Sexual Content 2: Sexual content is permitted. References and writing about genitalia and sex acts are permitted, but explicit detail is not. Fade to black, or use the dotdotdot rule. (Let's keep it PG-13.)
Violence 2: Graphic violence is permitted. Explicit description or in-game narration violence is allowed.
Despite these ratings, keep in mind that there is a limit, and you should not cross it just to garner attention. Also, resorting to curse words is also like adding senseless fluff to your posts.

The Genesis Vivification Movement
Most of her memories were blurry. Right now she was not sure of where, or when, she was. Her identity was even in question. As senses began to return to her, she first saw a calm body of water before her with waves gently washing over her feet. Feeling the cool water on her toes she pulled her legs closer into her body unsure of the sensation she just experienced. Strings of memory and thought began to wisp through her mind. All the images she saw, they were dark. There was a woman who kept reappearing. She had many different faces, but the same familiar emotion washed over her each time her likeness flashed through her thoughts.
Was.
Finding herself on this foreign place where the water shook hands with the land perplexed her. In her mind she knew what had happened, but just could not explain it to herself. Like a dream. Something so real, but yet so impossible she had no choice but to question the events that may or may not have transpired. The proof was undeniable. Elena Vexus was no longer what she used to be. Finding her balance she brought herself to her feet and took a couple steps forward, the water covering her feet and slowly rising to just below her knees. Outstretching her arm she flexed her hand making a fist looking at it from all angles. Touching it with her other hand just to confirm these sensations.
Was she dreaming? How could she? Dreams were not something that could be programmed. This had to be real. All these feelings, her smooth skin, the cool water. All things she had not felt in a very, very long time. Elena felt a bead of liquid trail down her face. Touching with her hand, she knew what it was but still could not believe it. Tears were an exclusive method of expressing emotions which only humans possessed.
Only Humans.
Vexus fell to her knees, water splashing over her and hair draping over her face. Her eyes widened at the dark appearance of the locks of her hair. She fell backwards onto her backside, and started to pushed herself onto dryer land not wanting her clothes to get any more wet. Pulling at the garments on her it seemed like she had been placed in a white night gown. When did she get into these? She had not even noticed them on her. Elena began to breath heavily as she struggled back up to her feet. Turning around she was met with a towering white wall of rocks. The Cliffs of Dover.
But how?
The last she she remembered was... Marie. She was in America. Fighting Elena Marie.
This was the moment that the haze lifted from Elena's memory and everything made sense again. The defeat. The humiliation she suffered. She was stripped of everything. And embarrassed. A failed experiment was her own undoing. Progression indeed, being able to tear a hole in reality was a new point for Vexus. Upon recollection though, there should not be anything left of this world. Elena knew that she had been pulled into the schism leaving no one but. Marie. Again, the witch proves herself in her methods of magic. It was the only explanation as to how reality was still whole.
This was too much. She couldn't handle it. Defeat, death, reincarnation and into a human body no less. Elena did not know how to cope. She never had to. She never needed to worry about experiencing these emotions. It wall all too much. She let out a violet scream that exhausted her breath completely. Elena fell to the ground and slowly began to lose consciousness.
What felt like several hours later she began to come to. The sound of a helicopter began to get louder and louder as she opened her eyes. Noticing she was strapped down onto a stretcher she began to panic again. Once her hearing completely returned it was apparent that she was on a helicopter more than likely being transported to a hospital. Not okay. One of her 'rescuers' got up to check on her seeing that she was awake. She was telling the man no, but as he got closer he did not seem to care on her opinion and Elena did not take kindly to not being listening to. Her voice raised and veins bulged on her forearms as she struggled to break free. She was so weak. So powerless. Without any of her technology she was just like everyone else.
And that boiled Vexus right down to her very core and something snapped.
She let out a shriek and the man back off. There was an intense burning sensation in her left eye as she felt the bondings holding her arms down dissolve. Sitting up, she simply looked at the straps around her legs and those dissipated into a lingering silver material that resembled sand. This pleased Elena knowing that she was not helpless. The man pulled a gun and commanded that she lay back down so that she can be examined. The sand-like material that was lingering in the air covered the gun and that was turned into the odd floating matter as well. A twisted smirk reached across Vexus' face as the stretched underneath her was dissolved into this 'sand' as well.
