Personality: Vax is very loyal, but not to the point, where he is "mindless". Vax is cruel and can be described as heartless, like many other villains, but Vax holds a card many do not, and that is being almost considered insane.

History:

Powers: Vax has the ability to transform into any living creature, that he has killed, and "collected". After doing so, he can turn into them completely gaining all of their abilities.

So, shape-shifting...with a limit. I don't think you need 5 EP for that. That's like 3 or so. Or maybe even 2, because of the limit. If you'd have 5 EP for shape-shifting, you could probably instantaniously morph in any given form you like. You could disguise yourself as a door, if that was the case. Which would indeed be pretty awesome.
By the way, does 'that he has killed' also include insects and rodents and germs? And in how far does Vax transform into the chosen creature? Does just his appearance change or does he actually become a clone of that creature, along with powers and other characteristics (you know, intelligence, strength, endurance, etc.)?

Just a quick one Vax (Same name as my hoover! awesome) There is not alot of detail on the app but looking at the basic powers you have outlined and your avatar pic this character seems to be heavily based or drectly Alex Mercer from prototype.

Im not saying this is the case just what it looks like, just Pain has said that he wont approve characters too closely related to real characters, and mentioned alex mercer by name. So if this was your original plan I would make a few changes to get character approval.

Heh, or it could be Rue from Threads of Fate. In the game, you collected coins of creatures (or people) you defeated and use his powers to transform into those creatures. The game was insanely fun, lol. Still, I'd really like to see this app finished, so we know whats going on with it
