Rating
Sexual Content 2: Sexual content is permitted. References and writing about genitalia and sex acts are permitted, but explicit detail is not. Fade to black, or use the dotdotdot rule. (Let's keep it PG-13.)
Violence 2: Graphic violence is permitted. Explicit description or in-game narration violence is allowed.
Despite these ratings, keep in mind that there is a limit, and you should not cross it just to garner attention. Also, resorting to curse words is also like adding senseless fluff to your posts.

Hero: Samuel Greyson, aka Wolf
Real Name: Samuel Greyson
Super Hero Name: Wolf
Title: Dogbreath, fur-face, kibble-for-brains, 'damn mutt'
Alignment: Hero, Neutral Good
Age: 18
Gender: Male
Race: Human, Werewolf
Hair: Brown
Eyes: Brown
Height:
Weight:
Costume Description: A grey t-shirt, torn blue jeans, and a large, worn, brown leather belt strapped loosely about his neck like a too-large collar; it fits perfectly when he goes into his wolf form.
Personality: Due to the mistakes he's made, regardless of whether or not they're actually his fault, Sam sometimes feels like he makes a better dog than a man. He’s generally a friendly guy, with a lively sense of humour; he has a strong protective streak towards his sister and towards kids. While she spends most of her time squirreled away in libraries studying old forms of magic, he can usually be found prowling alleyways and dockyards, looking for some excitement—usually in the form of assholes hurting people, whom he’s always happy to dish out a form of justice to. He's also not above making puppy-dog eyes at a pretty woman, in case she happens to be a dog person.
History: Sam grew up in a very average family made up of himself, his younger sister Sierra, and their mother (a doctor) and father (a cop). Despite original childhood aspirations to become a superhero like the famous savior of the world, Pain, Sam eventually settled on the more attainable dream of becoming a police officer like his father. Unfortunately, these plans were derailed when Sam turned seventeen and he and his family went on their annual summer camping trip to the mountains. Sam and Sierra went to check out a hiking trail while their parents set up the tent and got a campfire and dinner going. They returned late, just after dark, and discovered their parents’ mutilated corpses, being fed upon by a huge wolf.
The wolf turned and immediately attacked them, and Sam, desperate to protect his sister, threw himself between her and the beast, getting seriously mauled in the process. The only reason he survived was because Sierra ran to their parents’ tent and grabbed her mother’s decorative silver knife, a family heirloom, before coming back to stab the wolf in the back with it. Seriously injured, the wolf fled after only knocking Sierra aside. It was only moments later that Sam, bleeding profusely, passed out.
When he next woke up, it was in the hospital, having miraculously recovered from his injuries. He was given a clean bill of health within two days and released to join his sister; it took a lot of stubborn arguing, but eventually they were placed in a foster home together, rather than separately. The foster home turned out to be just another disaster waiting to happen, however, as the foster father was a drunk ass, and the foster mother was a cold, sharp-tongued woman with no tolerance for disobedience. They managed to get through a month of dealing with them, Sam trying his hardest to keep his sister from being too badly harassed by either of their foster parents, unwilling to try to report the place to any authorities due to it being the only place that would take both of them in.
Then the next full moon came. In the days leading up to it, Sam became restless and agitated, getting into fights with both foster parents until finally, on the day of the full moon, everything came to a head. Sam had an explosive argument with them early on during the day, then left to try and cool off by spending time elsewhere in the city, avoiding going home as long as possible. Despite letting off some steam, he grew increasingly agitated as the day wore on, until finally, he decided to head home, feeling strange and vaguely ill as evening approached.
He knew something was wrong before he even opened the door due to the shouting, and when he heard his sister scream, he practically broke the door down to get in. Their foster-mother was grabbing Sierra’s arm and shaking her, while beating her with one of her wooden cooking implements. Their foster-father was nearby, also shouting; when Sam broke the door down, he turned his ire on him instead, and swung at him.
To this day, Sam cannot remember anything after that point. What he knew was that when he woke up again, it was the following day, and he was lying out in the woods a couple of miles away from their foster-parents’ home, his clothes in tatters, covered in blood. He tried to head towards home, but was intercepted by Sierra, who, after finding him, told him what had happened.
He had transformed into a werewolf, and slaughtered their foster-mother and foster-father. Sierra had left the house immediately after calling 9-1-1, trying to follow him.
Sam was devastated and horrified by the news, but couldn’t refute it; the blood on his hands was testimony enough to what had happened. His first thought was to leave, get as far away from Sierra as possible rather than risk hurting her, or turn himself in to the police, but Sierra talked him out of it; she didn’t want to lose him, too, and if she did, who would protect her if she wound up in another bad home like that one? She still had two more years to go before she was legal. Finally, Sam gave in, and they both went on the run together.
Over the past year, Sam slowly learned how to control his powers, and by now can transform at will, and maintain control while transformed. The only time he has to change form is during the full moon, however, he prefers to maintain the wolf-form 24/7, in order to avoid being recognized. The police, after all, are looking for two teenagers, a boy and a girl, not a girl and a dog. He spends his time watching out for Sierra protectively, and when bored, prowls the streets—enjoying perhaps the only upside of the entire situation, that he finally gets to live his childhood dream of chasing down bad guys, even if he’s not quite the kind of superhero he’d imagined. His metabolism has increased greatly, but since Sierra's the only one who can get a job, he goes hungry more often than not to ensure his little sister gets fed, and will sometimes resort to stealing from hot dog vendors, much to his utter shame.