There were three other individuals inside of the helicopter, two more medics and the pilot. The two medics pulled weapons on Elena, but the result was the same. More and more of this material gathered as more objects inside of the helicopter were reduced. She sent a cloud of it at one of the medics and engulfed him completely and within a matter of seconds there was nothing left of him. Letting out a maniacal laugh she raised up both her hands and the entire helicopter was dissolved into this silver material. The four of them were falling fast, and Vexus put them out of their misery by evaporating them into this strange matter and using the cloud as a platform the gently bring her down to the ground. And this was all she needed. Elena Vexus was back and there was not going to be a damn soul on this accursed planet who would be able to stop her. Not even the Crimson Witch Elena Marie...
Elena Vexus has not stopped working. Persistence and dedication has brought Vexus as far as she has come and it will pull her through to the end. Mastering control of the visual prowess she had obtained from the Celestial Dimension, as memory serves, was her first priority. She studied the material that it created and understood it inside and out. The process which existing matter underwent in order to change into this 'Technomatter' she still had yet to figure out, but it worked every time without fail so the explanation could wait. It was not what she could destroy with these new found powers, it was what she could create. This matter could almost naturally be fused with virtually anything existing on this planet. Organic or not. What was truly impressive was the structural integrity increase that it gave to building materials. Metals, bricks, concrete, tar pavements, anything that is needed to construct a modern society. With such a discovery she would easily be able to make trillions of dollars world wide and become an international power. But first, it was to be used for her own personal gain.
After a large slue of international robberies, all of which she was able to cover her trails. Mostly by hacking databases and tampering with information. She constructed a suit of armor that had extremely impressive capabilities in addition to a collection of weapons that could demolish armies. Healing aids that could benefit all of humanity, but let's be serious. Her most impressive weapon would probably be the ability to transform ordinary things such as people, plants, insects into rampaging monsters that only obeyed her. The capabilities of this new element were near limitless.
After everything had ben properly installed and utilized, it was time to capitalize. The plan was to showcase her new element in the ruins of New York and rebuild the city from the ground up to create shining utopia. Using the rebuild as a testament to her element's capabilities organizations world wide will want to take part, giving her much more than just a vice grip on the construction industry...
The first step in all of this was creating a background. She manifested a persona known as 'Jessica Magic' and created an entire life story about her. Everything from her schooling degrees to her social life leaving nothing to chance. Family, financial information, work history etc., literally everything had been accounted for because there will be curious people out there wondering where she came from. It was safe to come forward with such a discovery without too much uproar from the other science community as everyone else had been in hiding out of contact with each other in fear of being discovered and destroyed like so many before them. Vexus has also included a factual explanation of this new element. How it was found and created, how it works and reacts with other elements, ect. The truth behind the new element is that it is supernaturally created by an 'Eye' she retrieved through unspeakable means while trapped in a separate dimension. Upon obtaining the eye she underwent a horrific transformation, but that's a different story. The co-workers she would have with her would be random scientists who's memory had been heavily tampered with via the Technomatter allowing everything that they do and say be completely under their control. They were being manipulated, it just was not aware to them. Being who she is, she was extremely meticulous with her information, triple and quadruple checking everything making it 100% foolproof.
The new element had made national news as the date for the great unveiling was revealed. It was only in a couple of months so Vexus, or rather Jessica, prepared their speeches and explanations for the new organization that was going to help all the world. With Vexus herself being dead and absolutely no one knowing of her return, it would be no problem at all for her to appear on international television. She did however have a tattoo of an ouroboros in the middle of her chest. She figured it was either a Celestial Sign, or mockery to her for having left Dominus since this was their symbol. Elena voted to cover it up with makeup, but had an explanation prepared incase any media sources noticed or asked about it.
The big day was approaching as she and her team arrived in New York City, or at least what was left of it. Their supplies for demonstrations of the new element shortly followed and arrived at the event scene as everything was set up. Two mobile homes were rolled in behind everything as the demonstration pieces as the crowds and media began to gather. Elena couldn't help but smile as everything was going just as she had envisioned it.
It was show time.
Elena Vexus...
A name that held so much in five simple syllables. So much history. So many different lives lived and lost. Power and influence that knew almost no bounds. Elena Vexus was a goddess in her own way. Was.
