Questions for my new character plus like to hit somethings off of ya

Okay so my new character is going to be a mix of doomsday, Wolverine and Promethis. I know, weird combo but listen to me on this. Former soldier turned police officer is wanted by Project Perfection. Turning down the offer due to family, they get offed making it look like metas, so that he volunteers for it. They then give him his enhancements.

Superhuman regeneration being the primary enhancement, they also put a computer like device into head like Promethis. This causes his brain to basically break down like a computer, purposely planned by Project Perfection to make him a living weapon against metas. As they are downloading the data (fighting abilities and the such) into him, one part of his old self stayed. The memories of his family....

He learns while recovering from his rebout, he learns that Project Perfection killed off his family. This causes his memories to come flooding back. That will be the end of his bio, and his first arch will be him escaping Project Perfection.

Okay so here is the first question, is it okay that I use Project Perfection as so?

Now back to the computer in his head. While his brain rebuts, William will learn more skills and his enchancements will increase. I figured this would be a good way to explain his xp gains. Good Idea?

Finally, will I need to make a new account for this guy?

Okay first off, if you want to use Project Perfection in your history it would be best that you talk to Pain, Project Death, or Doctor Necrodium, I hope I got all of those right. They're really more or less the guys in charge of everything that has to do with Project Perfection and as such you should consult at least one of them before you really do anything. You should however know that most of the Project Perfection people are high Strength and Endurance, look at Pain and Project Death respectively.

Second, the computer in his head will be fine and if you just want it to be a way of explaining EXP gains then you shouldn't have to give anymore Intelligence to it then a normal person would. Just know that you won't get any Intelligence related items because of a computer in your head without the proper stats. This would essentially be more of an RP tool rather than a power based on my understanding from your description.

Finally, you wouldn't need to make another account unless you wanted to, I always recommend that you make a second account because I believe it helps further separate all of your characters and makes it a lot easier for people to know which character you are RPing as. So this one is purely up to you.