Powers:
- Shapeshifting: He can take two forms aside from his human one; he can enter into the form of a large wolf at any time he chooses, and maintain full control. On full moon nights, however, he's forced to take the form of a monstrous wolf-man, and his mind is reduced to that of an animal's. (EP 2)
- Super-human strength: On the low end of the scale as far as superhumans go, but still pretty powerful. This is partially explained by the extreme density of his muscular tissue and skeletal structure, but is primarily due to the magical effects of his curse. (STR varies depending on form.)
- Super-human durability: Partially explained by the density of his muscular tissue and skeletal structure, but mostly due to the magical effects of his curse. (END varies depending on form.)
- Regeneration: He has a natural healing ability that exceeds that of a human's. (EP 3)
- Heightened Sensory Awareness: His senses, particularly his sense of smell, are keener than a human's, on par with the senses of a wolf. (EP 1)
Weaknesses:
- Silver. When it makes surface contact, it burns his skin like a hot brand. If it penetrates the skin, it will start to dissolve, letting traces of silver into his bloodstream, where it acts like acid, destroying tissue from the inside without slowing down. It doesn't take a large dose to kill him, and wounds dealt by silver cannot be regenerated; they must heal at a normal, human rate.
- Water. Due to his body's density, he has almost no buoyancy at all. If he gets tossed in a lake, he'll sink like a stone.

- INT: 0
- EP (Shapeshifting): 2
- EP (Regeneration): 3

Power Grid colours: Grey
Character Description:
- A rather skinny young man, leanly muscular, he doesn't look like he'd weigh more than maybe 120 lbs at the most. He has a strong jaw, honest features, and thick, messy hair; his skin is tanned from how much time he spends outdoors, his hands and feet rough and weathered. His gaze is usually intense, and he has a tendency to bare his teeth when he grins, making him look feral even when he’s human.
- As a wolf, he's large, dark grey in colour with an almost black patch on his back and a white underbelly. His eyes are yellow, and his mouth is almost perpetually hanging open in a doggy grin. He doesn't look as skinny as he does as a human, but that's mostly due to his thick fur.
- As a wolfman, he can stand upright on his hind legs, or run on all fours, but his posture is such that he can't achieve the same kind of speed as his full wolf form. He's the same colouration as his full wolf form, but weighs twice as much, and has gained over a foot in height over his human form; his legs are digitigrade, and his arms end in huge hands with sharp claws. He no longer looks like anything like a friendly hound. Like his human form, he looks scrawny for his height.