Finding herself on this foreign place where the water shook hands with the land perplexed her. In her mind she knew what had happened, but just could not explain it to herself. Like a dream. "Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome and thank you for attending this miraculous day in human history. Today, I am changing the world. My name is Jessica Magic and I present to you, Omnicllium!"
A cover was pulled off a tall standing rectangular shape revealing the new element.
"I have given this finding the name due to its abilities to easily be fused with virtually anything and increase its structural integrity. Which we shall demonstrate, we have set up two establishments. One built with traditional materials, the other with Omnicillium additives."
A handful or even workers began going at the two homes, both with the same weapons. Baseball bats, sledge hammers, followed by guns with rounds increasing in size until they reached the size of antiaircraft bullets. Flame throwers followed and as a finale an RPG was launched at each of the houses. The house which was build with traditional materials had been completely demolished, barely any part of it had been left standing. On the other hand, the enhanced structure was still standing and with minor damage. It had resisted the fire, and even the glass had not been completely shattered. It had spierwebbed but stayed in tact.
"As you can see, ladies and gentlemen, the Omicillium enhanced establishment faired much better in our weponized onslaught. It even cost less to manufacture. The purpose of this demonstration was to show you all how buildings in the future will withstand not only attacks from ourselves, but the Meta-Human population. It was mostly them who are responsible for the destruction of this fine city. Now do not misunderstand, I am not by any means saying that all Meta-Humans are destructive and reckless. There are many of them out there who strive to help us in our every day lives. It is not always their fault. They do their absolute best to keep destruction an casualties to an absolute minimum. But no one is perfect, and we can't win them all. And now we don't have to. With buildings reinforced with Omnicillium destruction of property would be near zero. I stand before you today to mark the start of the reconstruction of New York City. I will not and cannot sugar coat the situation. It will take time and money to completely such a project. Volunteers and donations will be more than welcome as we start this movement forward into the future. The Genesis Vivification Movement!"
Vexus paused as there was an uproar of applause from the crowd and the broadcasting time ran down returning all the news channels to their stations anchors. Jessica Magic stepped down from the stage and began answering questions and doing interviews for the monumental scientific breakthrough. Information of how to volunteer and donate were sent to all the news stations across the country, and soon the world, to be printed. News of this reconstruction was to reach all corners of the globe.
Ms.Magic hoped to revolutionize the world for the better.

Re: The Genesis Vivification Movement
Brandon had heard of the interesting bit of news a week before he was even called upon by his brother to look into it. A new player within the effort to restore the city if New York had risen, and it was said that she could actually do this. There was little information of consequence on the woman except that he last name was Magic, which felt strange enough for Brandon to hear. He could not glean if she came from some sort of magical family with a sick and twisted sense of humor, or if fate had a strange sense of humor. Brandon voiced his opposition to going alone, and with Niall having his attention directed elsewhere, that meant that he would have to truly do this alone.
With an adequate amount of whining, Aaron finally agreed to come along with him, and that seemed to please Arianna, though she had other business to deal with in Chicago. Brandon wondered why his mother was being so strange, but then again he would not dare to ask, seeing as it was something that she had taken great pains to keep her children from knowing in the first place. All he knew was that some great evil was amassing within the city, and she had to know more about it. That meant long nights up in her room or scouring the city, and days where she would not even leave her room, likely sleeping away the fatigue of the prior night.
”We don't need here with us, its going to be a simple scouting mission. If what this woman says is true, then the Hale's will be more than happy to offer some of our resources.” Aaron said simple as they stepped through the front door of the mansion. He was dressed in a fine black suit with a white shirt underneath, while Brandon was more casual in his appearance. He wore simple white shirt with some kind of design on it, with tan colored shorts and tennis shoes. Both had blonde hair, but while Aaron kept his hair in a straightened fashion, Brandon's always had a windswept appearance about it.
”Are you really interested in helping?”
”Of course I am.” Aaron said in return as they stepped into a limo, one that had been waiting outside of the Hale mansion. They would have a plane waiting for them, and it would take them to where the public unveiling was to take place or whatever, even though Brandon would have preferred not to go at all. Sure he could have used his strength for some of the menial work, but he never liked using his limited access to the Hale money of anything else except living, and perhaps showering it on Niall, as well as himself. The limo ride itself was pleasant, and soon enough he was dropped off at the airport with his twin, which would only mean a long ride. Well, it wouldn't be too long but he was an impatient man, and that meant an hour or two would be unbearable to wait, even if they took first class.
