Costume Description/Image:
The Gentleman wears a black bowler hat that fits over his short blonde hair with ease, he wears a black tuxedo with golden buttons. The top button on his tux jacket is unbuttoned, showing a plain black dress shirt. He wears black dress pants and fancy black dress shoes on his feet. He has accumulated enough money through credit cards that he can afford luxury clothing. He wears a single monocle and has a very neat beard and mustache combo.



Personality:
The Gentleman is very charismatic and intelligent. He tends to think everything through in his head before he acts. He is very prideful and hardly ever backs down from a fight.

History:
Alexei came to America when he was 20 years old, he started driving a cab in New York City, but became a professional escort when he was told by some young ladies riding in his cab, how charming he was. As a escort, he learned valuable social skills and began studying furiously. He also worked out daily to make sure he could fend off muggers. This resulted in him becoming a charming, suave, intelligent, and strong man and it was all he ever knew. Until one day, trouble struck. He was escorting a pair of very fine ladies to a high end nightclub at the east end of Manhattan when the vehicle he was driving was struck by a large truck. The car flipped and skidded about twenty feet, catching fire in the process. Dazed and confused, Alexei managed to crawl out from under the car and stand up. As he stood, a large man strode up to him and punched him in the face. The last thing he saw was a fist coming for his head. When he woke up, he was tied to a chair in some sort of makeshift laboratory. It was there he was told that he would be part of an experiment. A few masked men hooked him up to some wires, and turned on a strange machine. The machine beeped and hummed then gave Alexei the shock of his life, literally. The machine shocked him enough that somehow, the electrons from the electricity source, fused with his own molecules. After the incident, Alexei was never the same, he would accidentally shoot bolts of electricity and many people feared him. Nevertheless, he still believed that he was a charming man and tried to be one, but society kept shutting him down and this made him angry. Thus, creating The Gentleman.

Powers:
The Gentleman can use Darkness Manipulation, this lets him create or manipulate darkness. Basically, he can make a state similar to nighttime for people in his immediate area. He also has superhuman strength and speed, on account of him being (Pardon the pun) "wired" all the time. He is able to shoot electric bolts out of his hands.

Roleplay Sample:
The Gentleman sat back in his chair, he was trying to decide what to do next. He had already stolen about fifteen credit cards so money wasn't an option. He needed to have something worth more, something to brag about. Just as he was about to give up, he heard something. It sounded like someone was breaking in! He quietly got up and strode down the stairs, a masked man was taking some silverware from a kitchen drawer. The Gentleman quickly made everything dark around him, blinding the man. Then, his hand rose and he shot a small bolt of electricity at the intruder's back. The man instantly started shaking and smoking, all while frothing at the mouth. After the bolt had passed, The Gentleman drug the body into the alley out behind his home and threw it in a dumpster. It had been a productive evening.

Ok I have a few things.

He has superhuman strength and speed, is that a result of the laboratory incident?
Secondly, it says he's a villain, is there a specific reason, if so you might want to include that in the history.
And finally, your going to need to split your ep between your powers, meaning your teleportation would be 1 EP as would your electric blasts, so you might want to up your EP by taking some from the strength/speed.

Other than that it seems fine to me, you'd still need a mod to approve it though.

Teleportation typically isn't allowed on this site because of how easy it is to godmod with it.
