The Looks

Zoom Jr wears a one piece unitard with a colour scheme which is essentially the reverse of Zoom's. The top half of it is a dark blue and the legs are a pure white. However on the sides of the legs lines of blue travel down and reach the white feet of the unitard. In addition he has a line of pure white running down his chest and back leaving only the arms dark blue. The major difference from Zoom's costume is the fact that he wears a dark blue mask as opposed to a cowl. The mask takes a shape resembling a headband and circles his head and has two eyeholes in it.

In terms of physique Zoom Jr is not impressive per say but still has a fantastic physique. Due to his greatly increased metabolism virtually all the fat on his body has been burned off leaving only the bare muscles beneath so although he does look quite impressive at first it is merely due to the fact he is ridiculously skinny. He is incredibly lean and has the physique of an athlete. Or more precisely, a sprinter.

The Legacy

Personality: Zoom Jr has a personality similar to his mentor's and is confident, sarcastic and even cocky to a degree. Unlike Zoom however he does what he does due to the fact he loves the thrill of the fight. He enjoys being a hero immensely and enjoys messing around most of the time. He rarely focuses and always attempts to keep an optimistic demeanor in the face of danger and trouble as to cheer people up. However when the situation truly calls for it he can be as focused as anyone else, possibly even more so. Whether it is too late or not is a different factor altogether.

History: Drey is the cousin of Zoom and was visiting him in his apartment one day when Zoom's relatives were visiting. He found it be incredibly dull there as Skylar rarely bothered to spend much time doing up the apartment as he was generally busy trying to find work, working a part time job or being a superhero. Bored Drey searched around his cousin's apartment to try and find something interesting to do there. He eventually came across the stash of "supplements" which the company which gave Skylar his powers and made him Zoom had produced. As a rule Skylar had collected as much of the substance as possible in order to prevent more people from being forced to gain the powers he had or have some other horrific side affect he gathered as much of it as possible. Fate can truly be ironic as Drey noticed that the substance had supplement written on the front and as such tried one of the pills. After all it couldn't be too bad if Skylar took them. Could it?

Well, the fact that he was left convulsing on the ground after consuming one of them stated otherwise. Hearing the thump Skylar raced to the room where he kept the supplements and knew precisely what had happened. Horrified he was barely able to pull his cowl over his head along with the mask before he'd sped out with Drey in hand. Due to his speed his clothes (besides his costume) were torn off and as such he was able to get to the hospital without revealing his identity. Although his family already knew. However when they finally reached the hospital the doctors found nothing wrong with Drey who awoke shortly after claiming to feel "better than I ever have before" and being able to walk with the hour. Doctors were amazed at his quick recovery but Zoom knew with a grim certainty what had happened. When he was discharged from hospital and bought back to the apartment Zoom revealed his identity to Drey (who had not been told) and explained his theory that he had also gained the powers. Excited by this concept he quickly went out with Skylar and tested his abilities. He wasn't as fast as Skylar was and was significantly slower, and his strength was similar.

Skylar merely put this down to him being younger and they also found that he was more durable than Skylar when Drey casually attempted to stab himself in the stomach with a knife to test his regenerative ability and found it bounced off his skin. It was also later discovered that Drey also had the ability to temporarily fly and also the ability to release blasts of energy. Drey expressed interest in becoming a hero and Skylar (feeling guilty) for forcing this on him offered for him to become his sidekick. Drey thought that this was a great idea and tried to convince his parents. They, obviously, were not keen on the idea and refused until Skylar pointed out that they couldn't stop him from being an idiot and he'd probably end up fighting crime and he was the best chance he had of staying alive at which point they agreed and Skylar promised that he would never let any harm come to him. And thus Zoom Jr was born.

The Powers

Power 1: Super Speed: Similar to his mentor Zoom Jr utilizes speed as his primary form of combat. He can create tornadoes with his hands and body although nothing major (similar to Zoom himself) and, unlike his master, is able to speed up and stop virtually instantly without needing to take anything more than a second to reach terminal velocity.(7 speed)

Power 2: Energy Blasts: Drey is able to actually create blasts of energy which are theorized to be pure kinetic energy. This energy is capable of burning individuals if Zoom Jr focused enough although in most cases it merely launches opponents away with great force. (6 ABI)

Power 3: Flight: Zoom Jr is also capable of actually lifting off the ground when he reaches terminal velocity. When he chooses to he is capable of leaping up in the air and controlling where he goes for a limited time. He gradually slows down and is incapable of speeding up again until he is on the ground. He is actually capable of moving up and down at will and can stay in the air for precisely 20 seconds at a time. (1 Flight)

Power 4: Boosted Metabolism: This is an ability which comes with the speed of Zoom Jr. He has a greatly boosted metabolism and requires huge amounts of sustenance unlike Zoom himself. This does however protect him from most diseases and poisons as his bodily processes work the poison through his system before it can do any real damage. (6 DUR).

Everything checks out, but the 6 ABI being used for your Energy Blasts and a Heightened Metabolism?

I have no idea why you have the 6 ABI listed there.

Ability bars only work for one power, anywho. All you would need to list is your durability.

Just put it in because I thought it seemed vaguely like something that would require accelerated healing. But anyway, edited it.

His DUR, while also making him tough skinned, can also prevent basic toxins and stuff dependent upon the level of his durability.