There was of course everything that they would expect, though Brandon didn't really feel that hungry, though he ate anyway to keep up his strength. While Aaron ran his eyes over a musty tome, Brandon slept until they touched down. It had been a year or so since he last set foot in the city, and perhaps it was a sort of nostalgia that swept through him. This was where he grew up, even though the main Hale household was in Chicago, his mother always felt that New York needed protection the most, and now it was broken. He could have done nothing to stop the villain that caused it, but something within him felt responsible. In the distance from the flight he could see it, the still squalling remains of the once great city, and all he could feel was pity, and perhaps sorrow for the city. The dreams of his master to protect this city was stomped upon, and he would not allow it to happen again.
The location was already known to them, so it would be easy enough to get there, though not on foot. Unlike Brandon, Aaron was neither fast nor did he have boundless stamina, so they would have to ride their, likely the same way that they got to the jet in the first place. So with another ride they were there, and the speech was half over it seemed. They were wrecking houses, though more like wrecking one and failing on the other, which seemed to catch Aaron's interest more than Brandon. He felt something strange about the woman, but then again he never liked girls with black hair, always seemed kinda dark for him. Afterwards was something about metahumans that was partially condemning of them but at the same time not. She finished the speech and that meant that they could do their business, and talk to the dark haired Magic female.
Out of the corner of his eye, Brandon saw someone who looked familiar. What the hell was Nolan Caster doing here and why was Misha with him? He turned his attention away from that and back to what was at hand, trying not to let the fact that his daughter was there as well bother him. ”Miss Magic.” Aaron said addressing her with a formal tone. ”I'm Aaron Hale of the Chicago Hale's and this is my brother Brandon. We represent my family in the hopes that we could help you in financing this venture of yours. If it can bring New York back on its feet again, we would be more than happy to aid you.” That being if this would actually work anyway. Brandon would make sure to keep quiet, seeing as he was not always best when it came to simple business, he was always more physical in his approach.

Re: The Genesis Vivification Movement
It was over. The deal had been made. Zell was gone…erased form the fabrics of existence, and with Zell erased, there was only one whom could take his place. The man with no name. He lay, motionless…only remembering a select few events in the life of the erased soul. He remembered a branding…ZELL…what was that? Was Zell his name? No….could it be?
Do you see this? This is your number. It means that I have broken seven-thousand seven-hundred and thirty one men before you. A voice echoed. What could that mean? That name on his arm…that wasn’t his name…it was a number. All he had to do was turn them upside down. ZELL is 7732 if written in straight lines. Then what was this name Zell that he kept faintly remembering? What was he, was he a clone? Was he an experiment? No he was far superior to any of those…he’d not even been born yet, and he knew it. No…Zell meant something…something far beyond simply the numbers. He knew it was his name…but the name meant something. What was so important about 7732? Regardless he would have time to dwell on this later, for now he was to rest. His birth was soon, and the world would not wait any longer. First oxygen filed his lungs. Then his could feel. Slowly but surely, he was beginning to form. Zell Atterrius’ body was gone, erased, just like his soul...
Alas, this was not a funeral. No, Zell Atterrius was gone, but he was not truly dead. He would live on, for his time as the pathetic coward of Gene-Tech was nothing more than a larval phase of his existence. For what he was to become was beyond that of any God, beyond that of any mere mortal, beyond that of even the worlds wildest imagination. He was becoming so much more. The deconstruction of the Atterrius corpse was merely the cocooning, and now the metamorphosis is in effect and slowly but surely, He was becoming the very thing that would never fade. Ouroboros…
*********************************************************************
His drew breath, as his body lay sprawled across the sand. He looked around, lost confused. He had finally been born into the world, and like every other birth he found himself lacking not only in intellect, but in material necessities such as clothing and money. The moonlight danced across the waves as they crashed into the shore. Sea salt was all that could be smelled, and the waves crashing against the shore in a silent night were the only thing to be heard. He lifted his head, eyes of wonder and amazement. It was as if he had seen the world for the first time, as if Adam had for the first time laid eyes on Eden. So much world to explore, so much to learn. He was a newborn, while he looked like shaggy haired college kid on a nudist beach on an uncharted island, he was in all reality a child in his mind. He knew no language, no concept of danger, he had only his primal reflexes and his inborn will to survive. Imagine the look on the faces of the coastguard when they found smoke from the fire he had learned to start. Or what they believed when they hear found that he had developed his own language in an hour flat. Imagine their surprise as he ran ff into the woods, and all the animals around feared him, and grew silent. The only animal that dared approach him was the large Raven that seemed to stalk his every move.
