Erik honestly wanted to believe her...but he just couldn't. "I'd like to believe ya gorgeous...but you ruined my suit." He stared at her through the soulless eyes of his mask.. "Though i do like the bomb, nice touch...but still." He pulled her a little closer. "Just a quick search and you can go have some fun..." Another pull on the wire.

Chloe smiled as she got pulled closer. "fine." She spread her arms, "Search me." She smiled and laughed a bit. This man didn't seem to get it yet.

Ok this is just really weird... Erik stopped pulling and just stared at her, his head tilted. "Hmmm...something tells me you are not the type to be easy..." Erik decided on a new strategy. Bones sprouted from his biceps, two u-shaped constructs. The wire retracted and at the same moment he picked the both growths out of his arms and threw them at her wrists.

If it worked, she'd be pinned. If it didn't, they started this whole mess again. But at least things would go back to normal....

Chloe saw them coming and side stepped, obviously not into it at the moment. She yawned as the flew past her. "Is that all?" She asked him. She fired her taser at him, not really into it mainly shown by her laughing.

The tazer latched onto one of his bone plates, he could feel the energy, but it wasn't enough to really hurt him. He grabbed the wires, pulling the gun from her hand. A bone kunai grew from his forearm and he pulled it, throwing it at a nearby fire extinguisher. The kunai easily punctured the red metal shell, spewing white chemical out towards the girl.

With what he hoped would be enough of a distraction, Erik charged, blades ready.

Chloe couldn't see thanks to the smoke but felt her stalker knock her over. "You won't kill me. You need me."

Erik felt his body collide with hers, his shoulder knocking her off balance.

"You won't kill me. You need me."

Her words echoed in his ears, and brought a smile to his lips beneath his mask. "I am the Reaper..." He said as he moved his left blade towards her throat to pin her to the ground. "But today doesn't have to be your day..." He added, his voice dark, and yet soothing. "Just hand over the weapon."

"Make me." She said. She was pinned to the ground but remained calm. "You don't know where the vile is. And neither of us are getting paid without it." She smiled, taser still in her hand.

He tilted his head in curiosity. "How much are you selling it for...?" He asked honestly. Technically the government didn't say how he had to get it back...He assumed she still had it on her, though she could have hidden it somewhere....but that didn't seem likely. However there was no harm in finding alternative methods of procuring the weapon.

"How much are you getting paid? I have a minimum price but they are bidding." she said.

She wasn't a fan of her situation and hoped to get out of it. But obviously that wasn't easily with a bone armored man pinning you down. She raised an eyebrow and attempted to look relaxed, she wasn't doing well at it with a bone blade at her throat. Her eyes narrowed as she looked at her situation. It wasn't very good but, once She got out of this she could retrieve the vile from the office building.

"I do this for fun..." He said with a soft, rather dark, chuckle. "And the exercise keeps me in shape." He eased up ever so slightly on the blade, not much, but a little.

"Whats the minimum price...?" He said flatly.

"62 million." She said matching his tone. "If you're good at something never do it for free. How much are they paying?" Sh raised an eyebrow. She couldn't get a knife through his bone plates so her usual tactic won't work. She thought about what to do before slipping out a smoke bomb and dropping it next to her. It spewed out it's smoke quickly.

Erik Didn't react to the smoke. "When you are me...you can do whatever you want for free." He removed the blade from her throat and stood. "70 million." This did take some of the fun out of the process, but it would be better for him in the long run.
