Personality: He is completelly insane and has no regrete for the human survival. He likes to plays games and toys with peoples lives the best way he knows how. He sends people into the same state of insanity he has if possible. He is a weapons designer and he takes his job as far as he can. He destroys anything for money. He makes bombs for people and for him self.

History: He comes from a family of highlly intelegent people. He has 3 brothers that had went to Harvord, and had recieved very successful lives. At first he was just another kid like his brothers with his high intellegence. He always exsplored things outside of his reach that was common for people not to look up to. He would stay and learn from criminals instead of his own parents. One day he followed his fellow friends when they were robbing a local drug store, but he was not prepared for everything. People at a construction site was working with dangerous chemicals that could drop and elephant in seconds, but not him. He tripped and ran right into the barrels making the chemicals run all over his body entering every open place on his body. Evrey pore in his skin asorb everything they could. He was immediately rushed to a hospital and with knowledge of a man named Project Perfection payed a visit and enhanced his ability to think and to take normal damage.

He awoke in a hospital with some of the workers over his body and the doctors trying to take test of him. He imediatlly jumped up and pushed everyone away. He sprung from the bed and jumped out the window unaware he was on the third floor. He crashed into the street creating a small creator or imprint of his body. He did not know this happened because his was in such a panic and his only motive was to get away.

Later on after hiding he had noticed he was not hurt after the long fall. He looked back on what happened and he was amazed. He remembered he ran into the barrels and he could easilly remember what happened. After a couple of years of seeing what all he could manage he had fully learned what he was capable of and he was happy about it. He was really happy when he made a very complex toxic bomb and put it on the inside of the building killing everyone in minutes. Now he knew what he could do and how he could opperate.

Powers: He has High Super Human Intelegence, and High Superhuman Durability, he runs 60 to 80 MPH, and is trained in many martial arts, and can lift 225 ponds max.

Since you're a weapon designer, I'd suggest making an item application for the weapons you plan to use while RPing. Especially if you want some of them to have special abilities.

First and foremost, this application is not approved for the following reasons.

1. It is a Project Perfection application, but has no mention of Project Perfection actually performing any sort of experiment, so as personal mod of PP apps, this is a reason for disapproval.

2. 4 FS is not multiple martial arts, it is only one martial art, or minor training in several. Take your pick.