He had learned to establish dominance, so much so that panthers stalked him, not to strike at him, for even they knew primal fear of him. Rather, they followed him to gain easy scraps of his large kills. He had learned to make leather, he had learned how to write and he learned to fight. In a month on this island, he had learned to do more than humanity had in centauries. But as he began to grow, and as he learned, he became curious. He wanted to know more, he needed to know more. This drove him to attempt to swim across a large chunk of ocean. He was mostly successful, however, he was spotted and ‘rescued’ by the coastguard. They wrapped him up and clothed him, attempted to discover who he was, or where he had come from. No one could do it. To society this young man appeared from nowhere. When they touched down, he was nowhere to be found. He had somehow escaped the coastguard, and was not to be seen or heard from again.
He was not educated; however it was quite obvious to Him that his lack of clothing was not exactly acceptable to the denizens of this strange society. Ouro’s curiosity had taken him across the united states, him memorizing almost every detail as he traveled. He would eventually happen upon Chicago, where he had his first interaction with a computer inside a dorm room he was oddly drawn to. While there he happened to find himself a pair of clothing, a long sleeved champaign colored shirt and black jeans. He also found himself hacking a back account just for the hell of it, and somehow changing the records to saying that he was in fact the owner of the massive wealth. With this mark passed, he found his way to New York City next, and it was there that he had finally found himself attempting to speak the English language. With an advanced intelligence such as his it was not hard to get the basics, however he had an accent unlike that anyone had ever heard before, and it made his voice rather soothing, intricate and overall rather appealing and pleasing to hear. However with his grand establishing himself as a person, he came to the dreaded question that many others had fallen victim into asking themselves.
What is the meaning of life??
No sooner had he questioned himself had he remembered that annoying energy. It was irrefutably the most annoying memory he had so far, yet somehow the most alluring. That was an enigma that he desired to discover…and he wished to discover it quickly, however even an uneducated being such as himself knew not to rush or to ruin the surprise. Something deep inside him told him to have patience, and that he was what he would do. However, there was alleviation to the annoyance, for today he had stumbled upon a mass gathering of men and women around a beautiful black haired woman, one whom spoke eloquently, and while she said things that MAY have offended people, everyone seemed to love her and cheer her on…Ouroboros included. It was enough for him to take the step he needed, the step towards trying to find his reason to live. He had made up his mind. This woman needed resources, and he had all the resources of the man whose name haunted his dreams. The wealth of Zell Attrrius was at his disposal, and apparently helping people was a good thing, with the way the crowd cheered Ouro could tell things were going to be good, and some part of him desired to try it. So his mind was made up and soon he would add his assistance to the project that had won the affection and hearts of others. He began walking, hoping that the woman would not mind a ‘visit’ or a little Q and A session with the newborn entity.
However his course was cut off by a limo, and from it emerged a face that struck him as familiar, however he knew that he had never seen him. For some reason he felt a stirring unease inside him, one that begged for release. He would not appease it. He persisted. Most fortunately for him, he had changed much since his last ‘encounter’ with the Hales. In fact there was no feasible way for them to associate this innocent “child” with the monstrous person that lashed out against them. His energy, right to the core had even changed. The Ethereal energy that was perverted by fear and self-loathing no longer existed, and as such no longer corrupted the mind of the being known only as Ouroboros. Instead, his Ethereal energy was pure, stronger and refined, and it was also controlled, sensing it would be nigh impossible, let alone actually linking the possibility if the two “Ouroboros’” being connected. He made his way up and while he looked like a simple college kid, the way he carried himself was enough to command respect, keeping good posture, these other two looked only slightly older than him, and as such he was not concerned. He sat back enough knowing full well he would need to wait before he attempted conversation with Miss Magic. Waiting was not ideal…then again…he had all the time in the world.

