as we have always had it; and no end for we shall always be using this element.
The element can be mixed into anything in order to create literally any solid object in order to build from, from bricks to steel in order to reduce the cost of making the product as well as increasing its structural integrity. With this they can take the rubble from the destroyed NYC, melt it down, and use the new element to rebuild the city in a more modern look while at the same time recycling literally everything.
With the recent death of the technological tyrant Elena Vexus, more companies, groups, corporations, organizations, and so on and so fourth have been revealing themselves for they have been existing and experimenting in the dark in fear of her discovering their works and progress and obliterating everything they have worked for.

The members joining would be needed for debris collection, reconstruction, and defense as there will be individuals who will not want these locations reconstructed or have their own theories. Individuals will also be stationed at major cities around the world in order to protect from further destruction not only from MetaHumans, but from natural disasters as well.
The melting plants for the debris will simply be old steel mills in areas around the country so that there will be no need to construction of new establishments saving money as well. At the moment, there is no official headquarters of Genesis Vi. Ms.Magic will simply be utilizing extra space at one of the steel mills in New York as a general office. For the time being, this will be volunteer service until more funds are received through donations or selling of the Omnicillium to other corporations.

There will be two supervising positions. One per five members. Supervising positions will be granted upon an interview with Jessica herself. Meta and Human welcome. For now the organization will be stationed out of New York until an income is established and more Genesis Vi Headquarters can be established around the country, and eventually the world. Supervisor positions will be first come first serve. More will open up upon the joining of more members. Individuals who have been with The Movement longer will be more eligible for promotion to a Supervisor position. As the company grows, more position and opportunities will become available.
Treachery of any and all kinds, excessive violence and a failure to cooperate with others can result in immediate and permanent expulsion from Genesis Vi which will more than likely be followed with an 'under the radar' extermination. There will also be benefactor positions. These are only honorary members who do not have to participate in the reconstruction of the cities but only provide the funds. The donors to Genesis Vi are highly respected within the organization, especially by Jessica herself.

Any other info: In actuality, this an attempt at world domination by Elena Vexus that will take quite some time to come to fruition. She has done her homework by creating an extremely detailed backstory for this 'Jessica Magic' persona for any who might be curios as to who she is and how she came about. Family, financial information, work history etc., literally everything had been accounted for.
It was safe to come forward with such a discovery without too much uproar from the other science community as everyone else had been in hiding out of contact with each other in fear of being discovered and destroyed like so many before them. Vexus has also included a factual explanation of this new element. How it was found and created, how it works and reacts with other elements, ect. The truth behind the new element is that it is supernaturally created by an 'Eye' she retrieved through unspeakable means while trapped in a separate dimension. Upon obtaining the eye she underwent a horrific transformation, but that's a different story. Being who she is, she was extremely meticulous with her information, triple and quadruple checking everything making it 100% foolproof.

I think Ellie would be more appropriate for contributing to New York's reconstruction among my roster. She'd probably be most focused in contributing infrastructure and aerospace.
