His costume is actually his whole body being consumed by fire. The only thing not covered is an anarchy sign on his chest.

Personality: He'll do almost anything for money. Kill a person? Done. Kill you mother? Done. Kill you? Only if you don't pay him after a job. Other than that, he's a kind person, unless your his enemy. He has a tendency to be cold (ironic eh?) and emotionless when on a job though. He works well in a team, gets along well, and works well under pressure.

History: Not much is known about his past. All that is known is that he was working as a For-Hire hitman until one slip ( while dodging incoming fire) during a hit at an abandoned warehouse ended with him landing in a puddle of discarded chemicals. The result of the accident: He now has powerful control over fire and can fly, abilities which he uses plenty in his new line of work: Helping other villains achieve their goals.

Why did you need to make an app for a fake identity? And besides, this app is pretty much just Doctor Everyone to begin with so either do some better explaining of why this app needs to exist or do something else.

The app is here so that I need to do less explaining about how the fake identity acts and looks. It's easier than explaining everytime someone asks about the histroy or something. I just link em here.