Re: The Genesis Vivification Movement
Hiding the facts is all it was. Staying from place to place, friend to friend. The reality was that she was homeless. She always was, though. From a young age she had grown up thinking she was an orphan, only to be adopted by a successful businessman. Mysterious reports of his death led her to run, but she had no idea where she was going. She eventually ended up in a gang of delinquent minors who took advantage of metahumans for material gain. Though, she only hung around them out of boredom. They never even figured out she had metahuman powers. How long had it been since she had used them, anyways?
She started going down the stairs of the rundown building the gang was occupying to where a group of boys were playing a game of poker at the breakfast table with the news on in the background. Amy walked over to the cupboards and rummaged through them for any edibles. Empty boxes were mostly left, which made her only ask "Why?" in her head. She finally found a box of cereal with a bowl's worth left in it.
Pouring the remaining cereal into a ceramic bowl, she could hear the news on the background covering Jessica Magic's story. Someone was going to rebuild New York? It had been her home for her whole childhood, and that meant a lot to her. Amy quickly shuffled her feet towards the television for a better look at what was going on. After a rather extensive demonstration of this element's strong ability, she was quite impressed. And it seemed that volunteers were needed in helping to rebuild New York. She didn't even touch her breakfast yet. She was too busy thinking about Mr. Khan and all that he had done for her when she was younger. She felt as if she owed it to him to restore the city the two of them shared so many memories together that were precious to her.
Amy didn't have significant riches to help in any restoration projects, but Jessica Magic did say she needed volunteers. Perhaps in some way she could help. Spinning 180 degrees, she began to head to the front door. One of the boys curious of her behavior decided to question it.
"Oy, where you goin'?" he quizzed.
"New York." she replied as the door closed behind her. She was heading to an airport and on her way to where the project was. The whole time wondering what kind of person this Jessica Magic was. She appeared to be a representation of humanity. Not humans or metahumans, but both. There didn't have to be a division between the two.
Upon her arrival to New York, she slid in among the crowd of people that were there to see Jessica Story and her campaign to rebuild New York. There were others there as well, willing to spend time and resources to help in the movement. A rich young man pulled up in a limousine, offering the services of someone he represented. She anxiously waited for her opportunity to help.

Re: The Genesis Vivification Movement
"erm, you don't have any identification?"
The man at the volunteer registration table was a step away from exasperated dealing with the "young" girl standing before him. "I already identified myself. I am Sim, descendant of the Silvani." She spoke with a conviction that seemed to imply that the statement should mean something to the man, though of course it did not.
"I mean a form of identification. A picture ID. Driver's license, school ID..."
"I do not have anything like that." the man sitting at the table let out a sigh and massaged his forehead. "Could that maybe be because you're too young to need identification, and too young to be volunteering?" Indeed, the girl before him didn't look older than 14 or 15. Her choice of dress was odd, Sim insisted on wearing the fashion of her homeworld most of the time, which resulted in her wearing the only outfit she had from home. A short purple jacket and detached pant legs with a slight bell bottom slipped on over a navy bodysuit. A black belt held the pants aloft, while the jacket zipped up its turtleneck to sit underneath Sim's chin. Gold and black gloves and dark sunglasses covered her most inhuman physical features, though the long blue hair that fell above her eyes and down past her back was something of a giveaway that she wasn't normal. Most people just assumed she was some new kind of rocker girl, boasting the newest in young and strange fashion.
"I am older than I look. Probably about five times as old as you." By now the worker had all but given up, and regurgitated a generic message about needing a picture ID. "I am only trying to help, why must you make things difficult!" Frustrated with the man who seemed to be working against helping his own people, Sim raised her voice slightly and accidentally let her lips rise above her teeth, her other inhuman feature. The small girl's mouth was filled with rows of dagger-like fangs that caused the worker to recoil slightly in fear. Sim's furrowed brow instantly disappeared at the sight of startling the man. "I apologize sir. I did not mean to lose my temper."
Sim stepped back from the table, pondering her next move. She did not want to be aggressive, she could not force the humans to accept her help. She had investigated a few so-called "hero groups" before this, but none were proper for her to be a part of. They were basically military groups, using superhumans as weapons to fight evil. It was a noble enough cause for humans, who didn't have the lifespan to think of more than what was happening in their century. Sim sought to make a difference for the humans in another way, to actually make this world a better place. This Jessica Magic character seemed to share a similar sentiment. Rebuilding this city was a first step. Maybe others would follow.
