Costume Description/Image: There is nothing special, he still wears his same clothes. Only thing different is that his shirt is now torn from the heat emanating from the large, vertical-blinking eye bore in his abdomen, and the seven tentacles jutting from the back of his jacket. You'll notice him when you see the seven holes in the back of his jacket.

Personality: He is extremely sadistic and willing to jump at anyone who even looks at him the wrong way. He hates everyone and is very secluded, but when he does walk into town, he can't help but cause chaos. He does this because the eye that bore itself in his midsection only sees the truth, and all he sees is sin and chaos. He really believes what he is doing is right, though he can't justify murder, the cops will never find him. He's too elusive, his eye sees all. Inside, he's a feral beast, and outside, lets not talk about it.

History: He was raised as a christian child, but when a horrible mutation took place, he was abandoned by his family. But he saw the truth with his new power, he saw the sin in every ones hearts. He began his quest to purge the earth of this indecency as a child, and is now on the most wanted list for being Hitler's second coming, only on a larger scale.

Powers: Mutant: Seven retractable tentacles formed on his back, 3 moving down vertically, and another set parallel, and the final at the top centered between both sets of three. They are extremely strong, pink-orange color, and glossy. Mutant: Large, vertical blinking eye bore into his abdomen called the eye of truth, it can, to an extent, project light energy and see truth in all entities.

Roleplay Sample: Sterling was heading to a bar, as usual with him. His nighttime rituals always started at the bar. There were still traces of radiation in his city, so nearly every wild animal was mutated in some way.
A dog jumped out from an alleyway, yes it was stray, and also mutated. All of it's hair had fallen out, It had two extra heads, all equipped with razor sharp fangs. Not teeth, fangs. It was bulky too. It leaped on top of Sterling and barred it's fangs for attack. Sterling remained calm, he flipped the dog onto it's back and knelt on it's throat. His tentacles snaked out from his back and wrapped around all three muzzles, silencing the dog. "Look, you six eyed fuck, if you ever come at me like that again, I will end you. Remember my face, It'll keep you alive just a little longer." Sterling kicked the dog and it scurried back into the alley it came from. He continued his stroll to the bar as if nothing had ever upset him, one could even see a hint of a sadists smile on his face. Only one thought rolled through his mind, 'I hope that dog jumps at me again.'
