Personality: Stubborn, Well Natured, Humorous, Kind, Forgiving (Unless I KNOW they are evil, which is most of the time for Super-Villains), Is sometimes slightly confused with this world's customs, aggressive when required, Is Open to Expirience - takes it gratefully

History: Was born on a Mythical Island, as the custom on the island, each child was given a blessing. In my case, I was given the Blessing of Metalier, I was given the power of becoming a Metal Man. This blessing is a rare one to get, obtaining it USUALLY meant the blessed was destined for greatness. My Mother was a lady in waiting, who served the Queen, While my Father was the King's Scribe. With this blessing, I left my home at age 25.
When I reached a city during flight, people started shouting "Look! Some kind of Metal Man!". No one was sure whether I was friendly or not. I was new to this word. (As the Mythical Island is similar to "Paradise Island" from DC Comics. Although the only contact we had with the world was that we knew they existed.)
I was sitting in some alley one day, and a gang came up on me. They asked me if I wanted to join them take over the city. I agreed, not knowing their true intentions. So we raided a Jewelry store. Once I saw their guns and their willingness for harm, I flew up, smashed their guns then flew off with the 2 of the lead gang members.
I look around trying to find somewhere to keep the crooks when I find a Police station. Though I didn't know what it was used for I saw bars, keys, and locks. So I threw them both in a cell. After that I was heralded as a hero. I now continue my quest for Justice, Peace, and Prosperity

Powers: There is a limit, do not go overboard with this, the strength of your powers are determined by the level of your energy projection. This does not include physical powers, such as strength, speed, endurance, fighting skills or anything pertaining to it, etc. Please be very detailed on your powers and their descriptions, don't be sloppy and make something stupid, think it through and do a good job, these will be important!

-In his metal state he can conduct electricity very well-though it's a weakness, since humans can't take TOO much electricity. He can conduct electricity because hes made of metal.

Roleplay Sample: Was flying around when I saw some Rogue Superhuman throwing parts of the street at Innocent passerbys. I swoop down to investive. "Hey!" I call to the guy. He grits his Teeth at me and throws a block of road at me. The rock explodes on impact, leaving me slightly scratched. "That the best you got?" I taunt him. I fly behind him, punch him, and the battle begins. After the punch lands on him he grunts. It only made him mad though. He kicks my legs and I fall to the ground. He then grabs me by the legs and throws me into a building. Unfortunately, it was a salon. I come out with lipstick scraped some places. My attacker lets out a chuckle. I take advantage of this and fly fast up to him and punch him in the chin. He gets mad and we start fighting. I kinda lost myself in the battle, as my instincts took over. In the end, He had his foot on my back. I felt frustrated. I felt Angry. I felt... hungry for revenge. Before he could let out a triuphant howl, I grab his leg and pull him to the ground and pin him. "Ha!" I exclaim. I take a lamp post and curve it into a set of handcuffs as I fly off.

Sorry to say, but for use of electricity, you'll also need more EP.

I would make his STR and DUR 4, and his FS 3 for the time being, and give him three more EP.

The first EP gives him the ability to change into MetalMan

The other 3 allows him to use Electricity as a power.

So his grid would be:

No, I don't USE electricity, it's just since I'm made of Metal, I can conduct it, which is my main weakness.