"That's it!" Sim thought to herself. Surely this Magic character wouldn't let the human's obsession with bureaucracy prevent aid to her own kind. She looked up at the stage, Magic hadn't gone far. she was speaking with with a group of men that emerged from an abnormally long motor vehicle. Sim pushed her way through the crowd, much to the crowd's collective annoyance. She emerged from the crowd as close as she was able to get to Jessica without ignoring the human's rules and flimsy barriers. "Excuse me, Miss Magic! Please allow me to aid your cause." Sim held her left hand to her chest and bowed deeply, staring at the ground until the human woman accepted her address or walked away.

Re: The Genesis Vivification Movement
Perfect, perfect, perfect. Everything was going just as she had planned. The announcement was a success and there was no shortage in volunteers or donations. Tents had been set up all around the area to accommodate with the individuals who wished to donate their time, while another single private pseudo-building had been set up for those who wished to donate just a little more than just their time.
Jessica moved her hair to the side as she greeted various guests, some she spoke with shortly others she directed to the volunteer tents. She was not taking any media requests or interviews at the time. As she stood in the finances tent two men approached the tent. One was much more well kept than the other, and so naturally Jessica would be speaking with him. The man introduced himself as Aaron Hale and the other as his brother Brandon. They represented the Hale family in hopes to aid the reconstruction of NYC.
"A pleasure to meet both of you." she said in a professionally cheery voice, as she goave each of them a powerful handshake.
"I do greatly appreciate your interest in aiding this movement. We have a variety of options as far as donations go. You can chose which segment of the project you would like to fun, those range from housing for the volunteers, construction equipment, all the way to additional funding for our science department for further research on this magnificent element. Or, you may leave it up to myself and the rest of the financial department to decide the appropriate distribution of the funds. You will be informed on what your donation is going to be used for and your family's name will be forever remembered as it will be inscribed to every building that you helped to fund. Also, since you are one of our first donors, you shall receive a larger payout once the profit begins to roll in."
Ms.Magic went on about her company giving them as much information as they needed and wanted. She had her ducks in a row, so to say, and there was nothing that anyone could ask that she didn't have an explanation for. Unfortunately there much going on and she would not have time to stay and converse with these two about every detail in her plan, so she handed them a business card with her personal number on it.
"I have my professionals on either side of me that will now take care of you, if you have any more questions feel free to ask them. And if there is something you wish to ask or say to me personally, you can drop me a line on my personal contact information. I would love to stay and talk more numbers, but today is very busy. I would love to set up a later date and we can go over more information. Once again, it's been a pleasure and thank you for your support." She gave them a wink and walked off to another location.
She was moving swiftly in her heels to the volunteer tent when an individual caught her attention out of the corner of her eye. Diverting her path from the unpaid citizens, she casually made her way to the man she saw.
"Hello, I'm Jessica Magic, pleasure to meet you." she said as she extended her hand for a handshake.
"It does not seem as if you have been attended to yet, and I deeply apologize for that. I am being summoned over at the volunteer tents and I must make an appearance there for a moment, but after I shall return and take care of you personally. So if you would please wait here, I'll be right back." she said to the man as she turned and made her way towards the tents.
However, amongst the crowds there was a girl who bowed in front of her. The guards around Jessica went to grab the girl and take her away, but she put her hands out to stop them.
"Stand up tall solider. We can use all the help we can get. We'll figure something out."
Magic personally led the girl over to the tents and filled in an application for her. It was valid information, just a couple of things that Jessica had stored away in case there were situations like there. It was very possible that people without places to stay, homes, cars, or anything of the sort would be volunteering and would not have proper identification. With the world they lived in there may ever been people from different planets, universes, times, galaxies or whatever. Elena figured that was the case with this one as she did not smell, or look, homeless. She would be a good find for this cause.
"There you go sweetie."She handed the paper to the girl."Or rather, Sim. Welcome to the team. Now you're going to want to head over to that tent there to get your starter kit and all the other information you're going to need to help us out. It's been a pleasure meeting you, and thank you so much for your support." She said with a smile as she went on her way back to the gentleman she had promised to help moments ago.
"Now then, I do apologize for that. Would you come with me then? I have a trailer where we can talk." she began to make her way behind the scenes hoping that this man would follow.
"I don't think I quite caught your name, if you don't mind my asking..."
